@Telstra I just recieved an email informing me that Ive renewed my contrsct with Telstra. I havent had any contact with Telstra except my bill which had "last bill" written on it. I'd like to talk to a real person or just cancel my contract.

@Telstra Hi Viktor, I’ve just ordered a new phone with a month to month plan during the ordering process. I was told by your Chat Support that eSim is available on this service as Upfront plans currently can’t use eSims due to system upgrades. Today, I was told I couldn’t get an eSim.

@Telstra No resolution. Apparently my address isn't serviceable yet there's 130 units and 112 have nbn. The last 40 that were built arent even on Google maps, yet have nbn. Why can't my address be registered? Why do I keep being sent between nbn and a telco. Why avoid the TIO complaint
