  • bradhooperarch Brad Hooper (@bradhooperarch) reported from Woodend, State of Victoria

@Telstra Thanks Tanasha, advised that I pay next bill incl the $15 fine & then seek a reimbursement. That is not acceptable & I refuse to waste further time over a @telstra error. The fine should not be charged in the first place - I alerted #Telstra to the issue!

  • AnimusSpirits Animus Distillery (@AnimusSpirits) reported from Kyneton, State of Victoria

@Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

  • AnimusSpirits Animus Distillery (@AnimusSpirits) reported from Kyneton, State of Victoria

@Telstra Understood. However, as @telstra disconnected our service instead of our vacating neighbours, I would hope they could assist in rectifying the issue and reconnecting us.

  • bradhooperarch Brad Hooper (@bradhooperarch) reported from Woodend, State of Victoria

@djshaneday @Telstra Ordinarily no but knew wouldn’t be able 2 pay next bill on date, @telstra advise no ‘top-ups’ b4 them issuing bill so DD next option. Dutifully signed up, due date came, no debit at midnight, rang, told their fault, I had paid up, but ‘fined’ $15. Never, ever DD w @telstra peeps!

@bustdboozehound @nineislands Yep. Aldi mobile. Two phones, 45 Gig, rollover unused data. Unlimited text and phone to international included. Telstra network without inflated cost. Bonus.

  • 3wombats Battle Weary Wombat (@3wombats) reported

@_AnthonyWA @nineislands I’ve had no trouble with Telstra either

  • ktxby rkc (@ktxby) reported

I told her that if @Internode is merging with @Telstra, I consider my contract voided. I will not be a Telstra customer ever. She's now trying to sell me a new modem, when I don't need a new modem. FFS.

  • alexhardyACT Alex Hardy (@alexhardyACT) reported

@Telstra I have been trying for a week to get my Telstra One Number working on a Apple Watch Series 8. Your support people tell me the latest WATCH is not yet supported by Telstra, that contradicts both Apple’s website and common sense. Frustrated.

  • scottysgotagun Scottythedictator (@scottysgotagun) reported

@_AnthonyWA @recneps51 @Optus I remember Howard saying the government had no right to be in the telecomms business, then he opened Telstra up to competition by allowing the Singaporean government owned Optus to set up shop, nice one Johnny Why pay Optus for a service puzzles me, a hereditary dictatorship

  • degtrman dave mickel-quadruple vaxxed baby. (@degtrman) reported

@recneps51 @Optus @NSW_FairTrading Telstra is similar. It is an added cost for them to notify you especially if its a letter. Reduce costs and make the customer do the work, less jobs ensue. Cashless society because big business already has your cash in perpetuity.

  • GBTSocScientist GailT (@GBTSocScientist) reported

The CEO of Optus was surprising to me, but then again, not. I stupidly changed to Optus about 4 yrs ago.Had nothing but trouble! Drunk & drugged franchise staff! Hopeless net coverage etc. Changed back to Telstra few mths ago. CEO seems very young & TOTALLY out of her depth!

  • sacarlin48 Anne Carlin #WeAreAllPRGuy (@sacarlin48) reported from Gold Coast, State of Queensland

@bustdboozehound @nineislands I do too. Great plan. Everything included. My modem died at home and the family all used the 25gig I'd rolled over to access the internet while I got a new one. They use the Telstra network.

  • bymyers 😷 🌸Debby Myers 🇺🇦💙💛🌻 💉🌱🦜🦘🐨 (@bymyers) reported

@nineislands @bustdboozehound They use the Telstra network.

  • glassdarkly6 glassdarkly (@glassdarkly6) reported

@bustdboozehound @nineislands Yeah. Aldi on Telstra network. Schmick.
