    @CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

    @Telstra It’s been the last 6 months. Service that was usable with multiple CelFi boosters has now become redundant. Phone shows 4-5 bars of service but you can’t get a call through or when you do it drops out constantly. I’ve even made calls to one person and had multiple contacts answer

    @penguin_brian @Telstra Cancel and transfer the number to Optus is what I did. Saves a fortune

    @Telstra not able to make any international calls from my mobile number. getting message as “the service is not available”. Pleas fix the issue asap, It’s been almost 6 hours now.

    @Telstra really. Pay a bill 2 days late and get slugged with a late fee that is 20% of the bill. That is really poor, greedy and nasty. So much for customer loyalty!

    @Yalleswar @Telstra I waited 46 minutes and gave up - you won’t get through. Prepaid is down and they have stolen my credit.

    @Telstra Amy issues in Kellyville NSW please? Your Mobile Service has dropped to one bar, incoming calls failing and I’m having to use wifi to help outbound calls. Multiple devices, same symptoms.

    @Telstra Checked this morning & I have paid twice, but going camping for a couple of weeks & if the weather's ordinary we'll be good. Three payments might have been a problem though.

    @Telstra I suddenly cannot make international calls despite having unlimited calls until 10 April 2022. I recharged on the 6 Oct 2021 so not sure if this is linked to the broader issues with your prepaid billing. Have tried the Telstra app, but no evidence of humanity there.
