Go through the customer lip service routine of turn it off and on, do a speed test, no change, we'll investigate. Finding other providers with better prices, better speeds and better reviews. Might be time to jump ship!

From experience I’d suggest starting something with the Ombudsman – otherwise time will tick on with you waiting and you’ll end up wondering why you didn’t register the complaint in the first place.
