Your support is horrendous. I had garbage speeds with Telstra, but at least they were available almost 24 hours a day.

Is Telstra deliberately slowing down internet services so we more readily accept 5G when I complained about speeds they told me the 5G will fix that but no one in our area wants a 5G tower near their home .

Telstra rings back, asks am I ready to take the call to help rectify my lack of email service that has been ongoing for months, asks me if I am ready to take the call, if so, press 1. I press 1, auto message says they are linking me to service person. Then call is disconnected.

@Telstra for around $200, As I have been paying the full amount since then, I consider that option met. If someone chooses to email or call, I can tell you more about my complaint if you wish. Can you please get in touch & let me know if this has been actioned.
