Dutifully signed up, due date came, no debit at midnight, rang, told their fault, I had paid up, but ‘fined’ $15. Never,ever DD w @telstra peeps!

That is not acceptable & I refuse to waste further time over a @telstra error. The fine should not be charged in the first place - I alerted #Telstra to the issue!

He noted circa >64k known vulnerabilities. I wouldn’t wait for it to become a headline… I will be removing all TP-Link, Netgear (Telstra smart modem) from service in my home. Went into the Telstra shop and they were all on wifi. With Optus now, obviously have their own history but I have had far less issues with them.
