    @djshaneday @Telstra Ordinarily no but knew wouldn’t be able 2 pay next bill on date, @telstra advise no ‘top-ups’ b4 them issuing bill so DD next option. Dutifully signed up, due date came, no debit at midnight, rang, told their fault, I had paid up, but ‘fined’ $15. Never,ever DD w @telstra peeps!

    @Telstra Understood. However, as @telstra disconnected our service instead of our vacating neighbours, I would hope they could assist in rectifying the issue and reconnecting us.

    @Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

    @Telstra As if I can be bothered helping you guys fix a fault for somewhere I am parked for 10 minutes. Telstra is poor coverage in general now and reporting it doesn’t help I’ve tried at home for 6 months.

    Hey @Telstra my email account is not allowing me to access my mail due to a password error. Go to the website to change password, and it wants to send the new password via email, which I can't access in the first place? Can it be sms'd instead? Help!

    @Telstra Cool story bro. Telstra has chosen to put an insufficient number of towers along the route. You could fix the problem if you wanted. Ironically, there's good reception in the area between Sutherland and Heathcote where trains reach their top speed.

    @natecochrane @Aussie_BB @Telstra Yep, it's not a winning strategy, and a vast departure from Telstra doctrine. When I worked there we had it drummed into us to "never mention the competition", because the psychological effect of mentioning the competition is always negative for Telstra

    I always wonder if I’m legitimately hanging up on Telstra or it’s a scam. But they never ring back immediately so I’m gonna assume it was a scam.

    @OcarinaJones @WhosFibbing They are two different networks. Labor removed Telstra from the original tender process for NBN. So Telstra said we will build a 3G, 4G & now 5G network. Labor's Conroy & Rudd completely stuffed NBN up. There has never been a Fibre network of this size built on the planet.

    @Telstra The so called manager called us again today and had nothing but excuses saying we are trying to book a technician to come out and investigate the problem. This is pathetic for a company the size of Telstra to have trouble sending a technician out. Are you guys not ashamed?
