    @Telstra I get that the network and the usage is different in big cities and in the country but nowdays all business need a mobile, and unfortunately some people expect 24x7 availability. No network, no business, no $$$. 😑

    @Telstra Plus raising a concern like that is heaps of time which I have lack of atm. I'm just back from Europe where the network works even in the metro, here in #Townsville it disconnects in the elevator or undercover carpark too.

    @fowl2 All English speakers going only. Will be roaming my Telstra service and will have a few VPN options. The first being self hosted. If you can suggest anything else especially handy reference apps that’d be awesome. It’s only for 7 days. Not long.

    @Telstra @yolandasfetsos All very well telling us there is no outage on your outage page @Telstra but there obviously is. For hours it kept saying Telstra are unaware of any outages in your area. Cannot get to you by calling or chat so resorting to social media. Bad service is an understatement.

    @Telstra Telstra outage seems to be widespread from Cairns to Mackay at least, not just some services as per your replies. Are you able to estimate a timeframe for correction or at least advise media so your customers are aware? Your outages site still doesn’t show any info 4815.

    @Telstra Bill Telstra for your wasted time on these issues if you earn $25hr and waste 4 hrs chasing them send them a bill for your time of $100 if everyone did this they would have to sit up and take notice as it would run into millions,you are entitled to payment for time wasted.

    @Telstra answering a call is not fixing an issue how about aspiring to fix issues or aspiring to follow up with customers and explaining how you plan to fix their problems then actually doing it.

    How many Telstra customers are fed up with how difficult it is to resolve even the simplest issues and trying to contact a real person that actually knows what their doing and wasting hrs on hold waiting for some one to answer you.

    @Telstra I have sent multiple messages on Telstra App and tried calling, no one is responding. Internet just stopped working two hours ago. The NBN modem light is blue. Is there an outage in the postcode 2161. Please reply back.

    @andy_penn: seriously who came up with idea of sms based customer service? To resolve a fault, Wasn’t the (Indian-based) telephone conversation enough pain already that someone @Telstra took it 10 steps further and suggested to started Indian-SMS based custmer service for faults?

    @Telstra I have tried 8 times tonight to get technical support and I keep getting noone is available because it is after 8pm ad we are obviously not a priority case. #badcustomerservice
