    @CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

    @janice_martin5 3 hours just a little less time then it would take to get someone at Telstra to talk to ya. (Not necessarily the person who could help that would be 3 days if ya lucky).

    @Telstra as every time i have spoken to someone from telstra on here, i know there is no outages. this is just what its like in scone right now. telstra did work around the scone cup carnival and it's been terrible even since. 5mins down the highway and it's suddenly better

    @Telstra The lady helping me to cancel my contract with Telstra is being very helpful. But I’ve definitely been burned by Telstra and their handling of this transfer between providers.

    I’m not sure if you’ve seen @trevorlong but a nice reassuring email has been sent out by @Telstra in regards to data protection and steps to ensure customer information is kept private. Props to @Telstra for this, I feel more customers will be coming your way. #OptusHack

    @Telstra @andy_penn So today at 7:05 PM i had a business phone EMERGENCY rushed to my local store KNOX Business Phone Hacked ... No Help Sorry Were Closed Call 132000 i would if i could use my phone Id expect this from Optus but Telstra ... Why is knox closing at 7pm ???

    @Telstra_news I use Telstra mobile. I always get a recharge reminder text so I have begun to rely on it. Now you suddenly missed and this coincided with #Optushack resulting in my phone not working and freaking me out that my number had been ported. Has Telstra also got issues?

    @Telstra when I choose the method to verify the app says it has had some problems and I don't receive the verification message.
