@djshaneday @Telstra Ordinarily no but knew wouldn’t be able 2 pay next bill on date, @telstra advise no ‘top-ups’ b4 them issuing bill so DD next option. Dutifully signed up, due date came, no debit at midnight, rang, told their fault, I had paid up, but ‘fined’ $15. Never,ever DD w @telstra peeps!

@Telstra Understood. However, as @telstra disconnected our service instead of our vacating neighbours, I would hope they could assist in rectifying the issue and reconnecting us.

@Telstra Thanks Tanasha, advised that I pay next bill incl the $15 fine & then seek a reimbursement. That is not acceptable & I refuse to waste further time over a @telstra error. The fine should not be charged in the first place - I alerted #Telstra to the issue!

@Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

@Telstra you have cut off my mobile phone as I cannot access my account to pay my bill online. Why will you not let me pay the bill so I can get my mobile connected again? Your suggestion of me doing a two hour round trip to a Telstra store to fix this is not an option today.

@Telstra you’ve a terrible new customer experience. I ordered NBN 2 weeks ago after much hassle it’s still not active. Now I’m trying to order iPhone 14 and I cannot verify my international passport ID. Just horrible CX.

@drcarrot98 @Optus @Telstra I'm in the same boat. They all stink. I took Vodafone to the ombudsman a decade ago and I also left Telstra nearly 20 years ago for their appalling customer service. And the way that Optus has behaved after the fact is utterly disgraceful & unforgivable.

@Telstra = Total Incompetence Finally got someone on the phone, he goes to get an answer - call drops out. 84% on battery - 5G connection. Come on Telstra - get your **** together.

I went with voda as I have an Apple Watch to feed. But I will get a 12 month Aldimobile sim for my iPad mainly to have redundant network data coverage. I will still be paying much less than the Telstra price hikes over the past year.

@mattgillard TPG (Vodafone) and Telstra are working on a roaming setup, so they’ll share huge chunks of their network. Waiting on ACCC approval. It’s good as Voda suck outside metro areas.
