Anyone got any idea when Telstra will eventually rectify their Bigpond email connection? My bigpond email has been down for 3 weeks today. Very hard to make any sort of contact with Telstra regarding this outage.

@Telstra so lodged my case with the Telco Ombudsman as warned for four months now. Disgraceful treatment and the damage to our family is irreversable. I will post up what Telstra did (and did not do) and contact @ACurrentAffair9

@Telstra yes please 24x7 live chat get more staff the app is crap spent 3 month trying to get my issus fixed still no luck using that crap app bring back 24x7 live chat much more helpful

@Telstra In store. I was told it would be ready for collection on 29 Jan. I was then told it would be 7 days later. Then told all orders were complete - except for mine. I was then told I couldn't cancel my contract or order in store. And then online told me I had to do it in store..

@Telstra I have been trying to get a Telstra ID. The activation email or SMS has not come through after several attempts. Secure chat has not been helpful, help chat on the My Telstra app hasn’t helped and the call centre has a 60 min wait time. Suggestions?
