@Telstra @NicoleCasper74 A DM? Some 17 hours after the fact. The social media team is working about as well as the support service.

  • dalmanac Tony Persoglia (@dalmanac) reported

@Telstra @PercivalRoad So... basically what you're saying is that you will only service customers if they have a medical emergency or if they lodge a complaint? I guess outsourcing your support services is working out well for you. What a pitiful excuse for a telecommunications provider you've become.

@Telstra Amber, as a customer, it's my prerogative to decide how I'd like to interact with @Telstra. I'm willing to wait to actually speak to a person. And that's the point: #Tel$tra is refusing to let me talk to someone.

  • PercivalRoad Percigirl (@PercivalRoad) reported

@Telstra We have now lodged a complaint so hope to hear back soon

  • PercivalRoad Percigirl (@PercivalRoad) reported

@Telstra How do u make it known its an emergency. My inlaws are elderly with known medical issues...we were on hold for close to 2hrs until we gave up

  • NorthCoastBlue Free Radical (@NorthCoastBlue) reported

@krONik @Telstra I drew this cartoon once of a man who had formed a relationship with an IVR system (Telstra was very much on my mind) - he was walking down the aisle in his wedding suit, side by side with the technology I imagined to be an IVR system on a trolley, power cord trailing...

  • FeathersMcGee Gabe (@FeathersMcGee) reported

@diva_ex_machina We got our booster from telstra and got an aerial guy to install the aerial - he experimented with facing the aerial at different towers - took about half an hour or experimentation but got it spot on - ours faces town - when we faced it to closest tower it was crap

All I need is you to test it on a wired connection, first speedtest Telstra (Perth) to find your actual upload speed then do another two to Singtel (Singapore) and Telstra (Sydney) Looks like my frame drops to twitch are a side effect of this issue. Send url/results in dm!!

  • diva_ex_machina diva ex machina (@diva_ex_machina) reported

@FeathersMcGee Considered that with Telstra. Only got reception from the far corner of my deck. But then I found Optus gets me minimal service out here, off of Telstra's towers. So got a second sim for my phone. Cheaper.

  • Velona Paul Velonis (@Velona) reported

@Telstra you are charging me for a service that I disconnected, none of your service desk FAQ are helpful. I appreciate you are experiencing high volume but I actually need to talk to someone about this.
