Don’t you hate it!! When you go to an optus or a Telstra shop with a problem and the person there says sorry you’ll have to call our customer service centre we can’t do it in store , hate , hate , hate

Hey @Telstra what is going on with your service in the Esperance region.. it is absolutely atrocious of late. Cant even txt most of the time. Sure a service outage is understandable but this is beyond a joke 😡
