@Telstra Understood. However, as @telstra disconnected our service instead of our vacating neighbours, I would hope they could assist in rectifying the issue and reconnecting us.

@Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

as promised. @optus onto the case - Optus actually have a 'Resolution'Team not a 'Complaints' Team like Telstra. Bit sad I had to extend my TIO Complaint to Optus as they've been super helpful but that's the law according to the TIO.

I understand we are moving to IQ4, and are keen to do so. I am a 20 year plus Telstra / Foxtel customer. Landline, 4 mobiles - I just want someone to pls call me and help me.

When I mentioned to @Telstra that $350/year was a tad too much to pay to keep my nine year old’s phone watch (which has three emergency numbers, GPS and step count, so doesn’t need much) ticking ... they suggested a ‘cheaper’ $10/week plan. #basicmaths #goodtry #ornot

Who stops Twitterers images from down loading? I have bandwidth but ABC Twitter and a few sites just don’t download, Telstra. The ISP, Who, it’s becoming a real nuisance!

@LennaLeprena Boost uses the Telstra network and have a 28-day plan auto rollover for $20 5GBs. Need to bring your own mob

@perceptivelight mmm our older daughter and husband lived there a few years. It seemed that if you ever wanted to go outside Hobart, Telstra was the only option. Even to just go to the airport there was no signal from voda or optus
