@djshaneday @Telstra Ordinarily no but knew wouldn’t be able 2 pay next bill on date, @telstra advise no ‘top-ups’ b4 them issuing bill so DD next option. Dutifully signed up, due date came, no debit at midnight, rang, told their fault, I had paid up, but ‘fined’ $15. Never,ever DD w @telstra peeps!

@Telstra Understood. However, as @telstra disconnected our service instead of our vacating neighbours, I would hope they could assist in rectifying the issue and reconnecting us.

@Telstra Thanks Tanasha, advised that I pay next bill incl the $15 fine & then seek a reimbursement. That is not acceptable & I refuse to waste further time over a @telstra error. The fine should not be charged in the first place - I alerted #Telstra to the issue!

@Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

@Telstra Hi Ryan, I've done a manual recharge and this seems to have set up another auto-recharge (old one still active, so I'll see if I can switch that one off once it's given up trying). Can you please feed this issue back to someone on the development side? It's not very usable. Thx.

@Telstra Why did it take an hour for an existing Telstra customer to convert a pre-paid phone into a post paid phone? Why did I have to set up a completely new billing account to do this?

@Telstra Waste of time, your systems don't allow me to enter train stations, train lines or other landmark style locations where the train goes where there is a data problem. "Look there are no problems, nobody has reported them"

Received a call from a woman in what sounded like a VERY noisy call centre, claiming to work for “the security department” at @Telstra. Apparently there’s been a “major security issue” with my internet….

@Telstra Customer 3 decades. Planned the new connection to house weeks before move. Move - no connection. Need to wait 13 days for technician. Backup wifi is slower than dial up. Raised complaint, left in the dark. If there was a viable alternative I would move from Telstra.

@telstra 2 hours and 25 mins to get some actual data from technical support about the ‘speed to modem’ and then they disconnect. Thoroughly appalling and unacceptable technical support. #telstrafail
