    @Telstra Understood. However, as @telstra disconnected our service instead of our vacating neighbours, I would hope they could assist in rectifying the issue and reconnecting us.

    @djshaneday @Telstra Ordinarily no but knew wouldn’t be able 2 pay next bill on date, @telstra advise no ‘top-ups’ b4 them issuing bill so DD next option. Dutifully signed up, due date came, no debit at midnight, rang, told their fault, I had paid up, but ‘fined’ $15. Never,ever DD w @telstra peeps!

    @Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

    If there is a more incompetent, uncommunicative, hopeless, pathetic organisation than @Telstra I have not seen it. Disconnect my old man's phone a month ago, his only connection to the outside world from his nursing home, and now cancel appointment to fix it. 31st May now! #cast

    Trying to upgrade my phone with @Telstra and I realise that corporations no longer provide a service - they just allow you to use their service as long as it suits them. Difficult to the point of useless. 🙄

    @Teltsra @Telstra I’ve been put on hold seven separate times by seven different departments. Each time I’ve had to start from scratch and explain what’s happening over and over again. The customer service, and the language problems is absolutely abysmal.

    After 6 weeks of hell dealing with @telstra to swap from #foxtel to #telstra for our internet we were “absolutely promise” the service would commence last night. Rebooted modems this morning, guess what, still no Telstra 😡 - Your OS Callcentres are a joke. #australia

    @Telstra Checked day before due and was advised there was no appointment as they claim it was a major outage and I am not the only one affected. Which I don't believe as my outage occurred prior to cable being cut.

    @Telstra Yes, but I still don’t like the new plans. They’re worse value, and all being 28 days is awful. Also my data bank had 200GB in it - now it has 0GB.

    @telstra any eta on the tower fix in Airlie Beach? The mobile 4g has been incredibly slow all week. Call centre person said fault was being repaired.
