@Telstra no one ever did get back to me on why the 4g and 5g service is so shite where I live. 3 towers within 2.5km and a dozen within 5km but I still need to use wi-fi calling to guarantee calls getting through. Makes the 4g backup on my nbn modem useless.

@JennaPrice Husband rang the ombudsman regarding a Telstra phone contract which they had totally misrepresented. Problem fixed within 48 hours and refund. They had promised a number of freebies which were not free.

@Telstra My wife was just speaking to one of your phone support people. Even though the whole street is out they insist on sending a technician to our house on Friday. She did the troubleshooting they requested which means we now no longer have a working home phone.Thanks.

@VodafoneAU After ditching #Vodafone broadband to my mother's house...for terrible service and drop out after drop out and not a phone call to her...#telstra called today to update us on the Gen 3 modem and more. Not 1 drop out yet since Friday. This is service is so welcoming !

@Telstra Well every other time it’s been an network issues including the last 3 times when status page said fine but there was an issue. I should be getting 200+ and getting less then a quarter of that. Last few times it ended up being network issue can you not get them to check

Telstra App across iPhones are still experiencing loading issues even though it updated 5 days ago as I open it and it takes forever to update and it updates eventually but you need to use the app constantly for it to load properly or it will take a long time to open next time.

@Telstra If I am seeing 3 bars of service I don’t think it is a coverage issue or does that mean nothing? Have tried a brand new nighthawk 5G modem purchased from Telstra with the same results. Also see second tweet with results from Twmba from Same device.
