    @Telstra Thanks Jimmy, it looks like the Telstra complaints resolution team may have cancelled the number but not the data SIM add-on. If I may be idealistic enough to make a customer experience suggestion, can I suggest (1/2)

    @Telstra It's currently Saturday evening and I am not at work, however, the issue has been constant from Monday Feb 3 through to Friday Feb 7. I believe that Telstra was aware of the issue as it was on the website but... (1/2)

    So I am being forced on to the @NBN_Australia infrastructure and @Telstra is attempting to "uprgade" my service to a more expensive, slower, less feature rich service.

    Outage for @Telstra cable internet (non-nbn) in Lindfield NSW since Jan 30, and it’s not listed on the service status site so I went through all of the troubleshooting and phoned up where they told me there’s a huge outage that won’t be fixed until Feb 3. Waste of time that was.

    @Telstra ...(1) Print a business billing support number on your paper bills for business accounts so business account holders don’t need to call retail and wait to transfer to business team; (2) make it a number you don’t have to call from a Telstra phone (2/2).

    Now I’ve finished the TIO action, got my refund and finished porting to Vodafone, I go to call @Telstra to cancel my account using the 125 111 number printed on the bill. But you can only call that number from a Telstra SIM! ROFL impressed at the creativity of this final f-u.

    @rossjmitchell @Telstra Yeah, my confidence is not high in it being resolved today. It wouldn’t be so bad if their 4G coverage was decent at my house either so that we could use the mobile fallback, but it’s one bar at best.

    @GladysB @Asher_Wolf @NSWSES Can’t... power down since Sun. @Telstra black hole and 3G/4G booster (their solution that cost ~$2k!) therefore out... modem also dead so @NBN_Australia doesn’t work (no #Internet). #VoIP phone dead. Looking at a diesel generator... middle of #Sydney’s #NorthShore 🙁

    @NBN_Australia Thanks Brian. As it happens the @Telstra rep blamed nbnco for the additional fees. It's all feels like a bit of a terrible joke to be honest, but thanks for replying.

    Warning: rant please connections please ignore @Telstra and @kayosports i have a 12 year old being charged a Kayo subscribtion on my Telstra account. i cant cancel it with Telstra as it’s a Kayo sub. I can’t cancel it with Kayo as its in a fraudulent name. @acccgovau

    @SkyNewsAust Please stop the scam texts and phone 📞 calls , we had 45 emails , calls , and texts last week ,we deleted heaps , my neighbours oldies all joined Telstra because it’s so bad , many been ripped off , helped a yes 84+sweet lady to stop a scam , it’s bad out here

    @7NewsPerth Please open the market to Singapore Airlines. Give these clowns a run for their money. Things will shape up with competition. Telstra was a good example of poor performance. They are now forced to step up and compete.

    @expectproblems I went from Optus to Belong (telstra wholesale network), and I absolutely would not recommend it. Data was unusable - couldn't even load images in twitter. My sister reckons the ALDI one (telstra wholesale) is good. I'm trying out Moose Mobile next which is Optus.

    @Telstra Thanks for replying. There is no adequate answer until the problem is resolved. Which it will be. My other family member now dealing with this will get it sorted where I & my sister have failed. Of that I have no doubt. Telstra should be sued for ongoing grief, stress & trauma.

    Looks like @Telstra billing system isn’t able to understand when you use your mobile service on overseas on non-successive days and instead simply charge you for every day between the first and last day you connected. Now I got to waste my time getting them to fix it.🤬

    @expectproblems I used Boost for years before I left Aus and used it again over Christmas last year. Was great, they use Telstra network
