    @djshaneday @Telstra Ordinarily no but knew wouldn’t be able 2 pay next bill on date, @telstra advise no ‘top-ups’ b4 them issuing bill so DD next option. Dutifully signed up, due date came, no debit at midnight, rang, told their fault, I had paid up, but ‘fined’ $15. Never,ever DD w @telstra peeps!

    @Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

    @Telstra Understood. However, as @telstra disconnected our service instead of our vacating neighbours, I would hope they could assist in rectifying the issue and reconnecting us.

    @Telstra With the new development of 117 dwellings down the road I don't think you have or will upgrade the infrastructure to cope with this as I do not think developers have to pay you or the NBN to deliver to the site as already existing, but needs upgrading, bandwidth.

    @GreenJ @Telstra @NBN_Australia I have found TPG to be almost faultless and when I did have problems I spoke to a human located in Oz who managed to fix promptly. Friends with the same provider agree 100%.

    @Telstra I just need the device that was lost by Telstra to be replaced, I don't really care how it happens. Just because your business Systems are antiquated doesn't excuse you from the problem

    @Telstra I have just get an overseas call centre, hard to understand and they followxsteps laid down by Telstra and cannot do or think outside the box.

    @peters_malcolm I just read the article. How f**ken stupid is this government. They create a company called NBN Co to provide (well original plan) a fibre network to most Australian homes. That basically shut the Telstra cable network down.

    @peters_malcolm They f**ked that up and we ended up with a 3rd rate or worse broadband network. Now Telstra are gunna waste $1.6bn on “ground infrastructure and fibre network” for some dodgy (?) global company. The government continues down its path of stupid decisions re telecommunications. 😡

    @Mattophobia IN Australia I live in the middle of Sydney and I can’t even get a decent internet connection that doesn’t drop several times a week for long periods. With starlink I almost never have that issue. Especially since the last batch of sats went up. I got tired of Telstra’s ****.

    Hey @Telstra, where did you ‘premium’ service go? You seem to be great at handing out ‘ticket numbers’ then failing to follow-up on commitments. If you charge a premium for your services, you need to back it up!
