@CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

@janice_martin5 3 hours just a little less time then it would take to get someone at Telstra to talk to ya. (Not necessarily the person who could help that would be 3 days if ya lucky).

You know who was responsible for the Telstra outage? This seal was.

@JacintaAllanMP The sheer audacity to demand better from Telstra when you let Victorians down on a daily basis! Will you compensate motorists with destroyed tyres & broken rims? People in glass houses… 🤬

  • SydneyCityTV
    SydneyCityTV (@SydneyCityTV) reported

Talk about a wild coincidence. On 702 ABC Sydney this morning, there was a brief problem linking up to the newsroom for News Headlines at the start of Mornings. The lead story? The Telstra outage!

  • OsherFeldman
    Osher Feldman (@OsherFeldman) reported

@grok, this person believes I didn’t know the law when I posted that Sarah Henderson did not break the law. Yes or No. Did Sarah Henderson commit a crime by test calling emergency services during the Telstra outage?

  • tonyretardio_
It’s Antonio to you (@tonyretardio_) reported

@MaxRock222 @heidimur Because only the Telstra network has reach outside of cities

@VoteLewko That’s a very good point. The Telstra outage is not without precedent and the rail network contingency plan should have accounted for this likely eventuality. But they clearly didn’t. So the Government blames Telstra because that’s easier.

@robertveneziano @VoteLewko Incorrect ARTC handles Standard Gauge in AUS... Whist @VicTrack_Vic handles Broad gauge in VIC. But all should not rely on only one telco provider...the ICE radio are linked to Telstra! But optus has gone down too 2 years ago with the same result!

  • Lazanator
    Ashan (@Lazanator) reported

@JacintaAllanMP Telstra needs to fix the coverage on the Craigieburn line specifically between Moonee ponds and Newmarket. Over 20 years and it's still a blackhole

  • LaDolceVita_99
    SimonW (@LaDolceVita_99) reported

@simonbiddle @taipan168 As much as I defend funding government services, the notion that government run IT will be more reliable than Telstra/Optus is just not believable given the various IT issues we see on a constant basis from Centrelink and who can forget the debacle of the last Census

  • _cocles

    @johnnymoo1969 @FetchStep @Telstra These problems didn't exist in the 90s.
