@KeeniMaree Thank you. I'm generally a happy Telstra customer - mobile is fine - but I'm very over having to follow exactly the same script (from the start) with broadband support- multiple times with no resolution or follow up. Wfh, critical to have solid connection! Appreciate the feedback

Thoughts on switching to Aussie Broadband? Am with Telstra (on NBN) and the dropouts are ridiculous. Conscious it'll reuse a lot of the same infrastructure but even the customer service has to be better??!

@KoparaFallsKid Don't ring @Telstra then. After the automated conversation which takes about 5 mins they direct to their (fu*king useless) website...thereby telling you you are an insignificant customer and then hang up on you.

My wife is trying to connect to @telstra to report her mother’s faulty landline📞. After 27 hoops, forward rolls, backflips they are now testing OUR line. This whole ludicrous process is surely designed to make people hang up in frustration. 2 hours on hold last night no response

@FOXTEL_Help this service is idiotic! We have just gone thru the endless pathway to access our fox account to watch something on our Telstra tv and the ******* thing won’t work! Why must it be so hard! Are u trying to make @netflix or @Stan better options? They are easier!

@Schoto @Telstra My late mum joined the PMG at age 16. She retired from Telecom -Telstra after 47 yrs. I have her service medal still. I think I’ll bin it. I’m sure she wouldn’t mind. My 80yo mother in law is now thinking about driving from Beaudesert to Jimboomba to sort this out at Telstra shop

@Telstra Hi Ash, its been four days now. Issue still not resolved. Currently on hold to Tech Support (194 minutes today and counting...). Tier 2 Tech Support were meant to call me but haven't. This is really poor. If this isn't resolved today, I'm going to cancel my service.

@Telstra your customer service has fallen to the greatest low point. I ring and automated voice tells me that a text has been sent to allow me to chat. I follow the link and I am chatting to myself. With a response every hour where I am asked to verify again. Over 6 hours

@Telstra Hi Lara. It's a Telstra Marketplace Business Account. We were told services would be restored midnight last night but it wasn't and we haven't had an update since. Needs to be escalated. 100+ people relying on your service to run our organisation.
