    @Telstra I get that the network and the usage is different in big cities and in the country but nowdays all business need a mobile, and unfortunately some people expect 24x7 availability. No network, no business, no $$$. 😑

    @Telstra Plus raising a concern like that is heaps of time which I have lack of atm. I'm just back from Europe where the network works even in the metro, here in #Townsville it disconnects in the elevator or undercover carpark too.

    @dexswans @Reggi05 I think Kayo is a 12 month offer. Fair enough considering not alot of sport still. Would be interested to see if afl breaks away from broadcaster partner with Telstra & starts its own streaming service. With higher level access to higher paying memberships.

    @Telstra Internet is down across suburbs in WA, call support and no one is available to take calls. Chat bot is useless, no help whatsoever. Raise ticket, goes to to bot. Bot is no help at all. Please get someone to take phone calls from customers. This is unacceptable.

    @Telstra Why is my landline cutting in & out please? Out for couple of days about a month ago, mobile 3G/H+ whatever that is, dropouts, slow as treacle.

    Why am I not able to contact Telstra hoping to waive a $14.00 bill for my deceased brother? Called and called with no way to speak to anyone. Completely over this inability to communicate with a live person during these COVID times. We need to speak to someone people! HELP US!!
