    @ReganAM2210 @Optus @Telstra If you don’t have much luck get in contact with Aussie Broadband and connect with them. They don’t **** around like the big guys do and they’re direct and up front.

    @Telstra Plus raising a concern like that is heaps of time which I have lack of atm. I'm just back from Europe where the network works even in the metro, here in #Townsville it disconnects in the elevator or undercover carpark too.

    @Emma_Janexxxxxx @Telstra I have no plan, cheers. 😚 I am with @ALDIMobileAU (pre-paid) which also uses the Telstra network but costs me $15/m.

    @Telstra I get that the network and the usage is different in big cities and in the country but nowdays all business need a mobile, and unfortunately some people expect 24x7 availability. No network, no business, no $$$. 😑

    @Telstra Yes tried resetting network settings multiple times. Doesn’t correct the issue, goes either sos, no signal, full bars of 3G (with no connection) or 1 bar of 4g (with no connection). Or drops out after 2mins connected

    @Telstra @ll_Ford I've filed a law suit already and TIO complaint. Same thing happened to me increasing my plan without permission! It's against the law and let me tell u telstra, another big smack from ACC is on the way. Bunch of greedy fkwits

    @andrewjones141 @Telstra Yes and no. User behaviors can shift in the presence of faster links. Also video streaming incl YouTube will dynamically select video resolution based on observed available throughout. So a faster link *can* chew much more data if the data is a video stream, for that reason.

    Telstra Team is awesome, they never stop to amaze me about the fact their system and resources have no clue about what's going on and No One Ever takes the accountability to own the issue and resolve it for the customers.Area is listed as being serviced by Velocity and No FTTP :)

    @Telstra I am asking my neighbours, but it’s very strange that pre outage everything worked, now post outage my whole street is a black spot.
