@Telstra Honestly, I’d be happy to take a look at another provider. I worked my way to Silver Member status just to get worse service than what I did at base level. If you actually want to resolve this without messing with my account and breaking more crap DM me.

@thiscassgirl Many years with Telstra allowed me to redeem all 5 minis using their points program. Saved a lot of money for all the smartglobes to buy. 🥲 Taking it slow is a very good approach.

@Telstra My advice is don’t be demanding payment by a certain day if you’re gonna take two whole days to recognise said payment. You can blame this on your customers all you want. You’re as bad as Optus, the only thing you haven’t done YET is put my ID up for sale on the dark web.

@Telstra There are over 15-20 Telstra phones here and everyone having the same issues, just send someone to the phone tower and unplug and plug back in, it needs a reboot, trust me, I’m a limo driver.

@Telstra hey Telstra, my modem has been using the backup 4g data for well over a day now with no reported outages for Telstra or nbn in my area. Can’t really do my work on this connection, is this an issue I can fix or will I need a tech to my house?

@Telstra One of 3G. Last night full 4 bars. Its the distance to the towers in our town. But at 4 pm yesterday the signal was definitely boost as we could make calls open webpages in a second. Today back to nothing.

Seems like @telstra mobile coverage is patchy in St Kilda. While in my case that may just mean delayed social media posts, it could post a safety issue for many other people. Crowds in St Kilda for New Years is hardly surprising. How about you actually do better @Telstra?
