    Your support is horrendous. I had garbage speeds with Telstra, but at least they were available almost 24 hours a day.

    @Telstra My internet issue hasn't been resloved, whenever we call the tech support people they say it's not your/Telstra's problem it's our problem and I'm pretty sure the internet speed isn't our problem and the constant cutting out

    @Telstra My family and I have tried everything to fix the wifi. The most you've done for us is give us a modem that has 'backup' wifi which basically lasts all day and makes the wifi slower than before

    @LanceLennon @Telstra I have been frustrated with @Telstra response. My parents have had bad internet connection for over 3days now... this is how they treat seniors, who have been with telstra for 40+ yrs!

    @Telstra @quan_sun Here is a brilliant idea: we should charge people monthly fee to monitor their @Telstra internet and request service disruption refund automatically every month and take a 20% cut from it.

    @Telstra can you follow me so I can DM you. Now in my 6th attempted conversation with your alleged customer 24x7 support line and once again mid conversation I get radio silence from Telstra. Your customer service is totally shambolic.

    @Telstra ...if so... you are totally useless. I have experienced same thing in Kununurra, Albany and now in Esperance. Overpriced and useless service. At least @amaysimAU via @Optus works properly.
