    @Telstra major fail yet again by Telstra, on hold with them after clicking a link they sent me to do with my service and was transferred to the Woolworths helpline. Like ... words cannot explain how inept Telstra is, I have moved house a few times and it’s never worked! 🤯🤬🖕🏻

    @Telstra you people have apparently been working a fault in my area for couple of months for mobile, person looking after complaint isn’t very good at updating on what’s happening and I have emailed them and they are out of office, it would great to know what’s the go

    @Telstra Telstra please DM me I have been trying to cancel my account for 3 weeks now, no website response, no telephone response, no response at shops. Only communication is today Ai received a bill I will not be paying. Terrible service.

    @gurambae I already use my foxtel cable for the internet (but don't have Foxtel) which is why I'm forced to be with Telstra currently. It will be the same with NBN. Nov is the deadline for me. Having problem choosing a provider

    @OUSAK You need the Telstra unit as it has the modem built in which the UDM doesn’t have. The FlexHD connects wirelessly to the UDM and forms part of the mesh network. Ideally, I’d plug it into an Ethernet back haul but the place isn’t wired.

    @StickelSam @Telstra I got a response from them via there app, told there is outage in area but it not showing on there site, was meant to be fixed by 7pm last light by hasn’t been, was marked as resolved by agent, when I asked why has this shows resolved, pushed wrong button is response

    @kylee7kylee @mjrowland68 @BreakfastNews It's a Corporate tactic. Ever attempted to solve a problem with Telstra? I'm convinced barriers ie: "customer service" are designed to frustrate and time consume so time poor customers give up.

    @Telstra I tried to the usual number 13 22 00. No ref number. Then I tried online with the support and before it passes to someone else, the system detects there isn't any fault whatsoever and hangs out. So, I just want to get a phone number where I can get it sort it.
