    @Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

    @djshaneday @Telstra Ordinarily no but knew wouldn’t be able 2 pay next bill on date, @telstra advise no ‘top-ups’ b4 them issuing bill so DD next option. Dutifully signed up, due date came, no debit at midnight, rang, told their fault, I had paid up, but ‘fined’ $15. Never,ever DD w @telstra peeps!

    @Telstra Understood. However, as @telstra disconnected our service instead of our vacating neighbours, I would hope they could assist in rectifying the issue and reconnecting us.

    @Telstra My housemates have Telstra 4G phones also and it’s the same problem for them. I’m quite tech savvy. I know there’s a coverage issue here. Why can’t Telstra just check. Send a techie here with a 4G device so they can see it themselves.

    @telstra is making it very easy for me to decide whether I should take my business to @Optus instead. I don’t even get the option of discussing my enquiry directly with a human being, their so-called customer service line just dumps me onto a messaging service. Pathetic.

    @Telstra Hi Angela, Our NBN connection has been down since Dec 19 due to the lightning.the back up mode fluctuates its speed.We can not even make a video call. The technician from NBN did not show up yesterday, he cancelled and only to find out we were re schedule for 25th of Jan 2021

    @Telstra Hi Jay, We have tried to login using the app but it won’t allow us to make a Telstra ID so we end up in circles. We also tried the chat bot and asked to be transferred but no response. Any other ways to get help?

    Merry Christmas to @Telstra, I hope the $999 you have yet to refund me (it's been 20 business days) helps keep you warm over the holidays. If the online resolution team doesn't get back to me today, the other present I will deliver is a complaint to the telcoms ombudsman. 🎄🎁
