Anyone got any idea when Telstra will eventually rectify their Bigpond email connection? My bigpond email has been down for 3 weeks today. Very hard to make any sort of contact with Telstra regarding this outage.

@Telstra Thanks. Worked that time. 👍 IMO Would be great if there was simply an SMS number people could forward the offending SMS to. Getting people to copy/paste SMS text onto a form risks a person clicking the link which increases the risk for the customer, IMO. Have a great day! -Paul

@Telstra close to 4 hours talking to your online support for a refund because your company decided to make a stupid change to the billing system. the refund could've been a simple bank transfer but no i have to follow with my bank and BPAY to a cheque refund... for years of payments

@fictillius These new signs everywhere are the worst. So many in very poor locations in terms of pedestrian movements etc. Makes the Telstra signs that the City fought against an absolute breath of fresh air. @CloverMoore. The new bus stops are nice though 👍

@Staldion @BelongAU Yeah they use the Telstra network which is why I sussed them out. Data is a priority for me and they have much better data deals than Telstra. Might make the switch, thanks bro.

@Telstra 3. I am tired of being worn down and bullied by Telstra's recalcitrance - endless 'help' lines and 'escalations' over the past months and having to re-state the history every time. I, and others, have given up in the past. Not. This. Time. Have a spiffing day.

@davidkersten We in the bush, a mere 4 kms from the town centre, got the pathetic fixed wireless version of NBN, despite fibre optic cables, both Optus and Telstra, running past the properties. We refused to connect to the slow NBN and kept our copper ADSL. Townsfolk got fibre to premises.
