  @Telstra Thanks Tanasha, advised that I pay next bill incl the $15 fine & then seek a reimbursement. That is not acceptable & I refuse to waste further time over a @telstra error. The fine should not be charged in the first place - I alerted #Telstra to the issue!

  @djshaneday @Telstra Ordinarily no but knew wouldn’t be able 2 pay next bill on date, @telstra advise no ‘top-ups’ b4 them issuing bill so DD next option. Dutifully signed up, due date came, no debit at midnight, rang, told their fault, I had paid up, but ‘fined’ $15. Never,ever DD w @telstra peeps!

  @MargMcCrohon @jmil400 @gdgoz Remember how American Toe Cutter stopped by St Andrews and was nonplussed to hear prayers being offered to ask the Gov for help during Financial Crisis- returned to USA with Sol Whatsit (Telstra) with $$$ millions golden handshake, and received Wall St bank payout.

  @Telstra i have tried that already and it felt like i was talking to a bot and not a human and then they told me to get the platinum support tier at a extra price to get further help which i found very piss poor.

  @Telstra For the last two weeks my ping latency has gone up to 45 and it used to be around the 30 - 35 ping range i just want to know what is going on there since the support on your website was not helpful at all

  @Mbridget21 @Fiona06732795 Hmmm, now I wonder, what could possibly go wrong with that "Digital ID". 🤔🤔🤔given what we've seen with Optus during the past week, and then today Telstra, and just here in the Newcastle Hunter area, a disability service has had their data hacked during the past couple of days.

  @Sarah77414568 Could've sworn that klaus schwab and the WEF were "warning" us of cyber security issues a few months back. Now this whole Optus thing and even Telstra having had a breach with their employees 🤔
