@wendyorr I know that Telstra uses my licence to prove I'm me every time I enquire about something for my account... I don't know why they keep all the current & previous customer data together, along with everything else

@Telstra @Telstra You realise when I telephone for an account using the number you gave me to call on the bill to enquire balance if you connect me to residential instead of business you cannot help? I had to ring back on the Billing enquiries number in the bill and it is the same thing.

@corduroy I think so TBH having been involved in both SAD processes. (Solution Architecture Design) Telstra take security design pretty seriously, well before the likes of AWS made it easier.

@jamiemgalea I'm on felix which runs on the network. Reception is good in places where telstra just seems to underperform (like at crown). **** all service out in regional though
