    @Telstra Plus raising a concern like that is heaps of time which I have lack of atm. I'm just back from Europe where the network works even in the metro, here in #Townsville it disconnects in the elevator or undercover carpark too.

    @ReganAM2210 @Optus @Telstra If you don’t have much luck get in contact with Aussie Broadband and connect with them. They don’t **** around like the big guys do and they’re direct and up front.

    @Telstra I get that the network and the usage is different in big cities and in the country but nowdays all business need a mobile, and unfortunately some people expect 24x7 availability. No network, no business, no $$$. 😑

    @Telstra You really need to fix your Telstra stores. I do not expect to go into one to have to put my name down on a list and wait sometimes up to 3 hours to be served. 🤬🤬 I’d call your call centre…… but I cannot understand the people I’m talking to Keep jobs in Australia!

    @Telstra Nope I have to disagree with you. Never had these issues last year when on train and also when I was with Vodafone I never had issues with video streaming it’s only Telstra. I do have other issues in 2763 with low connection with one bar but the internet speed is fine though

    that album was made to be played in Supré while 12 year olds buy *** fits to wear to the bluelight disco come on now. its not necessarily bad but its sooooo unremarkable. the genre is telstra ad that plays in the cinema

    @MarcellaBrasset oOh dear awful I had a few tellies go over years - always advised to turn off at wall & unplug landline/modem when there`s lightnin` storms - zBur some can creep up on you in the dark. Actually the new modem Telstra gave me Is Better - heard a coupla zaps before I turned off ..

    @JonesHowdareyou Good. thanks. Just after we were moved to NBN about 4 yr ago, we had a few probs, Telstra sent a new smart modem within days. Telstra also sent a tech to the house and found a fault in a wall socket, corrosion. We've never had a major prob with Telstra in 20 years.

    @JonesHowdareyou Been through similar recently. My husband and I stumbled through Telstra’s never ending hoops, days spent on the chat line, reset the modem, then died, 2 months no internet, no Telstra box they said was faulty, no techies here, Good luck!

    @JonesHowdareyou I fixed all these problems by going with a wireless modem. I'm with iinet. If you're with Telstra, I will refrain from saying, I could ahve told you so... grin
