    @Telstra I am still waiting for my landline and fixed line internet to be fixed since reporting the fault before the 23rd January, three fix dates have come and gone and still I have no landline

    @Telstra It was reported I was told it was a network outage the outage was repaired but my line is still down, Ali now get it investigating. Your 24x7 team have given dates for fixing but it has not been fixed

    @awholelotofgeek @Telstra I was frustrated contacting support for all the time till I was referred by a friend to Multitask_support on Instagram they did an excellent job retrieve cmy stranded account.

    @gabriellechan I think telstra warned that this would happen while they were doing work on the 5G network. No sure but seem to recall.

    @AlanBixter @Telstra This is unacceptable conduct by Telstra Have heard of similar complaints re Telstra. Telstra should give all its customers, especially its business customers a heads up if there were problems, in particular if excess data was the result of unwanted downloads from outside parties.
