@Telstra It was reported I was told it was a network outage the outage was repaired but my line is still down, Ali now get it investigating. Your 24x7 team have given dates for fixing but it has not been fixed

@Telstra I am still waiting for my landline and fixed line internet to be fixed since reporting the fault before the 23rd January, three fix dates have come and gone and still I have no landline

@chrismurphys @Telstra I had the same problems for two years so as soon as 5G came in I grabbed a 5G phone and use the personal hotspot. Faster and more reliable than their ridiculous NBN.

@NetballScoop I understand a price increase SSN is brilliant and undervalued but this is a terrible way to do it. With no notice in the off season. People will cancel their subscriptions especially as there's no new content as incentive to continue it. Feel lucky to be a Telstra customer.
