@MargMcCrohon @jmil400 @gdgoz Remember how American Toe Cutter stopped by St Andrews and was nonplussed to hear prayers being offered to ask the Gov for help during Financial Crisis- returned to USA with Sol Whatsit (Telstra) with $$$ millions golden handshake, and received Wall St bank payout.

@Telstra Thanks Tanasha, advised that I pay next bill incl the $15 fine & then seek a reimbursement. That is not acceptable & I refuse to waste further time over a @telstra error. The fine should not be charged in the first place - I alerted #Telstra to the issue!

@Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

@djshaneday @Telstra Ordinarily no but knew wouldn’t be able 2 pay next bill on date, @telstra advise no ‘top-ups’ b4 them issuing bill so DD next option. Dutifully signed up, due date came, no debit at midnight, rang, told their fault, I had paid up, but ‘fined’ $15. Never,ever DD w @telstra peeps!

@Telstra Glen Waverley. Currently have signal (can ping IP addresses) but unable to actually connect to anything. WiFi booster doesn't seem to help though it's active. Phone still connected though!

Why have outage pages @Telstra and @NBN_Australia when they never reflect reality? Totally understand that after last night's weather there may be network issues and the MyTelstra app confirms my internet is down. But the outage pages continue to claim there are no issues.

@Telstra Oh okay, well thank you for finally clarifying what I’ve been trying to get clarity of for days. Please improve your messaging in the app. It’s ruined by ‘experts’ who don’t respond in a timely manner or give inconsistent advice. I otherwise enjoy my Telstra mobile service.

@Telstra May I ask, can your org change a pre-paid phone plane for a customer without consent? The reason I ask is the plan we’re on has changed due to a previous complaint that was submitted to the Ombud.

@NBN_Australia really wish you’d battery back your HFC nodes. Power out a few streets away and it’s taken out my internet because you cheaped out when you bought Telstra’s HFC network. Really wish you’d provide a cheap fibre upgrade to avoid this.
