    @up_banking trying to get a refund out of Telstra into my Up account via BSB/account number, but they claim the BSB is incorrect (even if they look under Bendigo etc.) Not explicitly your problem, but any ideas?

    @digitaltasmania @Telstra Allens Rivulet. Has been down since yesterday and patchy for several days before. We rely on it heavily as we get our phone, internet and Wi-Fi calling on our mobiles through it. We live in a black spot so can not be contacted at home till it is restored.

    Hey @Telstra. My account restrictions were supposed to be fixed within two hrs. Three hours later and 30 f'n years of poor service don't hold well for me. If I did this to my clients they would go elsewhere. As will I. Finally.

    Right, cancelling my @Telstra account (which Telstra linked to a TIO complaint about an entirely unrelated prepaid SIM) has allowed them to refund me without validating my identity against the unrelated account. Great success!

    @JeanLeggett I don’t know of any that “just work” in both countries but I know both Vodafone AU and Telstra (Australia telecoms) have roaming support for NZ but that is like an addition $5-10 per day.

    @Telstra I'll be in the South Hobart area most of the day but hopefully not in the area that's not working - there are others on the community Facebook saying their mobile reception is also out. Probably is an ongoing issue that needs checking.

    @Telstra Well yes you have withdrawn $1 from my new account for a have a new bank account since I lost my wallet at the shops and someone was using my card so I now have a new account but the bank has confirmed that should not be an issue for receiving my money especially since the $1

    @NBN_Australia @Telstra I live in Bayside Melbourne. Since the wind on Fri 29 Nov where my #NBN cable detached causing a traffic hazard and subsequently severed that Fri - I have been without #NBN - after multi calls to #Telstra Fix date was yesterday - still not fixed.

    @geoffrey_payne @vision_iii Margins of the providers have been eaten up by wholesale costs. It’s worse now than it was when Telstra owned the fixed line network. Telcos avoiding the NBN makes the NBN business worse and more of a loss for taxpayers

    @Telstra So I paid upfront for the plan, upfront for one month of the handset, but they you CHANGE the billing date of the handset based on when I receive it - and keep the original date of the upfront plan because it was applied to my service immediately. What is the point of that??

    @abcnews After a few weeks of set up problems, i called off NBN and got Mobile Internet. Telstra and Optus both offer it, just put in a SIM and then plug the modem into the wall and it comes on a minute later. With 5G, they should put the money into mobile technology

    @MichaelAckland3 Telstra nightmare. Mobile phone ordered weeks ago. Delivered to the wrong address without id. Account activated. Weeks of Telstra complaints department promising to sort it out. Won't even let me cancel the service without paying fees to cancel... Nightmare
