    I contacted the Complaints Dept yesterday and was assured someone would contact me today however no one has contacted me about this money Telstra has stolen from my credit card. I just rang again however it seems no one is able to resolve this problem! Give me my $643.99 back!

    @RichardfromSyd1 @Telstra I have! They said they’d need to cancel the card and it would take up to 7-8 weeks to resolve the issue and recover the money. That’s not satisfactory. And besides, Telstra have taken this money unauthorised. They’ve stolen it from my account. I don’t have a service with Telstra

    @Telstra I had $643.99 taken from my credit card yesterday for a service that was cancelled earlier in July. The service/SIM was never activated + I don’t have an active service with Telstra. This is tantamount to stealing. It is not your money to take, + I did not authorise this
