That is not acceptable & I refuse to waste further time over a @telstra error. The fine should not be charged in the first place - I alerted #Telstra to the issue!

Dutifully signed up, due date came, no debit at midnight, rang, told their fault, I had paid up, but ‘fined’ $15. Never,ever DD w @telstra peeps!

BenMiles (@benjmiles) reported@riki7119 @Telstra I'd suggest you just go straight to the Ombudsman instead. I have spoken to their tier 2 support several times. I know he's trying to be helpful but his attitude isn't the best. Same guy every time. They get fined if you complain so it's in their interest to resolve the issue.
