  @CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

  @janice_martin5 3 hours just a little less time then it would take to get someone at Telstra to talk to ya. (Not necessarily the person who could help that would be 3 days if ya lucky).

  @Kate3015 It’d really not that hard to spot but to the untrained eye they always look legitimate. My husband a case in point. He doesn’t click on the link but always asks me how to deal with it. Every time I,show- block the email via,the contact card, delete, simple. Government departments never send you anything, just a notification to go to My Gov. Telstra has the email in the App. If it’s not there it’s not real. There are couple I can think of.

  @Telstra I'm an Aussie working in the US for a few years. I keep my Aussie mobile account paid for when I come home to visit. Can you please explain how mobile data charges are higher with you in Australia, compared to my US cell service on mobile roaming?

Telstra operates the payphones under Australia's universal service guarantee. Calls have been free since mid-2021. The company reports over 100 million calls since fees were scrapped, with usage tripling.

  @eevblog i spent 3 months fighting their absurdity over a business account, with them "doing it wrong" and then forgetting about it. the only solution was to raise a complaint and follow that process, which so far has taken a month. telstra is criminally incompetent :(

  @TheNoisyTrunk @Caitlen2310 @arbsmichael At a time when the network needed to be upgraded to optic fibre Howard sold off Telstra to the people that already owned it. The cost to build the NBN should also be included in Howard's debts .
