@Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

@Telstra Understood. However, as @telstra disconnected our service instead of our vacating neighbours, I would hope they could assist in rectifying the issue and reconnecting us.

@djshaneday @Telstra Ordinarily no but knew wouldn’t be able 2 pay next bill on date, @telstra advise no ‘top-ups’ b4 them issuing bill so DD next option. Dutifully signed up, due date came, no debit at midnight, rang, told their fault, I had paid up, but ‘fined’ $15. Never,ever DD w @telstra peeps!

@Nowun6 @Telstra I had a similar experience with TPG, hours on hold with customer service, never actually got anywhere, and they wouldn't do anything with trying to lock me in to a contract for non-functional internet. New provider & was done in 10min

@Nowun6 @CaseyBriggs Got rid of Telstra from my life like 30yrs ago & have never ever needed them since. I just don’t get why people are still with them. I use Tangerine for our NBN & Amaysim for my & my family’s mobile services. We save a lot of money when compared to Telstra

@Telstra mobile network in The Gap, Brisbane has been down for us since yesterday. Can't make calls, incoming calls dropped. Status page says no issue today, yesterday it said there was maintenance. Can you give an update
