    @Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

    @Telstra Understood. However, as @telstra disconnected our service instead of our vacating neighbours, I would hope they could assist in rectifying the issue and reconnecting us.

    @whiteswine Sky ice and heavenly waterfalls tuned the creek into a 20m wide Danube for 40 minutes during peak of downpour. Never seen this before - Unable to check vineyard yet for hail damage 'cause I'm still fighting with Telstra since 4pm., to restore office phones/ lines etc .... You Ok?

    So this spaghetti monster of an eSIM transfer process will end up taking a full week, it seems. Meanwhile the Telstra support person is trying to discuss with me how I can “get more out of my Telstra services” - wants to sell me an internet plan.

    @Telstra my iPhone order has been dispatched and returned twice due to the delivery address missing my unit number. I have updated this online and via customer service who assured me it was re-sent to the correct address but StarTrack confirmed unit number still missing. Pls help
