@Telstra I just recieved an email informing me that Ive renewed my contrsct with Telstra. I havent had any contact with Telstra except my bill which had "last bill" written on it. I'd like to talk to a real person or just cancel my contract.

@Telstra customer service has become non-existent since the beginning of the pandemic. You simply cannot get past the automated phone trees (they must think they are so clever) and actually talk to a real person. In the market for a new phone company with real people.

@romola_bucks Hi, I meant leave it off and set it manually. I think the problem is windows uses your IP address to infer physical location but telstra IP addresses are coming from ES servers. Windows 'auto' detect uses a simple method that won't work in this case!

@Telstra I usually like your service, but not today. I have watched the WHOLE replay of Stkilda V Hawthorn and my issue was not resolved. Over 2 and a half hours on the phone. 🤬🤬🤬

@Telstra Your team made me hard reset my modem. Everything works now but you can bet as soon as I start streaming, my internet will cut out for a few minutes. I’ll check my router and it will say there’s no connection to the internet.

@Telstra No, they never told me they would monitor it over time. They would pass the buck on to ME, tell me to monitor it and to contact them if it drops again. A few weeks ago they ended the chat by saying they would do some 'advanced tests' and get back to me and they never did.
