Lizzy (@LizzyZeel) reported@AlanBixter Ahh yes, the joys of having every Telstra support person go through the same failed script (re-start modem, check cables, blah, blah...) & then sending a new modem - which still doesn't fix the problem 😡. I have quite the collection now.

Pat Fenis (@BigStrawDog) reported@kai_h @algorithmsayshi Thinking either the eero modems have a built in VPN I cannot locate n disable or the router detecting Telstra AND AGL is causing it to not trust our IP. Also unsure why NBA would care if we are in Syd or melb as far as licensing issues as it's the same market. Frustrating.

Jumbarrawa (@jumbarrawa) reported@SocialPiranha3 @Telstra They sell chunks of lines to other companies that sell the lines cheaper. and offer better service how is that possible >

Liza Geddes (@GeddesLiza) reported@robb_j_m I can only get adsl or starlink Has a convo with Telstra the other day, it’s like, only fibre to the node will work in my tiny remnant forest Or you keep my adsl functioning, because I’m not doing any Elon ****
-
Andrew (@andrewrdn463) reported@Telstra People on radio saying Mira Bashi Customer Experience Telstra is ignoring customer feedback?????????
-
enz (@enz2g) reported@joey8bitz @1WeakGuttedDog You’re so confidently wrong. No **** it’s Telstra, I’ve used both and I’m fully aware Telstra own boost. Boost is a budget provider and receives lower priority to the network, it isn’t rocket science. My second phone is on boost and performs worse than my wife’s Telstra phone.
-
Sy (@Sy8799465978734) reported@DrewPavlou @GeraldPimm The issue is when the state goes into debt it sells its assets. Gov used to own most necessary infrastructure like Telstra, sec, ports etc. When they need $ they sell.
-
Marcus Wong (@aussiewongm) reported@rainbowdefault @AJAllchin @Telstra And an upside of this is there is now an unpaid army of people testing whether the payphones are actually still working, rather than some poor chump in an emergency getting stranded.

pirate (@pirate71305695) reported@PaulineHansonOz @Mummymobbsback1 This is not a bad policy. It's pretty good. As long as the people representing the tax payers are legit and not multimillion dollar leeches like we had with Telstra. And also they must be born in Australia. No foreigners to run the taxpayers interests.

Angry G (@PissedOfAussie) reported@Telstra twice this week you have sent me an email re network updates and service interruptions, both times 40 minutes after the scheduled start time, both times interruptions already under way. How does this help someone working from home on those days? I'll tell you, it doesnt.
