@CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

@janice_martin5 3 hours just a little less time then it would take to get someone at Telstra to talk to ya. (Not necessarily the person who could help that would be 3 days if ya lucky).

Be warned folks: just got what was a very credible-sounding spam call from someone claiming to be "Alex from Telstra" checking in on my "broadband connection" which has been "having errors lately". This could easily fool someone a little less tech-savvy. Careful out there!
