    @deeplongstop @Telstra The whole model is screwed! The “interface” is manned by people who only get paid for SELLING contracts! And so $tls Have tried to outsource their issues! That’s why the whole industry is so expensive as we pay for ***-sitting and expensive shop fronts! iiNet, tpg don’t have that

    @deeplongstop @Telstra The “web crap loop” seriously how does it ever help! Firstly what is “crowd support”? Is that where u rely on a devoted customer to solve your problems for u? Or is the logic that customers are stupid in th same way in large numbers and so repeat the same mistakes, so will share?

    @Telstra despite Andrew Penn Throwing his fix it team (mop up the 💩) team to avoid another PR disaster, they have failed! 8 weeks after requesting a 3 minute job, $tls have ****** it up again! Why? All show, bravado and no substance! “Better quality” but absolutely no support

    The pr dept is manned 24x7 (they will reply quickly) but the help desk doesn’t exist, and u simply can’t get access to any local technical help to fix your problems (EVER!) Telstra is ****** - SELL! The strategy is busted and incongruent with its situation! A recipe for doom

    @andy_penn $tls is a doomed investment entity! It’s unsustainable to charge a higher price for an inferior product! Telstra’s special skill is to charge twice for the same nbn or phone line or even entertainment AND make it impossible for customers to get any customer assistance!

    @Telstra Damage is already done. I’ve been on 24/7 chat via the app and telstra basically put the ownership back onto me when it was @Telstra’s error. So in our chat conversation we agreed to disagree and what should have been a credit back on onto my account turned to a tio complaint

    Well done @Telstra Your staff admit, in store, they did the wrong thing, but refuse to fix it. Lodge a complaint on my behalf and refuse to give me a copy. I refuse to leave the store without a copy. Your staff call the police. Great customer service. #Telstradonotcare

    @andy_penn And so Telstra has a PR help line manned 24x7x365 based in Australia (because it works) and the help desks are only M-F 9-5am Sydney time! AND DINT FORGET THEY CHARGE MORE than anyone else for this stupidity

    @andy_penn Can I suggest that until Telstra takes customer service seriously you are headed for bankruptcy! You can’t charge twice what competition charge for SAME product, AND have inferior (or in your case NONE) customer service! Why do u believe otherwise?

    After a long and satisfactory relationship with @Telstra I’ve been informed that if I want to continue as a customer I must set up a direct debit. This may well be a win for Telstra’s business model but I’m very much struggling to see any positives for me, is it a trust issue?

    @Telstra I have lodged complaint with the TIO as this has taken 5hrs now to try and resolve this. I am not even at home anymore and when I am connection keeps dropping and I can't chat.

    @SpaceX Starlink probably has better service than Telstra. My phone keeps dropping out and I'm in the city, every time I go to complain it takes hours get anything done. But at least Telstra is much better than Vodafone.

    @Telstra Optus have no issues with me coming across. I'm so disappointed in Telstra and I feel like I've been treated like a 1950s housewife with no rights. I'm on unpaid maternity leave by choice so I can raise my family with my own savings. How is that a risk?

    @Telstra @manelodge I don't think you understand how humans work. Your fix the problem when you're told about it, or we find a different service. Most Australians have a lifetime of complaints against @Telstra and that isn't going away.

    @Telstra If that's the case then why was I denied. I've been a Telstra customer for over 20 years, I own my home outright, have no debt and have savings in the bank and Telstra asked me to pay $1000 outright on my phone and will only allow $12 a month for 36mths.

    @danderfield @TheVision_13 @PiesCheerSquad That’s for crowd capacity reasons. It only happens against Geelong. We play at Marvel for our home games multiple times per year. Very hard done by. It’s like Sydney playing at Telstra Stadium multiple times a year instead of the SCG. Don’t think that would go down too well.

    @Telstra They came and said they fixed the problem but it still not working they also said who needs a land line these days despite it being both a home/rural and business line
