  • itsmoffee Moffee (@itsmoffee) reported from Coffs Harbour, State of New South Wales

@Telstra is the best way to fix my slow, unreliable NBN issue to cancel and go with @Optus ? Considering the time I’ve spent this arvo and got no where it’s looking like the solution. #telstra #nbn

  • searlaitgolby ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ (@searlaitgolby) reported from Coffs Harbour, State of New South Wales

@Telstra what is the best way to contact your customer service? I have already tweeted and no response, regarding being charged twice for a recharge

  • krisgracehely Kris Grace-Hely (@krisgracehely) reported from Moonee Beach, State of New South Wales

@mikeaubrey2 @AlphWilliams Can’t access NBN so stuck with wireless/ satellite even slower than NBN and costs us $300 per month for 70GB (includes phone) which is better than Telstra which was costing us $900 per month. Hard running a business with the slow speed & the costs Only 8km from Coffs 😣😡

@Telstra @kateju9 You could simply serve your customers as if your company depended on them. Your customer service is almost non-existent.

  • alattimore Alistair Lattimore (@alattimore) reported

@pedrodias @Telstra Telstra have some pay phones (maybe now just phone booths since they are free!) with wifi as part of their broader Telstra Air service but I think you need to be a Telstra customer to use them.

  • pedrodias Pedro Dias (@pedrodias) reported

@alattimore @Telstra In Brazil they wanted to make the pay phones Wi-Fi hotspots and convert them into VoIP phones. But I guess it never went ahead.

  • dexxfnt1 dex (@dexxfnt1) reported

@Telstra It’s working but it’s really slow and laggy

  • jtungyep John Tungyep (@jtungyep) reported

@Telstra Hopeless dropouts again tonight. The usual pattern. Techs admit it’s partly DNS problems and partly crappy infrastructure. I guess 4G and 5G will eventually replace this useless bundle of wires as customers just give up.

  • graciefaustino_ Grace Faustino (@graciefaustino_) reported

    @Telstra It’s mobile service.

  • ElectraPika Claudette_The_Failboat_Assassin #SayonaraTrump (@ElectraPika) reported

@Telstra was outage an unexpected one ? Would have been know beforehand.

  • graciefaustino_ Grace Faustino (@graciefaustino_) reported

What’s happening with the service @Telstra? I was just talking to my workmates, we’re all with Telstra but we’ve had a bad connection since yesterday. No service, slow data. This is just sad, especially when I had to look for signal just to message my boss. 😢

  • JB06064407 JB (@JB06064407) reported

@Telstra Fix the wifi for **** sake

  • M4RTiBoi MARTY BOY (@M4RTiBoi) reported

@chrisgriffiths2 @abcnews especially when AP are the main postal and delivery service .. to a certain degree some of the CEO actually hire consultancy to help them .. I have a friend who works for Accenture and was hired as a consultant by Telstra CEO/Executives to give them advice on business strategies
