    @djshaneday @Telstra Ordinarily no but knew wouldn’t be able 2 pay next bill on date, @telstra advise no ‘top-ups’ b4 them issuing bill so DD next option. Dutifully signed up, due date came, no debit at midnight, rang, told their fault, I had paid up, but ‘fined’ $15. Never,ever DD w @telstra peeps!

    @Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

    @Telstra No - the attendant repeatedly told me the Telstra generated account details were incorrect and somehow my doing. Condescending, insulting and wrong. Given Telstra's inconsistent service, no surprises.

    I have 3 cheques here. 1 from ANZ Bank for overcharge on Home Loan, which i havent had for yrs. 2 from Telstra for over payments. Now, WTF am I going to do with Cheques? Where is the Petrol money for me to travel to my ANZ branch? My Time? All free to them.

    @JuhiShe My personal phone is with Telstra and I haven't had an issue, but I have had issues with friends who are with Optus sending messages to me
