@Telstra been trying to get thru to your NBN service ppl for the last 2 days. Cant get thru or sit there for hours with no response. Then it says go on line. Bit hard when you have No NBN to check. #terribleservice #UnAcceptible

@Telstra 10 days now. I phone but just get the automated response tree that gives me the run around and then cuts me off. I can't find a link on your website that will solve this either. I have damaged vocal cords so your voice recognition stuff doesn't work well for me
