    @NBN_Australia I have and there is no way to contact them. 20 minutes on the phone now and send several messages via Telstra App. No one is responding. I could not believe Telstra will become so bad. Could you please kindly advise how can I speak to someone in Telstra.

    @NBN_Australia There is no planned outage in this area. The internet stopped working at 10pm last night and despite of sending several messages on Telstra App, no one has responded back. I m currently over the phone with Telstra for last 15 minutes and still in the waiting queue 😡

    @RozChia Oh and had a 10am appt this morning which I couldn’t cancel bc the phone number for the store was not connected and no one in Telstra online or with the app could help

    @RozChia I don’t have a choice. Optus doesn’t service this street. They service the street behind us and the streets at either end of ours, but not this one. Was with Telstra 1987-2008* and moved bc they’re useless. Turns out Optus is too but had to come back to Telstra when we came here

    @DDsD @Telstra I followed the link @Telstra gave you & received a credit, allegedly, although I’ll hold thanks till I actually see it. I suggest you try the same and ask for a credit commensurate with your current signal strength. Mine is at 1bar out of 4, so 25% strength should be a 75% credit

    Hi @Telstra. The signal strength has been week here at home, next door to the exchange and antennas for several weeks at least now. I see you replies to others about this but I have not received a reply to my enquiry. When did this outage begin?

    @DDsD @Telstra Nor sure why I didn’t rate as much of a reply as David, but saying there’s a “technical issue” is far too lightweight. What people want to know is why, really, why, and when it will return? This has been happening for several weeks at least.

    Dear @Telstra I realize this isn’t the biggest issue given the current climate. However, we’ve been without internet for a week, which makes working from home a little tricky. It also means paying for a service we’re not receiving. Oh & you won’t answer the phone. Pls help xo

    @Telstra We have now been told that internet will not be restored until Monday. We have checked all houses surrounding ours and it appears we are the only house with an outage (of course some houses may not have @Telstra). Someone senior needs to call us today and explain, not text, call.

    Day 2 of what could be a 4 day internet outage thanks to @Telstra. In a time where everyone is so dependant on the internet for their livelihoods, and as the largest provider of internet in the country, I find this utterly unacceptable. Up your game Telstra.

    @Telstra take note, this is how it's done. After multiple fails with Telstra support, I switched to @Aussie_BB. Connected within an hour, 1 min help center wait. Spoke to people who knew their stuff. Up and running in no time. Not a paid ad, just a satisfied customer!

    @jaquix173 @Sarah_Alice_X Agree and Amazon, DHL, Telstra, CBA, NAB, Microsoft & the Taxation office, to add to the list of scam calls. Blow a whistle hard into the phone to make their ears bleed, or just tell them they've dialled a police branch & have their number, they hang up instantly.

    @Telstra been trying to call Telstra for over a week as nbn is now available & i want to speak to an actual person & no one in your messaging service can help. What number does a customer for over 40 yrs have to call to get some answers or do I just switch to @AussieBroadband
