@acmadotgov I'd raise a complaint about HFC being unreliable these days but Telstra gave me a modem with 4G backup so that I don't notice. Nice workaround for nbn taking over old HFC infrastructure...

Spending my Friday evening chatting online with a Telstra help desk employee trying to sort out a billing problem. What a fun life I lead! In fairness, they were nice & I think we’ve sorted the immediate problem. In the bigger picture, has privatisation been a good thing? No

@Telstra bought a prepaid sim and activated it. Shows 4g and 4 bars of signal then stops working after 20 seconds. Clearly works but something stopping it - what's the solution?

@JohnWat77514803 @JJKALE2 @abcnews If you're in the middle of nowhere with no internet access and dodgy telstra ph service. abc's broadcasts can save your life. Paying for news corrupts. The boffins will tend to cater for those that pay to cross the pay walls to have their perceptions confirmed. That's what's MSM

Hey @VodafoneAU What was wrong with your service today? 5 devices on 3 different accounts all running Vodafone sims, yet we could not get any data service for hours at the @ausgrandprix. Luckily someone had a @Telstra wifi we could hit spot off. Will this continue all weekend?

@Telstra thumbs down, halving my home internet speed before I could “update” to a better plan ie pay more. How is this not some form of gouging? All of a sudden streaming services stopped working.

@kayosports your service is constantly buffering. I am unable to watch the GP. It is making your service unmatchable. My ISP is Telstra.

As expected, Network is pure **** on both @Optus and @Telstra at the @ausgrandprix once again. 5G Towers just simply can’t handle the traffic. Thought they would have learnt from last year, guess not.. #AusGP
