    @Telstra It was reported I was told it was a network outage the outage was repaired but my line is still down, Ali now get it investigating. Your 24x7 team have given dates for fixing but it has not been fixed

    @Telstra I am still waiting for my landline and fixed line internet to be fixed since reporting the fault before the 23rd January, three fix dates have come and gone and still I have no landline

    @Telstra I also had re-type, explain, confirm & clarify the issue all over again. This is ridiculous. This is negligent. My elderly parents have no working phone system & no one seems to care.

    @Telstra @TmChrisk31 Worryingly a lot of people have been switched over the 4G backup on smart modems...and Telstra's diagnostic tools say there is no problem.

    @Telstra not even the bank needs that much information from us, if I walked to the mail box and took a letter with her info I'd have more chance to get onto NBN? I was also told we can't make complaint and lady on the phone refused to give complaint details.

    @Telstra I get over 300mbps down using Optus 4g on my iPhone 12 so no thanks, ain’t switching to Telstra
