    @Telstra There is no ‘Accounts & billing’ selection available on the drop-down menu. So not much use. Thanks for trying though.

    @djshaneday @Telstra Ordinarily no but knew wouldn’t be able 2 pay next bill on date, @telstra advise no ‘top-ups’ b4 them issuing bill so DD next option. Dutifully signed up, due date came, no debit at midnight, rang, told their fault, I had paid up, but ‘fined’ $15. Never,ever DD w @telstra peeps!

    @Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

    @Telstra Thanks Tanasha, advised that I pay next bill incl the $15 fine & then seek a reimbursement. That is not acceptable & I refuse to waste further time over a @telstra error. The fine should not be charged in the first place - I alerted #Telstra to the issue!

    @Telstra Understood. However, as @telstra disconnected our service instead of our vacating neighbours, I would hope they could assist in rectifying the issue and reconnecting us.

    So I stupidly said out loud I couldn’t believe how simple nbn connection was with @Telstra. After confirming the appointment 6 times and driving 400kms to house we find out less than 24 hours beforehand that @NBN_Australia has cancelled. 🙄 a pessimist is never disappointed

    @somewherein84 Telstra is by far the most expensive provider and also the worst for customer service. If you need the telstra service go through Woolworths.

    @Telstra i've been experiencing drop outs multiple times a week for last 6 months. I've tried to resolve the issue using the app messaging service, asked to escalate, but getting no where. How do i resolve this issue or do I just need to contact tio or cancel my service?

    @Telstra Thanks for the answer Glenn. Is there any way to tweak it to get more than 3g speeds? The very few times we've had it switch over, compared to our phones, the smart modem is slow when on 4g.

    @somewherein84 Remember when we justified paying more to telstra instead of a cheaper company offering a similar service because you could speak to a person if you had an issue.

    @kels_316 @Telstra That would get immediately interrupted with me saying, 'I'm sorry, sir/ma'am, but I Will Not be sworn at. If you swear At Me one more time I will hang up the phone. Do you understand me?' The beat that this would take would calm things a bit.
