    @Telstra Understood. However, as @telstra disconnected our service instead of our vacating neighbours, I would hope they could assist in rectifying the issue and reconnecting us.

    @Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

    @Telstra Thanks Tanasha, advised that I pay next bill incl the $15 fine & then seek a reimbursement. That is not acceptable & I refuse to waste further time over a @telstra error. The fine should not be charged in the first place - I alerted #Telstra to the issue!

    @Telstra There is no ‘Accounts & billing’ selection available on the drop-down menu. So not much use. Thanks for trying though.

    @djshaneday @Telstra Ordinarily no but knew wouldn’t be able 2 pay next bill on date, @telstra advise no ‘top-ups’ b4 them issuing bill so DD next option. Dutifully signed up, due date came, no debit at midnight, rang, told their fault, I had paid up, but ‘fined’ $15. Never,ever DD w @telstra peeps!

    I still think Malcolm Turncoat should be arrested on the spot today for the total failure of the @NBN_Australia and @Telstra Within spitting distance of the towers & every day there are drop outs, no real phone support service & an app that is used as a false advert 4 help!

    @Telstra Hi we seem to be having some serious issues with our internet in the Benowa 4217 area. This started 2 nights ago and seems to be getting worse. Have been home for an hour and it has gone down 6 times since. My brother says it went down 28 times before I got home.

    @Telstra As usual I didn’t get a response without a day of multiple tries, so after a lifetime (and I’m old) of being a customer of an Australian company I’ve had to move on. I’m very sad.

    @AgriFocused @Telstra Worst case is we now carry pre paid sims which can still bd activated online. Just would be using a different phone number for a month until we’re in Perth

    @JudyHinchcliffe Oh yes I read this Scam , and Unfortunately Macquarie Bank should have froze their accounts straight away. I'm not surprised they didn't. They are a f ing joke , they are a Bad institution that I would never deal with 💯. Optus , telstra , are responsible for this BS. A joke. 😡
