@Telstra I didn’t and given, it’s been a problem for awhile, I recommend Telstra initiate its own analysis of the issue rather than rely on customer initiated cases. Your networks team may be able to see the black spot by assessing the network activity on nearby mobile towers.

.@telstra apparently even though I only have 1 account with you there are 2 linked to my name and because sending a bill with a Bpay code is beneath you, I can't use your mortifyingly stupid app to pay a bill. Please advise
