    @Telstra Thanks Tanasha, advised that I pay next bill incl the $15 fine & then seek a reimbursement. That is not acceptable & I refuse to waste further time over a @telstra error. The fine should not be charged in the first place - I alerted #Telstra to the issue!

    @djshaneday @Telstra Ordinarily no but knew wouldn’t be able 2 pay next bill on date, @telstra advise no ‘top-ups’ b4 them issuing bill so DD next option. Dutifully signed up, due date came, no debit at midnight, rang, told their fault, I had paid up, but ‘fined’ $15. Never,ever DD w @telstra peeps!

    @Telstra There is no ‘Accounts & billing’ selection available on the drop-down menu. So not much use. Thanks for trying though.

    @Telstra Understood. However, as @telstra disconnected our service instead of our vacating neighbours, I would hope they could assist in rectifying the issue and reconnecting us.

    @nat_ofoibles Oh wow, that’s how I felt calling this guy during the week, lucky he already knew, had reported it to Telstra, but they still hadn’t done anything. He was receiving half a dozen calls a day from ppl like me, asking why he’d called & hung up - poor guy😬😔

    @Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

    @Telstra thank you for disconnecting my nbn service at 7:30pm on a Friday night and not providing any support services for me to contact until Monday morning at 8am. This has been an ongoing issue since February and it’s still not rectified. Disappointing

    @Telstra @victornorthhead @Optus Once again conflicting information as the website says you have to fill out a form to turn off voicemail. But of course the stores can help with issues on the app even those they usually tell you to contact the call centre.

    @Telstra No I didn’t want to roam today.. My phone in / has been flight mode and only using wifi. However roaming app says 22mb data. So I’m confused how can possibly have used roaming data when not connected to network. Other than separate mobile wifi hotspot.

    I am glad I have kept the home phone, it is a cheap source of entertainment. Today, a man pretending to be from Telstra (not a customer) wanted to speak to the main user of the internet. My 14 year old son? I replied. To which he told me I'm a really stupid person and hung up.

    @OtterBoiMilo I didn’t have yours either. ;w; I couldn’t download anyone’s photos from @googlephotos due to the poor connection to it over @Telstra FTTN NBN that would time out at the time.

    @iamwhoiam63 @OzraeliAvi @VictoriaPolice okay so if Avi can convince Telstra to give over protected customer data and it's the same person, what is to time going to tell then? will you admit avi has been conning you the entire time or just drink whatever bullshit flavoured koolaid he gives out next?

    @ProclivityTwo @PrinceISname Also set up 2 goals. I’m not pretending it was his best game by any stretch. But I don’t think he was anywhere near our worst. And I don’t think it helps if things are stagnant in front of him. According to Telstra tracker he covered more ground than anyone else.

    @Telstra #poor performance and #CustomerExperience when I couldn't even get assistance from staff to turn off voicemail as I was told to go to the website and app, ah the reason I contacted staff was because the website and app was useless. 😠😠😠👎👎👎
