    @Telstra I just recieved an email informing me that Ive renewed my contrsct with Telstra. I havent had any contact with Telstra except my bill which had "last bill" written on it. I'd like to talk to a real person or just cancel my contract.

    @Telstra I haven't spoken to the technical support team. The issue is with the service. Since the upgrades service has gone back to pre dial up, it's horrendous all around the north east of Victoria. @Optus customers have zero issues, only your customers are having issues

    WTF @Telstra ?!!!!! Been trying to access my account online for most of the day and at this stage I’m deadset ready to put my fist through the monitor. If it wasn’t an iMac I probably already would have done it. Your site is a friggin joke!
