@Telstra I am still waiting for my landline and fixed line internet to be fixed since reporting the fault before the 23rd January, three fix dates have come and gone and still I have no landline

@Telstra It was reported I was told it was a network outage the outage was repaired but my line is still down, Ali now get it investigating. Your 24x7 team have given dates for fixing but it has not been fixed

@Telstra Hey Evie, no error message it’s just stuck on “Loading” when I open the payments section. I’ve tried with Mobile Data and Wifi and no luck, same problem last night around 1230hrs too

Seems that the my Telstra and the Telstra 24/7 app is down. Both web and app just keep updating and nothing more. @Telstra

@the_g_rant @SBSNews There is an economic reality that pays for the game, salaries, and people's contracts. If someone speaks out in a manner that damages that economic reality they should be treated like a Telstra executive who bad mouths Telstra in public life and on social media.

@HYP3RSTRIKE Least they're keeping them honest, they've gotten away with leaving **** open for long enough. Telstra doesn't count in my view because it was a 3rd party that got hacked and it was only internal email addresses

Did you know: If you’re with @Telstra and you have multiple mobile phones in your household, with contracts signed on different dates, you get direct debited for each service on different days? It’s confusing, inconvenient and dumb, and Telstra don’t care.

@75merc @AlboMP I agree the roll out to bigger cities and towns should have been FttP however NBN Co needs to get rid of the CVC charges it levels on providers. Many rural users have gone to Starlink and Telstra is a couple of years away from offering a low earth orbit satellite service
