Dutifully signed up, due date came, no debit at midnight, rang, told their fault, I had paid up, but ‘fined’ $15. Never, ever DD w @telstra peeps!

@Telstra Understood. However, as @telstra disconnected our service instead of our vacating neighbours, I would hope they could assist in rectifying the issue and reconnecting us.

@nat_ofoibles Oh wow, that’s how I felt calling this guy during the week, lucky he already knew, had reported it to Telstra, but they still hadn’t done anything. He was receiving half a dozen calls a day from ppl like me, asking why he’d called & hung up - poor guy😬😔

@Telstra Thanks Tanasha, advised that I pay next bill incl the $15 fine & then seek a reimbursement. That is not acceptable & I refuse to waste further time over a @telstra error. The fine should not be charged in the first place - I alerted #Telstra to the issue!

@Telstra There is no ‘Accounts & billing’ selection available on the drop-down menu. So not much use. Thanks for trying though.

@Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

@AdeleOffley @Telstra I’m in Wagga and I often have trouble getting internet service (4G) - which is ridiculous for an inland city - it only gets worse when I’m travelling to small towns for work, makes it hard even to answer phone calls when I’m on the road

200 minutes into the chat and I’m being transferred to a sixth @Telstra rep. (Only #2 of supplemental Qs answered - despite whole conversation being about my ADSL service, they had been going to send a NBN modem!)

@phil_honey After installing a cel-fi booster in the Cruiser a few years ago cos of poor coverage, I could drive Gero-Hedland with a couple of small black spots No longer, it’s now a mobile wasteland for most of the journey, even with a cel-fi RfR money that funded @telstra towers was wasted

@AdeleOffley @Telstra Have a Telstra 'fixed mobile service'...excellent Antenna on roof...'line of sight' to mobile tower, performs like an old fashioned landline..

@Optus @Aussie_BB how do I complain about coverage at my house which is within 3kms of the adelaide CBD not regional Australia. It’s just outrageously poor. Do I need to churn to a Telstra to fix it? It’s complete crap.

@NewtonMark @jsleeio @yaleman43381258 The APN you want is telstra.extranet. If you have a business account and get the right support tech, you can get the GPTEXB3 code added to your account which gives you access to that APN. It gives you a public IP and bypasses CGNAT.

@jsleeio @yaleman43381258 @NewtonMark Yeah, telstra.internet is still dual stack. They started the single stack thing in SA a number of years ago and have gradually rolled it out across the country. Barely communicated it to anyone unless you asked wtf was going on.
