  @Telstra Thanks Tanasha, advised that I pay next bill incl the $15 fine & then seek a reimbursement. That is not acceptable & I refuse to waste further time over a @telstra error. The fine should not be charged in the first place - I alerted #Telstra to the issue!

  @djshaneday @Telstra Ordinarily no but knew wouldn’t be able 2 pay next bill on date, @telstra advise no ‘top-ups’ b4 them issuing bill so DD next option. Dutifully signed up, due date came, no debit at midnight, rang, told their fault, I had paid up, but ‘fined’ $15. Never,ever DD w @telstra peeps!

  @Telstra There is no ‘Accounts & billing’ selection available on the drop-down menu. So not much use. Thanks for trying though.

  @Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

  @Telstra Is an hour wait time normal to have a questioned answered? I've been experiencing connection problems for several weeks, I contact telstra support, they verify I am who I say I am then I get asked to wait an hour before they'll get back to me?

  @Telstra It was associated with my home internet, which has been experiencing drop outs for more than two weeks. It's been up to me to chase this at every step, any time I've been promised a call back it's never eventuated. Last night I spent nearly two hours in total of the phone.

  The single most annoying thing about this 4G outage is I used to work for @Telstra , I was on the pilot rollout of ADSL services back in the 90's, I supported parts of their internal ICT services for nearly 7yrs Now I have to do chat screen with some kid who doesnt give a ****.

  my internet has borked thanks for all your suggestions, Telstra has put in an interim thingy until an NBN technician can come tomorrow, because after at the diagnostics it was not actually a Telstra issue at all but the woman who helped me god bless her she was wonderful.

  @Telstra I have tried sending from another Telstra phone and still doesn't work so I guess it's a problem with her network in the USA.,weird thing is that she can send me pictures perfectly fine !

  @AstrologyCrypto @Telstra Yeaiiii good luck reaching them. Two of the biggest network providers in Australia being absolutely trash. Try reaching them over their app now. You'll probably get connected to their Indonesian friends over there who have no clue what tha heck you're talking bout.

  @NBN_Australia Actually Jo, I’m about to cancel all my Telstra accounts plus consider a seeking action for the loss of wages because of all the wasted hours waiting for your technician to arrive.
