  Anyone got any idea when Telstra will eventually rectify their Bigpond email connection? My bigpond email has been down for 3 weeks today. Very hard to make any sort of contact with Telstra regarding this outage.

  @Telstra the #telstrarewards system appears broken. Either doesn’t update with payments or when it does, it doesn’t add Gold bonus. 2 payments in June, no bonus applied. Other rewards programs are not this much trouble. Rewarding loyalty is not supposed frustrate your customers.

  @jonesytheteachr I had a pearler from “NBN Telstra” when I asked them to stop calling they said we will sue you for being so rude, and I asked but do yo even know my name? They hung up.

  I’m genuinely mad that I can never access the weverse mag everytime it’s released like my internet is so ****.. I hate nbn so much, why did Telstra have to make us move 😭😭 my old internet was so quick
