    @Telstra Understood. However, as @telstra disconnected our service instead of our vacating neighbours, I would hope they could assist in rectifying the issue and reconnecting us.

    @djshaneday @Telstra Ordinarily no but knew wouldn’t be able 2 pay next bill on date, @telstra advise no ‘top-ups’ b4 them issuing bill so DD next option. Dutifully signed up, due date came, no debit at midnight, rang, told their fault, I had paid up, but ‘fined’ $15. Never,ever DD w @telstra peeps!

    @Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

    Hi @Telstra. Pretty pathetic that you’ve actually made it impossible to speak with a human. No, I do not want to read through those 700 links you SMS-ed and, as a paying customer, do all the admin work for you. I’d like to speak to someone who knows your systems and can help.

    Ten days passed. The issue is still unresolved. Spent countless hours on that useless @Telstra messaging app. Meanwhile, #VicLockdown happened. Now three people in the household (including a kid trying to attend classes on Zoom) sharing 4G backup connection.

    @Telstra Tried that, got nowhere, had ridiculous bills and poor service. Nothing but excuses, diversionary tactics, and stalling, whilst attacking with threatening letters and collection agencies, for a bill I never owed.. No conscience profiteer scum.

    I connected the modem as per instructions and got connected to broadband. However, the connection was do unreliable that it would drop out every few minutes—contacted Telstra for resolution. After a few calls it was established than the problem is with NBN box
