@Telstra Telstra please DM me I have been trying to cancel my account for 3 weeks now, no website response, no telephone response, no response at shops. Only communication is today Ai received a bill I will not be paying. Terrible service.

@KoparaFallsKid Don't ring @Telstra then. After the automated conversation which takes about 5 mins they direct to their (fu*king useless) website...thereby telling you you are an insignificant customer and then hang up on you.

@Telstra major fail yet again by Telstra, on hold with them after clicking a link they sent me to do with my service and was transferred to the Woolworths helpline. Like ... words cannot explain how inept Telstra is, I have moved house a few times and it’s never worked! 🤯🤬🖕🏻

@OUSAK You need the Telstra unit as it has the modem built in which the UDM doesn’t have. The FlexHD connects wirelessly to the UDM and forms part of the mesh network. Ideally, I’d plug it into an Ethernet back haul but the place isn’t wired.

@Telstra I love this video @Telstra but I hate yr guts. After having a bigpond email account for about 10 years, for 2 months you wouldn't help me get my bigpond email to work properly. It now sits in my account unused. I have a perfectly functioning #gmail account now #LoveUMarkHumphries

@StickelSam @Telstra I got a response from them via there app, told there is outage in area but it not showing on there site, was meant to be fixed by 7pm last light by hasn’t been, was marked as resolved by agent, when I asked why has this shows resolved, pushed wrong button is response

@Telstra Thank you I will try again tomorrow as I have other commitments in place for today. I do still need to be conversing with a Telstra representative that has local knowledge and understands that this is a tower technical issue and Telstra acknowledged black spot reception issue.

@Telstra Thanks Tori. It's 3954. Had a similar problem a few weeks back. Both mobile service and NBN are scratchy at best
