@Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

@Telstra Thanks Tanasha, advised that I pay next bill incl the $15 fine & then seek a reimbursement. That is not acceptable & I refuse to waste further time over a @telstra error. The fine should not be charged in the first place - I alerted #Telstra to the issue!

@djshaneday @Telstra Ordinarily no but knew wouldn’t be able 2 pay next bill on date, @telstra advise no ‘top-ups’ b4 them issuing bill so DD next option. Dutifully signed up, due date came, no debit at midnight, rang, told their fault, I had paid up, but ‘fined’ $15. Never,ever DD w @telstra peeps!

@Telstra Understood. However, as @telstra disconnected our service instead of our vacating neighbours, I would hope they could assist in rectifying the issue and reconnecting us.

@Telstra business landline dead (probably water in pits as we had 100 ml at the end of last week). Can't find number for Business Faults but Faults say a week (at least) for a technician & no reference number for calls. Need quick fix & call forwarding (although mobile shocking)

I've had people from Microsoft, Telstra, and a partner tell me the VVX units will work via 3PIP, even if they are currently configured for TIPT... but I've seen no way to register the handsets to Teams. Obviously, handsets like the Poly CCX make this v easy.

@Telstra After all the usual messages from Telstra telling me to switch back from the mobile network (which I can't do) my connection speed got cut to almost nothing. Again. It's been maybe a year since the last time but it's happened several times before.

@karmabusdriver @peterMVFC @Telstra Peter, lodge an official complaint on their website, it's the only way to speak to a human. The line of increased volume is BS. I had an issue 3mth back & lodging an official complaint is how I sorted it. If they ignore you go to the ombudsman

Hey @PolyCompany, have you got any information about migrating VVX handsets that are currently configured as Telstra TIPT to 3PIP Microsoft Teams phones? Either that, or is there a VVX trade-in program to help us move to CCX handsets instead? We'd like to move to Telstra Calling.

@Telstra just spent 4 hours getting a terrible billing error reversed. I am not confident it will happen. This took two days. Why have you closed the call centres. Your service is so bad I am reeling, and will be closing all services immediately. In shock at how terrible you are.
