After years of businesses getting less and less support for mobiles directly from @Telstra now they’re introducing a $3 monthly (optional) “adaptive mobility” fee to get support that should be included, and free 🙄

@RedFiddler I use Aldi - for phone and all data, hotspot to tablet, computer, TV, etc. Can buy package to suit your needs, it runs on the Telstra network. Have used it for some years and am really happy with it.
@moylecroft @NewtonMark @Telstra I need to follow up on a older friend. Went to T store to find out why she had a high data bill. The “answer” was a higher plan, not work out the cause. I’m unclear if it was an appropriate outcome. Customers need non sales incentivised support.

@abcnews From the experience I had at a telstra shop, I am not surprised at all. We went in there to replace a broken phone and ended up signing a contract for 2 latest model even mine was only 1 year old. The high pressure sale & lack of clear explanation left me very unimpressed
Backstory is - my partner tried to port is prepaid number to Telstra and activate 150$ prepaid plan and seems like no one can help - this is going on for 10 days!
@Telstra our home internet in Forest Hill Vic has stopped once again. Were told it will take another 12 hours to fix. This is happening far too frequently, at least one a month. Surely we're due a credit or refund?
Almost feel bad for Telstra getting fined for trying to make a bit of cash from tribal savages. Is it really their fault that Aboriginals are too stupid to use their products?
