    @Telstra Telstra please DM me I have been trying to cancel my account for 3 weeks now, no website response, no telephone response, no response at shops. Only communication is today Ai received a bill I will not be paying. Terrible service.

    @StickelSam @Telstra I got a response from them via there app, told there is outage in area but it not showing on there site, was meant to be fixed by 7pm last light by hasn’t been, was marked as resolved by agent, when I asked why has this shows resolved, pushed wrong button is response

    @Telstra Tom, I’ve already wasted so much time speaking to people regarding this. I’m not starting the conversation with another person only to have to wait further. I was told I’d receive a call back on Monday by the person (Ash) looking into the issue. I didn’t get that call back.

    @OUSAK You need the Telstra unit as it has the modem built in which the UDM doesn’t have. The FlexHD connects wirelessly to the UDM and forms part of the mesh network. Ideally, I’d plug it into an Ethernet back haul but the place isn’t wired.

    @Telstra major fail yet again by Telstra, on hold with them after clicking a link they sent me to do with my service and was transferred to the Woolworths helpline. Like ... words cannot explain how inept Telstra is, I have moved house a few times and it’s never worked! 🤯🤬🖕🏻

    Every. Damn. Time @Telstra On @amaysimAU mobile service atm as your home wifi & phone service is out...again!!😠 Every time in a storm or rain or a breeze or whenevs!🙄 Rn = overcast, distant thunder, no lightening/wind & hasn't rained for hours! So tired of your rubbish service!

Far from it, and almost zero chance of raising a complaint with a person @Telstra these days. They are swift to send a bill & charge for no services.

    @telstra I’m stuck overseas, your customer service messaging app operators have not helped, and $500 has been charged to my account. How do I get hold of someone NOW to fix this? Not being able to speak to someone and having this much money taken is not acceptable.

    @Telstra It’s a constant problem because your company refuses to put in another tower. It effects many of us in a black spot area and it’s worsened the last six months. We are paying for something that doesn’t work and we have ongoing conversations with you but you continue to do nothing
