    @Telstra been trying to get thru to your NBN service ppl for the last 2 days. Cant get thru or sit there for hours with no response. Then it says go on line. Bit hard when you have No NBN to check. #terribleservice #UnAcceptible

    @Telstra Have rung that link 2 days in a row. 1st day on line for 1hr and today over 1 1/2 before i gave up. No service just on hold

    @Telstra We shouldn't celebrate Black Friday in Australia: 1. It's the name of a bushfire tragedy 2. We don't celebrate American Thanksgiving so the date is meaningless 3. In America it's associated with the worst of human behaviour Highly disappointed to see Telstra on this bandwagon.

    @IllyBocean @macaulaybalkan I had the same problem with Optus not accepting the NBN was out. I can't count how many times they wanted me to troubleshoot **** when I could see the lights on the NBN router flashing away. Even Telstra is better than Optus and that's obviously saying something.

    @Telstra Even thw hold music is rubbish, cracking and faint. Half the time I dont even knowing call still going. I challenge @andy_penn to try to get assistance to see how bad the company he leads actualy is for customers

    @RNBreakfast @guyrajack I think most country towns support these projects because they have been decimated by drought and cuts to government services/jobs. No Highways gangs, no Telstra technicians, no railways = less families = less school teachers. Towns are dying

    @Telstra @andy_penn @andy_penn approaching 4 hrs on hold. Being told to again self diagnosis using app. Doesn't work with insufficient internet when I have with 10min for the diagnosis page to not complete loading

    @schlip @Telstra Would be interested to know if swapping to an Xbox account with that email solves the issue. Pro: You won't have to wait on Telstra Con: Unsure if you're already invested in the Xbox platform with the alternate email address. You can use account in parallel with the other 1/2
