    @djshaneday @Telstra Ordinarily no but knew wouldn’t be able 2 pay next bill on date, @telstra advise no ‘top-ups’ b4 them issuing bill so DD next option. Dutifully signed up, due date came, no debit at midnight, rang, told their fault, I had paid up, but ‘fined’ $15. Never,ever DD w @telstra peeps!

    @Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

    @Telstra Understood. However, as @telstra disconnected our service instead of our vacating neighbours, I would hope they could assist in rectifying the issue and reconnecting us.

    @Telstra is there any plans to allow us to link old pstn numbers into our Telstra mobile service so when someone calls our home phone it rings on our mobile. Most of the calls are spam but you never know

    @Telstra @andy_penn I’ve been to the ombudsman about it Telstra said there was nothing they could do about it and offered to cancel all of my services I think there are 10 all up Fat lot of good that would do

    @Telstra You cant help. Ive spent hours on calls with your team to try to get this working. Now Ive been told I have to physically identify myself in a @Telstra store. So I can identify myself over the phone with my bank..but with @telstra I have to physically go into the store. You suck.

    @adventure_ali_ @KrauthBen @smh_ch Tbf even Telstra is somewhat similar to the top tier US providers in cost. Yes, unlimited data is more common in the US but you can get 80GB for AUD$65 from Telstra which most people would never use even close to. Compare that to a starting price of US$70 for a Verizon plan.
