  • electricfuture5 Electric Future (@electricfuture5) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Michael01996367 @MelbTeslaMatt Sometimes can just be a Telstra issue. But I've noticed the connection in Tesla is a bit dodgy lately.

  • livlovesstuff 💃🏻LADY LIV ⚔️ (@livlovesstuff) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra Don’t worry, I’ve done everything and been in contact with y’all to report the problem. Just not impressed with the slow pace of things until service is restored.

  • Saadie BadRequest() (@Saadie) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@arafattehsin @TPG_Telecom We have ADSL outage in our area and tpg and telstra have given us March 4th, I mean wth

  • midii Ken Moore (@midii) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@jendudley @Telstra The problem with Telstra is they give you unlimited data but vary the speed based off spend. $90 gets you 50mbps. $75 gets you 25mbps which to me sounds like it’s time to look elsewhere.

  • Cal_O_Rynn Cal 🌻 🌸🍄 (@Cal_O_Rynn) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@DarrenKilminst1 Before this issue where we have been fighting since August, escalated in November, then hit the fan in January, I didn't have much of an issue either. But trying to run a medium sized business with one phone line & voicemail has been a nightmare! Telstra + NBN = 🤯

  • petehanssens Peter Hanssens (@petehanssens) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Gotta say @Telstra, if you cut my internet to 50mb/s, that’ll be one less customer you have 👍

  • scott_thewspot Scott (@scott_thewspot) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@cjjosh @ben_hr The reason I joined twitter in the first place was to have my system management send me sms alerts using twitter api because it was free, but would cost $2/sms via Telstra bridge service

  • carlonizeti Carlo Nizeti (@carlonizeti) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@NBN_Australia I had a chat with @Telstra , they blamed NBN for all the issues and didn’t help much. Their view is NBN can’t perform as well as a 20 year old HFC network. I know it’s marketing BS, others have Telstra 80 mbit NBN in my area with no issues.

  • CSHauteCouture Collezione Santina (@CSHauteCouture) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

    @Telstra no internet at 167 Regent St Redfern. AGAIN #Broadband #Telstra #outage #itsbeendays

  • Jesse_1966 Jesse donnelly (@Jesse_1966) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra ELF for Samsung note10 absolutely , intermittent issues, your customers is deplorable. I have a video of ph. failing, i would like one that works please.

  • midii Ken Moore (@midii) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@jendudley @Telstra I saw that. I pay more for the nbn than my mobile by almost double. Will be going down a plan or scrapping it for 4G.

  • trevorlong Trevor Long (@trevorlong) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@mhp478 @JamesCridland @NBN_Australia @Telstra Utter bullshit. Take your hate elsewhere so we can just have a problem solving conversation without you

  • AndrewColley Andrew Colley (@AndrewColley) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Last night @Ausgrid moved power on my st u'gnd. Partial outage was expected. #hfc cut out eventho I still had power. @Telstra assured me that it needed @NBN_Australia tech visit; wld take days. Telstra calls 2day & says it was a "scheduled" NBN outage & the network shld be up🤔🤔

  • crashpluto2166 Harry Buchanan (@crashpluto2166) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

The internet service in Sydney is a disgrace. @Telstra running at 1.5mbs and this is in the city. #hopeless

  • miszNes Vanessa (@miszNes) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra Dm has been sent, I called 3 times on Friday with a promise of follow up with nothing in return I have dealt with the pressing urgent matter of recovering my sim in store but you guys are yet to do shit about the rest. Let's hope you do better .

  • carlonizeti Carlo Nizeti (@carlonizeti) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@hamishk79 @NBN_Australia @Telstra Yeah started to sniff around, people rave about @Aussie_BB so they might be a go! I’m also going to move some of my other Telstra services to other carriers, I spend so much money with them yet receive a less than premium service!

  • debrapittam Debra Pittam (@debrapittam) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Update on my #Telstra #NBN connection winge: they dropped us from 100/30 to 25/5 still keeping us on the same price plan. The only way to resolve it without an increae in plan cost was to raise a complaint. Check your speeds people. If we hadn’t we wouldn’t have known.

  • yinyinyangyang3 Scoups♡.♡ (@yinyinyangyang3) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Being on hold for a good 25 mins with @Telstra so they can check how long a outage was in jan to give me a refund

  • Jesse_1966 Jesse donnelly (@Jesse_1966) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra I have issue with new Samsung 10note, intermittent issues. I have been to 5 stores, dee why my local, i think Erina store, where purchase was made have blocked my number. Youre a disgrace.

  • bigyahu alan “Ally Of The Oppressive Matriarchy” jones* (@bigyahu) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@simonwaight @Telstra @Optus This is a business account which apparently by law they have to issue a monthly paper statement for. Part of me wants to let them keep sending me paper statements for years. But environment says no.

  • StevenHasiotis Steven Hasiotis (@StevenHasiotis) reported

@Telstra another day passes without any communication from Telstra...the shittest business in this country! It's amazing you post on social media & they reply within 20 min you call or email them and it takes months. Useless! 20yr + loyal customer. @Optus here I come.

  • AHMEDISMAILJEE5 AHMED ISMAILJEE (@AHMEDISMAILJEE5) reported

@Telstra Yes I was with Telstra for decades till nbn stole my landline. Now I got nothing even for emergency call! Ps contact me and I'll give you details?

  • PhilHazell1 Phil Hazell (@PhilHazell1) reported

Tried to buy new IPhone 13 from Telstra. Won’t go into details but after 3 hours it was a fail. Just under 2 hours ago I purchased from Apple. Only took 5 mins on their website Already here in under 2 hours. If Christine Holgate was running Telstra it wouldn’t bloody happen!

  • Goldy1970 (((hippocrates shrugged))) (@Goldy1970) reported

@Camelli79450301 @Caz33309984 @DanielAndrewsMP That is because Telstra is just a retailer now and only NBN can fix the network. It’s 100% federal…and yes, the internet annoys me too.

  • PlRATES PlRATES | ☠ | 🇦🇺 (@PlRATES) reported

@Pandemic_Times @Leo_Puglisi6 Gotta love that old Telstra copper/infrastructure crap they bought for billions off Telstra huh

  • VALIANTBABE340 Jen 🇦🇺🏍🏎🏉🏈🏀 (@VALIANTBABE340) reported

@Telstra No, because I was told by the salesperson at the store to login to my telstra to pay my bill because it's "fast and convenient". I clear cache and cookies twice a week to avoid such problems.

  • newsheli shane whitely (@newsheli) reported

@F111RAF @iliasofjohn Agreed. Qantas is about to overtake Telstra as having Australia’s worst customer service.

  • Phil98529731 Phil (@Phil98529731) reported

@peters_malcolm @TonyHWindsor @nutts They f**ked up big time making that decision. We would have had the best broadband network in the world if they had left telecommunications generally in the public sector. It was very much the “Goose that laid the golden eggs.” Telstra needed a shakeup at CEO level though.

  • belindam73 Belinda McLeod (@belindam73) reported

@Telstra been dealing with issues for 3 weeks and many errors which is still impacting my business- is not being escalated, how can I speak with a manager ?

  • LukeSkystyler Luke Skystyler (@LukeSkystyler) reported

@rhysam in 2014 they gave Telstra $11 billion for a copper network well past its use by date. The records required to manage that network were not maintained properly over the years and were next to useless, hence trial and error troubleshooting for NBN technicians.
