    @Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

    @Telstra Thanks Tanasha, advised that I pay next bill incl the $15 fine & then seek a reimbursement. That is not acceptable & I refuse to waste further time over a @telstra error. The fine should not be charged in the first place - I alerted #Telstra to the issue!

    @Telstra Understood. However, as @telstra disconnected our service instead of our vacating neighbours, I would hope they could assist in rectifying the issue and reconnecting us.

    @djshaneday @Telstra Ordinarily no but knew wouldn’t be able 2 pay next bill on date, @telstra advise no ‘top-ups’ b4 them issuing bill so DD next option. Dutifully signed up, due date came, no debit at midnight, rang, told their fault, I had paid up, but ‘fined’ $15. Never,ever DD w @telstra peeps!

    @Telstra signed up for a new Samsung phone messages cannot be answer or written. Technical support although supposed to open at 8 am still saying not open. Now on lock down can't get to Telstra shop need help.

    Really frustring trying to WFH when @Telstra NBN keeps dropping in and out during the day 12-1pm and 3-5pm frequently 4 out of 5 days a week Don't tell me nothing's wrong at your end, Telstra... just fix the drop outs!!

    @Telstra Total lies. "Unlimited data on 4G when there isn't NBN available" i don't have NBN here and yet there is 4G in town but nope! Telstra says "nah, we mean you need to use NBN before you can use our 4G service" but get what, there is actually ADSL with other companies still. Idiots

    Does anyone know when you go from adsl internet to NBN with a different provider are you obliged to tell the old one? The NBN technician disconnected my old line and telstra kept billing me even though the phone was disconnected It's sorted out but took hours to fix it

    @Telstra After the tenth call on the fault, at the moment my issue has finally been escalated to "received". If in a week I'm no closer, I'll let you know. It's been two weeks and counting.

    @Telstra Don’t use Victoria’s “lock down” as an excuse for providing ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Last time I looked Manila was still in the Phillippines!
