@Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

@Telstra Understood. However, as @telstra disconnected our service instead of our vacating neighbours, I would hope they could assist in rectifying the issue and reconnecting us.

@djshaneday @Telstra Ordinarily no but knew wouldn’t be able 2 pay next bill on date, @telstra advise no ‘top-ups’ b4 them issuing bill so DD next option. Dutifully signed up, due date came, no debit at midnight, rang, told their fault, I had paid up, but ‘fined’ $15. Never,ever DD w @telstra peeps!

@Telstra Songs are greyed out when using Spotify on mobile data. My friends on Telstra are having the same problem. Any solutions? No problems when on wifi.

Settle down to watch a movie with MrB - and of course we can't because our internet is with @Telstra and we just keep getting the "We are experiencing slow connection speeds" warning. I had superior internet in Uganda. This is just pointless.

@TrentAn94382106 @Telstra @PipCrook Very interested to hear this. We began having difficulty in Boronia in the city (less than 1km from the tower) about three weeks ago. It affects some but not others. But complete blackout where we live at the moment. Not with Telstra but use Telstra network.

@Telstra And it’s gonna cost tens of thousands by the time im done attempting resolution. All over a 1000$ Fone that was ****** on delivery, apple says they would fix it for free if I had bought it there. Or if I buy apple care now. No thanks. I already overpaid for “good tech”

@Telstra It's the standard plus NBN as far as I know, I can't recall the speeds we're meant to be getting. All I know is we're paying $90 a month for internet that doesn't work as it should and I'm tired of it. Nothing is loading tonight and it's just not good enough.

@Telstra 3rd weekend in a row where there is no data from the Miranda (2229) tower within the Westfield. Especially annoying seeing we have to check in and show vax passport but all of the stores have Telstra customer waiting outside since there’s no data traffic.
