    @Telstra No, nobody has contacted me. And it's not a phone issue, it's a tower capacity issue that Telstra needs to fix.

    @Telstra I have spoken to the help reps on 132200 many times. They have not resolved the issue of random reboots. They see it as dropouts. But the modem is doing a full reboot

    It's taken almost 2 hours of waiting on @Telstra support just for then to tell me the wrong information about my account. Ffs. I'm literally just trying to change internet plans. It shouldn't be this hard.

    @Telstra #Telstra Scammers changed my Telstra email address with only my name and number. Telstra messaging was useless. Telstra Twitter said they would look into it. Texting now and just as useless. Had to resend number because response so slow they masked it.
