    @Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

    @Telstra Understood. However, as @telstra disconnected our service instead of our vacating neighbours, I would hope they could assist in rectifying the issue and reconnecting us.

    @djshaneday @Telstra Ordinarily no but knew wouldn’t be able 2 pay next bill on date, @telstra advise no ‘top-ups’ b4 them issuing bill so DD next option. Dutifully signed up, due date came, no debit at midnight, rang, told their fault, I had paid up, but ‘fined’ $15. Never,ever DD w @telstra peeps!

    @Telstra Hey Vicky I have talked to everyone about this ongoing problem and they are all saying it’s on end when I definitely isn’t, I’ve restarted my wifi 1000 times and moved it to a better spot in my house, even got a new modem and I can’t even get past 5 down 2 up

    .../2 only to learn @Telstra falsely told TIO our complaint had been resolved. Without checking @TelcoOmbudsman closed our case. By February TIO advised, due to volume of complaints, a case officer cannot be allocated for 'another 7 weeks'! What is going on @PaulFletcherMP?

    Thought I’d call in to a @Telstra shop today to try to resolve this ongoing issue. Despite several aimless staff milling around, was told there’s a 2 hour wait. You’re joking right?
