    @RoyceWilsonAU Telstra is an interesting one because the network had to be renationalised under the NBN which is why the right hate it so much. Having had the great displeasure of that company twice being a customer of mine, it made them mean.

    @Telstra Support couldn't "sort" anything (I assume they meant "sort out")... If I'd have just not contacted Telstra at all, I would be in the same position as I am now, and I wouldn't have wasted a few days of back and forth chatting with people who don't seem to know what they're doing

    @Telstra 3. I received responses which didn't seem to align to the tone of the chat e.g. Me: "I'd like to stop the process and just leave it ... I no longer want to change anything" ... Support: "Thanks for messaging with us today Nathan. I'm glad we were able to get it sorted for you"

    @Telstra Additionally, neither support person seemed to write a line of original discussion with me, but simply were copy and pasting a script. Even the humans are no better than bots! 1. I received a random link which I wasn't told what to do with

    @bawdzisnaughty I have it. Literally have had Iprimus, Telstra, TPG and iinet before them in my time. Aussie Broadband i will never change from. Best customer service I've ever dealt with

    2/2 @Telstra ... when you ring for support I will hang up on you directing to my app, which you can't get use because I broke your onboarding. Oh, and then for giggles, before I hang up I'll tell you that it's because "you don't want to wait on hold". @Optus here we come! 2/2
