@WilloMaeveker @DeadByBHVR Internet issues can be really bad, depending on if you are using LAN or wifi, where you live, how much you pay etc etc. I'd take it up with your provider, if they aren't Telstra that is

@Telstra I’ve done all the turn off, take out plug, re- plug stuff. No lights. There aren’t more suggestions on your link. I raised a fault case at 10.04 this morning. I keep getting put back to the ‘we’re very busy’ message and can’t get a resolution. I think I need a new NBN box.

@Telstra Hi Dave - no I wasn’t and DMs yesterday didn’t help - was told to await contact re fault cases raised 7 &8 Dec that I didn’t even know about. Have been contacting Telstra since 3 Dec trying to get this 2nd booster organised and still waiting for someone from Telstra to contact me
