  • DebHoggoz Deb Hogg 📚🐨🦉🏝🌺🙏😝 (@DebHoggoz) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra @stoobii Problems in Sydney too. Outage page can’t be reached. Using Optus 4G because Telstra NBN home service is stuffed in postcode 2222. Not good enough! Got work to do and 4G is not how I want to access secure sites.

  • tbutson Tyron Butson (@tbutson) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@gabriellecj Same. Seven years of perfectly adequate internet. Switched to NBN and now experience almost weekly outages. Had an electrician look at it who said it’s a Telstra problem

@Telstra What power do you have to fix this? @Telstra

  • JohnLutge John Lutge (@JohnLutge) reported

Broke my phone. It's vital to the running of my pediatric practice. Really sick kids. I pay $15 each month to @Telstra for Stay Connected, so if this happens, they can send me a refurbished phone. Except NO. They have NO replacement phones and WON'T help. Money for nothing.

  • AshSkittle Ash (@AshSkittle) reported

Just spent a **** tonne of telstra plus rewards points but it's FINE because it should be worth it

  • tealou Téa Smith (@tealou) reported

@Turtigirl1 @Telstra Don’t be afraid to escalate to Ombudsman either. They get a fine for every complaint.

  • FrankieJBroph Frank (@FrankieJBroph) reported

Hey @TelstraPurple after spending a whole day conversing with your offshore problem solvers I give up. Is there a @Telstra address that I can pen a letter to so that SOMEONE may be able to assist? Appalling customer service! I am paying for poor service, why?

  • rick_rampal Rick Rampal Mastodon @rick_rampal23 (@rick_rampal) reported

@IanSamuels3 That's not the NBN then, paid WiFi dongle is perhaps with a network like Telstra or Optus. I get the NBN through a private company, it is 50 Mbps and limitless downloads, for $53.50/mth. Then you can see more than WIN, I see the world load of programs.

  • KristySlater Kristy Slater (@KristySlater) reported

Is anyone with @Telstra and having issues today? We can’t connect to the wi-fi at home and therefore unable to use Kayo or Netflix and the home phone (yes, we still have one) isn’t providing a dial tone. #Adelaide #Telstra #Help

  • timpa Timps (@timpa) reported

@Paul72309704 @StefanTheNurse Still happen? There's no GSM networks in Australia except maybe something left on Xmas island. Telstra shut theirs down 2016. Vodafone and Optus by end of 2018. 3G networks didn't do it.

  • _noodles78 Noodles Rodrigues 🇭🇲 (@_noodles78) reported

@Telstra You seriously need to sort out the lack of reception in Pottsville NSW. I've been to outback towns with better mobile service.

  • TazResurgence Taz@you. (@TazResurgence) reported

@Telstra The fault is your service you provide... it can't handle the amount of customers you have when they flood the coast weekends and holidays. This had been ongoing for over a decade... If it requires an antenna then provide one at your expense or remove more recent customers. Thx
