Nel Matheson (@Bilbulbabe) reported from Maclean, New South Wales@JulianBurnside My partner had an awful encounter at a Telstra shop yesterday. He queried when told they couldn’t see him for four hours. He just wanted to make a purchase which would have taken five minutes! His questioning this ended by him being asked to leave the store. He’s not happy.

Teri M Official (@TeriMOfficial) reported from Yamba, New South Wales@Telstra why is your app messaging so slow to load. 2 days I have been trying to get on to talk to someone about my pending internet connection. No phone numbers to call either. Not good enough.

Nel Matheson (@Bilbulbabe) reported from Maclean, New South Wales@MicheleS_Aus @Telstra This one is large, plenty of staff. Yes, they were busy, but one had time to explain, at length, that no service was available for four hours. When queried, this employee walked away and a more senior person asked partner to leave. My partner was shocked, he’s not a rude person.

Kai (@kai_h) reported@no1historychick 5GB a month? That’s such a low cap. Are you on a really old plan or something? Even Telstra’s entry-level basic plan today has 50GB of data. If you want something cheaper, Belong uses the Telstra network and their plan still has 25GB data.

antqld (@antqldbwog) reported@EVERALDATLARGE He sold everything off Commonwealth’s property portfolio, Commonwealth Bank, Telstra, 167 tonnes of gold at 7% of what it’s worth today and failed to pay the public service superannuation leaving behind a $96 billion liability.

Jaraparilla 🇾🇪 🇵🇸 🇱🇧 (@jaraparilla) reported@IRanalyst I am 61 years old and I worked for a lot of big business corporations including IBM, British Telecom and Telstra. The ethos was always the same. No concern for morality, total focus on shareholder gains. Why I never became a manager.

M.E.G #DavosSafe (@bvst7dxxpk) reportedSo Southern Phone has been taken over by “Energy Telco” Those of us on its Telstra based service told goodbye. Over 30 people in NSW have apparently lost their jobs. Contacted call centre to check my options, gave up because foreign accent at the other end was unintelligigible.

Advice from an Aussie🇦🇺 (@Sheldone) reportedA new group has formed at the socialising table. Apparently someone got a funny meme because they’re passing the phone around. This kind of corporate bullshit will be the reason why the mobs will take down Telstra first.
