    @Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

    @Telstra Understood. However, as @telstra disconnected our service instead of our vacating neighbours, I would hope they could assist in rectifying the issue and reconnecting us.

    @Telstra no modems for 5G home internet, register interest…Communication is quite broken, no acknowledgement email..ideally should take the orders with tentative timeframes for modem delivery…didn’t like level of information being provided, not something we expect from Telstra.

    @Telstra ZERO notification of confirmed outage - Lilian Rock NSW "under investigation". Mobile signal is weak so Smart Modem is hopeless. Your tech "tweaking" the mobile receiver on his end is questionable - is this how you train your team to deal with frustrated customers??

    The idea of @Telstra customer service is “I’ll transfer you to a colleague who can see our conversation so you don’t need to repeat it…’ Next person “I’m here to help, what can I do for you….” Clicked through 11 hours of this…..

    @Telstra why is your DNS blocking Apple’s hide my email feature on NBN/broadband but works fine on mobile internet? Can we sort out this issue? The only workaround is to change DNS on each device connected to Wi-Fi.

    @ImOneWithTheKop I got ruthless. Telstra, Optus, visit Victoria, 7 & some others that I would probably engage in if it wasn't promoted. After a while I unblocked & it doesn't seem to appear any more. I've cleared up heaps since then & it only ever is the stupid clickbait articles now.

    @Telstra Broadband wifi. Get some nbn up our way or something. It’s dogshit all the damn time. I lose work from the internet cutting out all the time. Are you going to come pay my bills because I can’t work?
