    @Telstra I get that the network and the usage is different in big cities and in the country but nowdays all business need a mobile, and unfortunately some people expect 24x7 availability. No network, no business, no $$$. 😑

    @Telstra Plus raising a concern like that is heaps of time which I have lack of atm. I'm just back from Europe where the network works even in the metro, here in #Townsville it disconnects in the elevator or undercover carpark too.

    @kayosports_help just tried to sign up to Kayo thru the Telstra $5 basic offer but Kayo is not recognizing my subscription. Telstra are saying it was redeemed correctly at their end and issue must be at Kayo’s end. How can I fix??

    @Telstra incorrectly disconnected my internet 1.5months ago. Took 1 month for them to figure out the problem and then 2 technician appointments where nobody has rocked up. Speak to telstra again and same response - just wait 24 hours and get back to us. Need a new provider

    I just realised tomorrow is the day that Telstra may be turning off my NBN for repairs for hours, and I’m supposed to be working from home... ****. Can I hotspot my phone data to my laptop? I have no idea how to even do that... help

    @Telstra I ported to Telstra last week from Vodafone and I’m have issues with someone on Optus getting a message they my number has been disconnected and they have to try several times to get through to me

    Someone remind me again please, but if I'm a Telstra customer, how do I watch @NRL @AFL streaming on phone? Is it still free or gotta go via Kayo? Did Telstra do anything for existing customers? Cheers

    @drsbne @Telstra We had to resolve an issue with them using the online chat. It took two hours. The customer service used to be the best. What happened? Good luck getting your stuff sorted.

    @ez_1978_ @burrosavic This happened to my father in law. Went to store to sort out no luck. Called Telstra and told them I would cancel all my services and they soon changed their tune. One of the most unethical companies going around.
