    @Telstra I continue wait for this hopeless organisation to deliver their promises! I have been waiting now 6 weeks for internet to be connected to my house! No feedback, no response! And yesterday I get told “oh, it has been through provisioning yet” and when I ask wtf, silence!

    @Telstra BOTS ARE NOT THE ANSWER! I applied to Telstra to establish a broadband at my new address before December 5! I now a month later have a house full of teenagers in a rainy day and no ******* internet! Why can Optus or vodaphone provide fast service, and Telstra not?

    The pr dept is manned 24x7 (they will reply quickly) but the help desk doesn’t exist, and u simply can’t get access to any local technical help to fix your problems (EVER!) Telstra is ****** - SELL! The strategy is busted and incongruent with its situation! A recipe for doom

    @spannaforce @Telstra is no longer interested in providing good telecommunications service or connectivity! Their aim is to gauge a premium fee from customers because if it’s historic status in the market, while it allows its reputation to dwindle away when customer realise the fraud

    @spannaforce @Telstra Andrew Penn(CEO) isn’t interested in fixing issues, his only concern is the share price, and how slowly he can manage its decline! I have sold my entire Telstra portfolio and advise all thinking people to do the same! They no longer represent fair value!

    Today is a day where I’m reminded that Telstra and Vodafone mobile networks aren’t designed for peak load. Everyone is trying to use it in my suburb due to power outage & basically can’t as the network is congested (maybe even some local issues as well due to power outage)

    @MJBroking @billshortenmp The reason there's no assets? Little Johnny Howard sold everything that wasn't nailed down. Just think how much more Medicare could cover if Telstra's profits were going into government coffers instead of to various tax-dodging big investors, never to be seen again.

Partly because a nation building project like NBN should never have a financial ROI, thats what broke the the Aus model - trying to make it look like private enterprise. You think NBN is bad, if Telstra 'built' it???

    @Telstra Tried both but it's still timing out with a 504 error,I am trying to troubleshoot an issue with my mobile service,my wife in the US can receive my sms but I do not receive her replies ,been ongoing for 2 days..

    @Telstra It's ongoing. I'm told it's to do with bandwidth being "gobbled up!" during high usage. Connecting to nbn will ease my issues...

    @Telstra It works intermittently, and slower than 4g when it does unfortunately. I'm guessing the network is just ridiculously congested
