Dutifully signed up, due date came, no debit at midnight, rang, told their fault, I had paid up, but ‘fined’ $15. Never,ever DD w @telstra peeps!

Sharon (@bornapie76) reported@Telstra finding that the chat service ( gold level) is useless. I have had to log into telstra myself to upgrade a mobile data plan as the chat has not clue. Time before issue I had to fix myself too. What exactly am I paying for it's definitely not customer support

Notice how this support person's first response, even when they have no clue what's going on or even being asked, is just to reply with a dismissive non-answer (which, if true, is even worse than security bug, as it signals that it's actually intentional spyware). Ugh.

When he saw I was from Melb he took pity lol. He even knew how much people hate Dan. He couldn't believe how we continue to live like this. Neither do I 😢
