@Telstra Understood. However, as @telstra disconnected our service instead of our vacating neighbours, I would hope they could assist in rectifying the issue and reconnecting us.

@djshaneday @Telstra Ordinarily no but knew wouldn’t be able 2 pay next bill on date, @telstra advise no ‘top-ups’ b4 them issuing bill so DD next option. Dutifully signed up, due date came, no debit at midnight, rang, told their fault, I had paid up, but ‘fined’ $15. Never,ever DD w @telstra peeps!

@Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

@simonahac @Telstra Wireless plans are not fit for home internet use for this reason. It is a scam and Telstra contributed to this problem by failing to upgrade ADSL2+ many many years ago. Thanks Johnny H for this mess.

@simonahac @Telstra What I really dislike is the dampening down of the up and download speeds to below the contracted levels. On purpose and against any rational reasoning. Our NBN Wifi tower feeds directly into the main arterial but we get ridiculously slow speeds. Hours spent on the app!!

Oh @Telstra I think I’m done. Nearly 30 years, home phone, internet and three mobile phones & I have spent 4 days trying to fix my bundle billing & all I got was an offer for $10 credit. I don’t want a credit. I want it fixed. Aldi prepaid sims are looking good.

So anyone else unable to connect to Twitch? What's even more wild is ALL Twitch channels are down, NY Times is down, the UK Gov's site was/is down, I've heard PayPal. Telstra was down for me too. I've read it's a major hack attack, how it's conducted though, no idea. Just me??

@Telstra The Telstra Complaints team told me I had nothing to complain about. Telstra didn't care that sick kids lives were put in danger. I complained and got nowhere, and my case was closed without resolution. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Happy to discuss this in the open. No DMs.
