@Telstra I just recieved an email informing me that Ive renewed my contrsct with Telstra. I havent had any contact with Telstra except my bill which had "last bill" written on it. I'd like to talk to a real person or just cancel my contract.

@AKunowski @Telstra I had similar issues getting through a few weeks ago. I was so annoyed I switched to @Optus instead. Much better customer service

@Telstra Nah I don’t make calls (does anybody) from my landline. It’s about the consent process. I will contact through the app today and likely be lodging a complaint with Fair Trading over the process.
So much for all the support during this time @Telstra it’s impossible to get through to someone, and I’ve tried using the app and nobody has been in touch. Isn’t this a communication business?
@Telstra can you reply to my DM and I’m unable to get a response from anyone through the app. Customer Service is non existent
@charliepick @Telstra thats just your average Telstta experience. Now I just spend days researching the problem so I can fix it myself.

@northcoasteels @Telstra Yes. My contract is finishing in a month or so. But the way the email came across was pretty rude. Hey, we’re charging you more whether you like it or not. With a pitiful ‘discount’ lol for being loyal. It should have read - we’re upgrading your service at no extra charge, thanks
@Telstra We are on cable at 110mbps. Currently at 2mbps with no outage on the telstra webpage. Is anyone else having problems?
