I have been waiting now 6 weeks for internet to be connected to my house! No feedback, no response! And yesterday I get told “oh, it has been through provisioning yet” and when I ask wtf, silence!

I now a month later have a house full of teenagers in a rainy day and no ******* internet! Why can Optus or vodaphone provide fast service, and Telstra not?

A mesh wifi router is less than $200 for a pair now, and many homes get a modem from NBNCo anyway - all you need is the router, not an overpriced solution from Telstra.
