@Telstra I just recieved an email informing me that Ive renewed my contrsct with Telstra. I havent had any contact with Telstra except my bill which had "last bill" written on it. I'd like to talk to a real person or just cancel my contract.

So I spoke to the “expert” and they were the worst and I went Karen mode on them. Because they wanted kid to explain what had happened between my bank account and the Telstra website. Oh and “there’s nothing wrong with our website”. I have evidence to the contrary but go off.

@EspineuxAlpha @iwantthatcoat OFMD is on Binge (the Foxtel streaming service) - which I signed up to in order to watch OFMD, and it's totally worth it. If you have a tablet or laptop, you can watch online and don't need a TV. (If you're with Telstra, you might have the option to try Binge free for 3 months)

@Telstra This issue is still ongoing. Telstra customer service is the least effective I e experienced in a very long time. Pushed from pillar to post - asked the same idiotic questions again and again. And still Telstra fail to actually take any action.

@ArtSapphire I agree, it's crap, not all tv brands have the app. I couldn't on our tv's, one I use telstra tv box and the other I have our desktop connected to it (we play games on it).
