@CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

@janice_martin5 3 hours just a little less time then it would take to get someone at Telstra to talk to ya. (Not necessarily the person who could help that would be 3 days if ya lucky).

@Optus Nah. Just wont be using @Optus. Boost, Telstra, Voda, Coles & others, used them all a month at time for data only, & no fraud/phishing msgs b/c the number is never used & is only known by the provider. Three times in 2020/21 I purchased the Optus sim & only then got targeted.

Telstra has had an outage in our area since the 30th of December and the fix keeps getting delayed and I think I'm actually about to lose my ****

@Telstra My upload speed sucks even though my dl can get to 100mbps (capped at 50 atm) and its making it harder to work from home and stream to twitch. You guys say that you basically can't do anything because NBN co told you that 5 mbps upload is sufficient, which is a joke...

@Telstra Has there been a leak of client details recently? I'm getting a lot of spam calls claiming that you're going to "shut down my account"...

@charlierobinson @Optus @Telstra It's been non stop issues here and the answer today was literally to go find alternative accommodation at my own cost and they will work out any compensation down the track. Maybe. For eleven nights.

@Telstra Given that they had the bsb and account they didn’t need me to tell them the bank for an electronic transfer. Just more stalling tactics, and where customer service is an oxymoron.

Hi @telstra, I just had an @NBN_Australia technician come through who could t fix my cable, and has now apparently ‘let someone know’. Given we’re working remotely at the moment, we really need to know when our service will be restored? Can you help?

@Telstra Sending it to the wrong address was bad enough given I wasted 4 1/2 hours on the address. It was the fact that it was “[my] fault” that I didn’t receive it and @telstra has done nothing to fix it, that is a bigger problem. Today they asked for my bank which they didn’t need

@Telstra Hi Jay, I've sent the DM. The fact I need to go through this level of effort in order to exercise my right under consumer law for a service that has been faulty for 4 years is pretty disappointing.
