@Telstra has "Made it easier for us to get through the pandemic by making pay phones free" 🤡🤡🤯 if it was a real pandemic wouldn't that be an easy way to help spread the virus by putting a grubby pay phone up to your face? Telstra you #superspreaders

@EverywhereTrip @Telstra I’ve personally found their tech to be very good indeed, but dealing with their customer service to be similar to repeatedly stubbing your toe while being stung by a wasp. We have one Telstra mobile left in the house - I moved everything else away.

@RNBreakfast @andy_penn @Telstra That is terrific. I have worked with many disadvantaged people who can only get prepaid phone deals, making it very difficult to speak to support services.

Hey @Telstra, Want to explain why your ordering process will only handle one order per customer at a time? Even the simplest of online cart systems can handle this. Very frustrated right now!

@Telstra Telstra needs to stop ignoring customer concerns - customers are leaving. Staff are not dealing with customer issues.

@Telstra, australia’s leading telco has told me to find a new mobile provider after telling me that my 0.8mbps download speeds on a 5g network are caused by high traffic. multiple calls and conversations/ escalations. pathetic that they still take no ownership.
