    @valorin @Telstra They are completely incompetent. I have had so many issues with Telstra service department in the past. I gave them one last chance, but I certainly won't be going back after this contract is up.

    Sigh, phone call from @Telstra complaints team. I explained my complaint and what I needed help with. They then proceeded to do EXACTLY the same thing the Live Chat support reps were doing that caused me to make the complaint. So much for listening to me...

    3G area much full strength preferred-used after services when 4G & 5G telcos are not in adequate signal strenght, optus vodaphone telstra must have reconsideration of not compremising undermine 3G we know its not fast but delivering a quality voice and data service @CliveFPalmer
