    @acmadotgov I'd raise a complaint about HFC being unreliable these days but Telstra gave me a modem with 4G backup so that I don't notice. Nice workaround for nbn taking over old HFC infrastructure...

    Under pressure, Telstra offered a satellite phone to desperate and seriously ill people in Upper Main Arm today: DID NOT DELIVER. Day 24 without landlines. Promises and lies about restoration of service. Privatisation of Telstra an utter failure, a f*ckn DISGRACE.

    @Telstra 3 to 5Mbps now at Fitzroy River Resort? Is this normal? It is very slow for the #1 tourist accom. in Fitzroy Crossing.

    The removal of superflious equipment (boxes, cables, etc) should have been part of the project @NBN_Australia ran. I spent over an hour in an online chat with @Optus to get someone there to understand the issue and book me a tech. And now i'll need to do the same with @Telstra

    @Telstra Exactly 1 year since I reported this fault. I doubt the problem still exists, but one of the biggest problems with splitting up our telecoms is the constant buck passing of problems. No ONE is responsible.

    @ChiaStillHere @Telstra I feel your pain- I saw the most crappy ad on TV telling us that in emergency situations Telstra is there for us… it made me feel quite angry.

    @ssharwood @NBN_Australia I would never expect to see anyone look at Telstra's horrible service system, and then set out to copy it but intentionally make it worse. But here we are. Related note: still no NBN connection in my new place...
