    @fowl2 All English speakers going only. Will be roaming my Telstra service and will have a few VPN options. The first being self hosted. If you can suggest anything else especially handy reference apps that’d be awesome. It’s only for 7 days. Not long.

    @Telstra @yolandasfetsos All very well telling us there is no outage on your outage page @Telstra but there obviously is. For hours it kept saying Telstra are unaware of any outages in your area. Cannot get to you by calling or chat so resorting to social media. Bad service is an understatement.

    @Telstra Telstra outage seems to be widespread from Cairns to Mackay at least, not just some services as per your replies. Are you able to estimate a timeframe for correction or at least advise media so your customers are aware? Your outages site still doesn’t show any info 4815.

    @Barge1Burges @Telstra Had a similar issue here in Perth suddenly all three mobile phones in the house had to be taken away from home in order to hold any phone conversation at all. Rang and complained wasn’t until Ombudsman threats were made that it was rectified. Provider had changed tower settings.

    @Telstra Im on NBN. The thing is, its not just me. Every single person here has a ping of 120-150 as of two days ago. Something is routing to where it shouldnt be. Its not my hardware, ive run all the diagnostics here on my end. Its Telstra who have a problem somewhere.

    @GRethus @Barge1Burges @Telstra The reason why farmers use twitter is because it works with little signal strength. If i had an accident and couldn't place a call, i would still try txting or twitter. They can get thru when calls can't.

    Internet at @Telstra is at dial up speeds at the moment and all calls this morning have been dropping out. Solar flares could be playing up again or they could simply be a shit Telco...either way.

    @Telstra Multiple locations. Sick and tired of trying to explain to someone in the Phillipines that the service I pay for doesn’t work properly. It is the same all over regional WA. Turn the power up on your towers

    Well done @Telstra called platinum support last night with a ADSL2 speed issue and technician was out this morning and it is fixed. Great service.

    @Telstra the issue is not with the NBN installation. it is with the 4g backup on the modem, which went from working perfectly fine to 0.1Mbps

    @Telstra Yes I have spoken to support multiple times and have been told that the service will be back within 24-48 hours each time, which hasn’t happened. No-one as of yet has been able to assist me with my smart modem issue!
