    Just been asked to complete an oxymoron. A Telstra customer satisfaction survey. Reminded me of a 1980s Telecom survey that found customers hated them, leads to a management recommendation to educate customers…(who they called “subscribers”)

    Regional reality check: Telstra = service. Optus = maybe. Vodafone = forget it. If only one network works outside the cities, that’s not a market — that’s a monopoly.

    Telstra network in Clyde North, Berwick, Cranbourne & Dandenong is terrible. My UberX and trucking business depends on my phone, but calls and data keep dropping. Paying premium prices for poor service is unacceptable. Do better, Telstra. shame shame @Telstra @TelstraBcast

    @DumbFoxFurry Every single carrier is so *** telstra pre paid costs your kidney for a 7 day recharge optus is Optus and vodafone has garbage coverage in my experience
