    @Telstra on a prepaid SIM card set up to only provide data (no texts or anything) how do you find the number for it? I ask this because the Telstra recharge site requires a number for you to recharge with it. Please help

    @Telstra Hi Lara, I just finished having the above conversation via the Telstra app. I was advised to wait 3 days, and only call the faults line after monitoring further dropouts. The person I spoke with said they could see no issue.

    @Murphy_Steve Really well when I worked in Telstra in 1996 we were backed into a corner and our union people pressured us for more money and worse we went to protests and they were pro Pauline Hanson. I will never join a union again. I ended up retrenched and the union asked me for a donation

    Beware @Amazon Prime scam in Australia. For past few days I get a daily recorded voice message saying I'm being charged $99 for blah blah just hang up. I don't know what they ask you to do but don't! it's a scam. I also got a @Telstra call from call centre about my nbn. Scam.

    @colonelhogans His mob sold off Telstra,tried to justify it with a Universal Service obligation which wasn't worth the paper it was written on, they also f***ked up NBN..Littletobeproudof indeed

    @Telstra ported to Telstra e-sim and waiting for the past 40 days for my service to be active. None of your stores and phone desk are able to help. God knows how this company is running.

    @colonelhogans They always promise to fix them. Little wonder this is the longer term outcome of their privatization of Telstra and stuff up of the NBN. Pathetic and laughable. #auspol

    @james_neko @Telstra Yeah i don't mind paying if something is clearly my fault but i don't like the threat of having to pay for a tech when I've already ruled out "my equipment". The only equipment is the telstra router and the nbn box, and the issue still occurs with a dif router.

    @Telstra why can you take 14 months of money off a customer knowing there service doesn’t work admit it hasn’t worked all that time offer a full refund before Xmas and then nothing after 3 more calls by me chasing the money and still paying for a faulty service
