    @Telstra I just recieved an email informing me that Ive renewed my contrsct with Telstra. I havent had any contact with Telstra except my bill which had "last bill" written on it. I'd like to talk to a real person or just cancel my contract.

    @kayosports_help @Hootas16 Problem is I only have big screen via Telstra t box they ain’t a ch 501 feed on that so stuck with it crashing back to Home Screen every 10 mins then it won’t pick up live play gave up watching in the end

    @Telstra @27Frendy Matthew - maybe someone from Telstra can tell customers what is going on. I’ve waited over 4 hours today (and still waiting) to hear back from someone on the Telstra app after spending 1 hour trying to deal with a problem that would take 10 minutes on a phone call.

    @caleyadrianmok Funny. The Telstra guy on the phone said there was no localised issues and that it definitely wasn't an outage issue on their end, as if i wouldn't figure it out as soon as i tweeted this **** haha.
