@Telstra I get that the network and the usage is different in big cities and in the country but nowdays all business need a mobile, and unfortunately some people expect 24x7 availability. No network, no business, no $$$. 😑

@Telstra Plus raising a concern like that is heaps of time which I have lack of atm. I'm just back from Europe where the network works even in the metro, here in #Townsville it disconnects in the elevator or undercover carpark too.

@Telstra disconnected my phone before it was ported to another carrier, and now their complaints department want me to pay $240 to reconnect it to allow it to move to a competitor? This is not only anti competitive, but illegal @acccgovau. Complaint submitted to @TelcoOmbudsman

I'm having so many #SecondThoughts about leaving my company! The one that's paying more is much, much smaller. Telstra is offering 100% flexibility so I never have to come back to the office but this new company only offers 60%! I secretly wish they would just decline my offer.

The @Telstra complaint manager said: "Processing a new Internet bundle under Premium Internet $110/month with Professional Installation fee of $240 to re-activate the service. Once order is completed, we’ll change the temporary landline number back to (my number). Really?
