@AxantCorp @Palamir_ @Telstra Thanks. Just got 875 Mbps. I actually hadn’t checked for a while. Looks like they upgraded the network even more now.

  • desultorymuser desultorymuser (@desultorymuser) reported

@ChilchikMusic @Telstra Hey Sophie from @telstra if you just did a search here on Twitter for "Telstra esim" you will see that the issue is more widespread than "some requests" and oh yes no luck for me too yet this morning so no there was no resolution "around 7pm last night" as you claim

  • camybobany 😷Camybobany.😷 😢It didn’t have to be this way 😢 (@camybobany) reported

@Telstra How do I apply for a refund for my prepaid data service

  • 0utworld Outworld (@0utworld) reported

@TheMonolith_TV @Telstra If they only put that much effort into making the service actually good. After the disconnection they're tryin' to offer me another plan... Like WTF, they're predatory almost.

  • AaronAdamack Aaron Adamack (@AaronAdamack) reported

The Oz gov't has to pay/force Telstra to provide service in remote communities as there isn't much of a business case to provide service in many areas due to low population density and low demand for service. 2/2

  • Hiphoposoceros mac 🇵🇸 (@Hiphoposoceros) reported

@Telstra Yep, well over a month ago and have to explain the issue every single time. Exhausted all troubleshooting. Communicated with Samsung who've applied fixes for Voda and Optus esim services. Only one left is telstra who haven't applied changes on their end.

  • swearyanthony Anthony B, (@swearyanthony) reported

@Lac_Of_Adhesion seriously, every time TPG buy an ISP, the first thing to go is customer service. aussie bb customer service is why anytime you see someone ***** about telstra or tpg you'll see replies recommending them.

  • MortyAUS Morty 🐨 (@MortyAUS) reported

Telstra to release a product next year allowing 4G coverage across 100% of Australia with your regular smartphone. Uses satellites - but will work with any 4G smartphone. Outdoor only SMS & emergency calls only at launch Pretty cool.

  • MrMarc101 Marc (@MrMarc101) reported

@Telstra why has my cable connection been suspended when I was explicitly told that there would be no service interruption until my NBN connection was activated. So I have no home internet until at least Friday, and the technical support team can’t do anything about it?

  • swearyanthony Anthony B, (@swearyanthony) reported

@elronxenu @Lac_Of_Adhesion transferring the iinet adsl connection when we moved some 8 or so years ago (pre-merger) was painful but typical telstra fuckery. and then post merger, any fault (the copper round here is awful) was an exercise in extreme aggravation.
