@Telstra I get that the network and the usage is different in big cities and in the country but nowdays all business need a mobile, and unfortunately some people expect 24x7 availability. No network, no business, no $$$. 😑

@Telstra Plus raising a concern like that is heaps of time which I have lack of atm. I'm just back from Europe where the network works even in the metro, here in #Townsville it disconnects in the elevator or undercover carpark too.

go telstra, another 4g outage in mid north coast, no way to check in or out at the shops, guess it was too much to expect 4g coverage and reliability would be even close to the 3g service it replaced.

Just cancelled my @Telstra #NBN, talk about IMCOMPETENCE. Three weeks trying to organise relocation of my NBN service from Elwood to Mornington, twice i placed the order & TWICE they didnt do it. & the third time they tried to go thru all the same dumb questions again.

@Telstra Rang them after the person on chat couldn't find the phone no, then was told it had 33.5 gigs left but has stopped working now as the app says its at 0 gigs left im so damn frustrated from it all, no one has been of any help today

@Telstra Getting lots of disturbances.. Not able to hear properly in both ends. Also while using internet to make calls, issues are coming due to the low network

@Optus All done.... still poor quality network. Wife on telstra.... same phone... has great cover and speed. Troubleshooting once complete gives indication your network won't improve and any inconvenience in cover will be just that.

@Telstra Is there any way to contact the customer care directly.. Tired of typing and explaining the issue to the chat agents. Spent more than one hour explaining , everytime getting response as " please wait for 2-3 minutes" then the agent will change. Again I have to explain..

So I am just a little annoyed in terms of my stream today. I feel that slobs has failed me and the great Telstra Network has failed everyone else. Was really looking for to streaming this game today. Fingers crossed things clear up and I can get back to it
