Andrew Parkinson (Parko) 🇦🇺🇬🇧 (@andoparko) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales
@andy_penn I’ve had internet outage since 7am, broken promises in the first few hours and zero response to repeated requests for support all day. Has Telstra shut up shop today? #telstra

Somebody (@aussiebiboy2170) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales
Heya @Telstra - over the past 24-48 hours I’ve noticed mobile reception on 3G and 4G on various iPhones has been poor in Fairfield NSW lately. The tower next to Fairfield Station is at reduced power, and Neeta City Shopping Centre seems to be a black spot currently

Nicky Williamson 🌏✈️🌏✈️🌏 (@NickyWill100) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales
@Telstra I would like to escalate this to a human problem solver as I have been going around in circles on this.
-
mickandlozzie@gmail. (@mickandlozzie) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales
@Telstra so 2hrs on the phone, get disconnected and no one calls me back. My service transition to NBN has been handled terribly. I need my broadband service back on please

Andrew Parkinson (Parko) 🇦🇺🇬🇧 (@andoparko) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales
@telstra I have had no internet since this morning and despite repeated requests I’ve had no response from customer service. What’s going on?
-
michael hitchcock (@michael48439600) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales
Why are Telstra in bed with Sydney Criminal Lawyers Sydney Morning Herald Facebook and The Lowy institute. To help Rupert Murdoch steal off the poor and vulnerable of course
-
Phillip Leeds (@prleeds) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales
@AlboMP We are waiting for an NBN connection in the Blue Mountains. It will be fibre to the kerb. Our old copper wire connection to the house looks like what’s in that pit. The last time a Telstra service person looked at it, he said it was “stuffed”. But it’s what will connect us.
-
Bluey Frogmouth (@obrien_noel) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales
@RonniSalt @Telstra Why cant these compaies return their customer service onshore. Employ Australians, even working from home. Time to buy Australian and support our goods and services.
-
michael hitchcock (@michael48439600) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales
Thank God for all the good honest decent folk on this site that can **** and vomit on Sydney Criminal Lawyers. Why did they win the Telstra Business of the year award
-
michael hitchcock (@michael48439600) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

-
michael hitchcock (@michael48439600) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales
Why don’t the disgusting filthy ***** human scum and vermin from Telstra just **** off and stop contaminating this site. They are an absolute disgrace to the human race
-
Jonathan Herrman (@JonoHerrman) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales
@Telstra Thanks, but if you read my post, contacting customer support several times this week didn’t help, hence my resort to social… And many friends saying just go straight to the ombudsman.
-
John West [TUNA] (@Caitybahhh) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales
@Telstra I can’t use the app chat because my service doesn’t show up on my account. It’s been like this for over a week now, now my internet has stopped working, even though it should be on the 4g network until Telstra sort themselves out. This is getting beyond ridiculous.
-
John West [TUNA] (@Caitybahhh) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales
Also, funnily enough, @Telstra got my phone number, now I get phone calls from “Daniel from Amazon Customer Service”. Tell me why I decided to give them another shot?
-
michael hitchcock (@michael48439600) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales
Telstra are still desperately trying to shut this down with virus attacks
-
💧Jamie (@scibidoo) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales
@Telstra Thanks for the referral to iMessage Telstra chat. Thanks to the unnamed agent who said yes this problem exists with the back end team and we will email you when it's fixed. Then... asked if I deleted the app and reinstalled it.
-
Mark Bradley (@MkBrad1788) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales
@Telstra I have been waiting one hour for a response via your App about my just installed non functioning NBN. Please advise a phone number to call to help me resolve.
-
Patrick D'souza (@Patrick95681838) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales
Telstra really does some **** ads. Mainstream Australians won't connect with a good looking, well educated guy who plays the piano. Consumers must see an element of themselves in ads or they will not buy them period. I have too much experience in this field to not know this
-
Nicky Williamson 🌏✈️🌏✈️🌏 (@NickyWill100) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales
@Telstra I don’t know. I am in the same position as yesterday. I don’t know if the issue is resolved
-
Nicky Williamson 🌏✈️🌏✈️🌏 (@NickyWill100) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales
@Telstra I will wait until tomorrow I can’t spend any more time on this today. I am completely ground down by months of Telstra miscommunication and misinformation from different parts of the organisation.

@AjDevantier @stormeinaGcup @salems__thot I WOULD POST SO MANY AWFUL IMAGES IN RESPONSE TO THIS IF I WEREN'T USING TOR TO TWEET WHICH IS LIKE USING A CARAMEL **** TO DIAL UP TELSTRA ON 57600 BAUD

Rev. Waz (@WarWraith) reported
@Telstra So if I tried to upgrade to a new plan now, that would cancel my eSIM?
-
©GSG aka 𝒫𝑒𝓉𝑒𝓇🛸Depression Hurts (@GAMESweetG) reported
I'm feeling agro at the moment. Telstra has stolen my recent recharged internet data. I'll be contacting TIO about the matter. I'm so sick & tired how Telstra thinks it's funny stealing data from customers! Recharged service at $300 for 200gb data. Lost just 30gb already😡
-
Bitten By Design (@bittenbydesign) reported
@ScottRhodie @Telstra ‘Malicious and non evidential’ and you are complaining they are only allowing direct debit options on plans to you, and you are contesting that as a customer it is not what you are demanding? Yeah dream on Telstra. Funny, how they don’t listen to complaints, just market research
-
Scott the Scot (@ScottRhodie) reported
@Kermitron @CBadcock Yeah it’s the Gold Member Support on the Telstra App.
-
Frances (@developit) reported
@ScottRhodie @Kermitron @CBadcock No esims also means anyone who purchases iPhone 14 in US won’t be a Telstra customer when they come to Aus.
-
Schmallky (@Schmallky) reported
@jaseygalore @VonBitchPants @ScottRhodie Absolutely! There's a very good reason I refuse to be a customer of Telstra and hence why the problem is still largely a result of their poor decision making. I just don't like slamming off-shore call centres without understanding what those people actually receive to do the job.
-
Scott the Scot (@ScottRhodie) reported
@paulwiggins @Telstra @pleasantgreen It was on Telstra’s Gold Member Support on their app.
-
Aiden Howlett (@AidenHowlett) reported
@ScottRhodie @Telstra It's problems like this that force me to use a better MVNO for $25/month and only use Telstra on occasions where it's the only option. If they had premium customer service to go with their premium product offering, I'd stick around.
