  @janice_martin5 3 hours just a little less time then it would take to get someone at Telstra to talk to ya. (Not necessarily the person who could help that would be 3 days if ya lucky).

  @CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

  @ronInBendigo @RaymondKeown3 The Belong (Telstra) plan is $25 only once you have activated a service with them it will appear when you go to change plans via their app. 10GB data per month with rollover, if you ever exceed it, it doesn't charge extra just slows to 1Mbps.

  Australian Govs of all persuasions have sold the people out. First sold QLD State Gov Insurance, Keating the Commonwealth Bank , Howard Telstra, Beattie Water and we can keep going. Private industry is about profit and no service . We have that and pay exorbitant amounts for it

  Telstra network in Clyde North, Berwick, Cranbourne & Dandenong is terrible. My UberX and trucking business depends on my phone, but calls and data keep dropping. Paying premium prices for poor service is unacceptable. Do better, Telstra. shame shame @Telstra @TelstraBcast

  @Telstra So my internet has an issue. You send me a message to go to MyTelstra to chat with a rep. My modem is in back up mode and wont load MyTelstra, so I try hotspotting off my Telstra phone. But your coverage is so sporadic that it won't even count as "connected."

  @Telstra outage with home internet in daisy hill QLD 4127 since 28/05/2026. No updates still under investigation
