  • NickyWill100 Nicky Williamson 🌏✈️🌏✈️🌏 (@NickyWill100) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra I will wait until tomorrow I can’t spend any more time on this today. I am completely ground down by months of Telstra miscommunication and misinformation from different parts of the organisation.

  • JonoHerrman Jonathan Herrman (@JonoHerrman) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra Thanks, but if you read my post, contacting customer support several times this week didn’t help, hence my resort to social… And many friends saying just go straight to the ombudsman.

  • michael48439600 michael hitchcock (@michael48439600) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Telstra are still desperately trying to shut this down with virus attacks

  • michael48439600 michael hitchcock (@michael48439600) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Why don’t the disgusting filthy ***** human scum and vermin from Telstra just **** off and stop contaminating this site. They are an absolute disgrace to the human race

  • aussiebiboy2170 Somebody (@aussiebiboy2170) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Heya @Telstra - over the past 24-48 hours I’ve noticed mobile reception on 3G and 4G on various iPhones has been poor in Fairfield NSW lately. The tower next to Fairfield Station is at reduced power, and Neeta City Shopping Centre seems to be a black spot currently

  • michael48439600 michael hitchcock (@michael48439600) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Why don’t Telstra get the message and **** off

  • NickyWill100 Nicky Williamson 🌏✈️🌏✈️🌏 (@NickyWill100) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

  • michael48439600 michael hitchcock (@michael48439600) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

My phone still getting hot because of Telstra virus attack. Maybe in the next life they will be garbage collectors

  • Patrick95681838 Patrick D'souza (@Patrick95681838) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Telstra really does some **** ads. Mainstream Australians won't connect with a good looking, well educated guy who plays the piano. Consumers must see an element of themselves in ads or they will not buy them period. I have too much experience in this field to not know this

  • duncanwc duncan w craig (@duncanwc) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@dellvink @GrogsGamut @Telstra I also got a rapid Telstra twitter support wi fi response and service.

  • obrien_noel Bluey Frogmouth (@obrien_noel) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@RonniSalt @Telstra Why cant these compaies return their customer service onshore. Employ Australians, even working from home. Time to buy Australian and support our goods and services.

  • michael48439600 michael hitchcock (@michael48439600) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

This phone is very hot because of never ending Telstra virus attack

  • Caitybahhh John West [TUNA] (@Caitybahhh) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Also, funnily enough, @Telstra got my phone number, now I get phone calls from “Daniel from Amazon Customer Service”. Tell me why I decided to give them another shot?

  • BrettHolliday83 Brett Holliday (@BrettHolliday83) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra I’ve been trying to arrange an internet connection with you via live chat for more than 2 weeks and I am getting nowhere. I’ve just tried calling and your phone line keeps directing me back to live chat. Are you able to help me or do I need to take my business elsewhere?

  • MkBrad1788 Mark Bradley (@MkBrad1788) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra I have been waiting one hour for a response via your App about my just installed non functioning NBN. Please advise a phone number to call to help me resolve.

  • Caitybahhh John West [TUNA] (@Caitybahhh) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra I can’t use the app chat because my service doesn’t show up on my account. It’s been like this for over a week now, now my internet has stopped working, even though it should be on the 4g network until Telstra sort themselves out. This is getting beyond ridiculous.

  • scibidoo 💧Jamie (@scibidoo) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra Thanks for the referral to iMessage Telstra chat. Thanks to the unnamed agent who said yes this problem exists with the back end team and we will email you when it's fixed. Then... asked if I deleted the app and reinstalled it.

Telstra Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • LostumboG Georgina Lostumbo (@LostumboG) reported

@9NewsAUS This is getting out of hand, OPTUS TELSTRA WOOLWORTHS etc. we spend a lot of money in those establishments and we do expect our privacy. I think they should lower their prices until they've pulled their finger out and manage to resolve this major problem.

  • NewsProspector Prospector (@NewsProspector) reported

@BcEvolution @CryptoCyberClam @9NewsAUS Sounds like a bad deal to me, "Here's a new phone for the data that was stolen, our bad, the data may enrich those that stole it, & it may also make your life more difficult due to it being used fraudulently" - Telstra (probably) I'd tell them the shove the phone up their ***.

  • Jerub Stephen Thorne (@Jerub) reported

@Telstra Nah. Not going to bother. I got through on your phone service and they made it very clear it's still 1999 for Australia telecoms and i need to go to a store. It would be literally easier for me to get an esim from a European provider with a good global roaming plan.

  • SimonToad Andrew Cheevers (@SimonToad) reported

@bethydavies @AnnieBrownie4 I'm glad you finally got through. I help my mum with these sorts of calls, usually to Telstra. I'm not sure how people cope. I reckon a fair few don't and suffer the consequences.

  • GongGasGirl Tanya Selak (@GongGasGirl) reported

@LoveNotGreed @engagedpractx @iiNet I changed from Telstra at the beginning of the pandemic. I had a very expensive plan, and the service was hopeless. I’ve got so much data now.

  • Jerub Stephen Thorne (@Jerub) reported

@Telstra Yeah. 100 points. But in the last 10 minutes I settled a little girl down for a nap and bought an esim from the first result for the search "esim global roaming" and installed it and now have the mobile data i need, and a snoring child.

  • d_tr1cks Damien John (@d_tr1cks) reported

@Telstra your app isn’t working and can’t pay the bill for the last 4 days. Please help

  • Gaulshow Jeff Gaul (@Gaulshow) reported

@Telstra you are absolutely ******* hopeless. For the last 3 years your signals have gradually gotten worse. Now I can’t even make a call in my office or at home without the call failing! I think I’d rather my information had been hacked at this point. Disgraceful!#telstra #fail

  • pelagikat Ms Kat (@pelagikat) reported

@ozjimbob They use the Telstra network too, if that's a consideration.

  • JakeNoble89 Jake Noble (@JakeNoble89) reported

@Telstra I was, but stopped now. I can't keep going on circles for longer. It seems I'm going to have to go to a store tomorrow to fix the esim issue cause somehow the functionality of a esim can't be managed digitally for some reason.
