I logged a call (INC 40508228) as a @Telstra Gold member 6 months ago, today they told me it was fixed. It ain’t fixed. Still no 4G/5G and I’m paying for 4G backup on my NBN modem. Telstra just emailed me to say my mobile plan will be increasing by $5/mth, but my service won't improve. I'm unwillingly signed up to their "Rewards" - something built into the pricing. This should be outlawed.
