@Telstra It was reported I was told it was a network outage the outage was repaired but my line is still down, Ali now get it investigating. Your 24x7 team have given dates for fixing but it has not been fixed

@Telstra I am still waiting for my landline and fixed line internet to be fixed since reporting the fault before the 23rd January, three fix dates have come and gone and still I have no landline

@Telstra Hi Amber. I checked for outages in my area of Burwood Victoria and there aren’t any outages. When I used 3G and Telstra rolled out 4G I had the same problem. I switch to 4G. Now you are rolling out 5G I just assume this was Telstra’s way of getting me to move to 5G.

1 hr and 25 minutes and counting on the phone to @telstra to try to switch to the NBN. Consultant agreed to a deal 20 minutes into call after running through my details and T&C... at end told me could not offer me the $ deal. Hung up on me! 20+ years a customer

@lucethoughts I had that today too! I said to the guy this sounds like a scam actually. And he said “oh really you think it’s a scam? Bad news for you no more @Telstra internet ! Anyway I find out in four hours I suppose

@JarniBlakkarly Exactly. Elderly man rang Telstra to say his internet wasn't working. He spent the next 18 months paying for a data sim he didn't know he had, & had never used. I managed to get him a refund of about $1500, but it was hard work extracting that.

@Telstra I can't use my Telstra phone line. Have just performed a diagnostic, a problem was detected. However, how can i get in touch with Telstra? I can't message as I do not have a mobile?
