@janice_martin5 3 hours just a little less time then it would take to get someone at Telstra to talk to ya. (Not necessarily the person who could help that would be 3 days if ya lucky).

@CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

Dear @Telstra You have made it so difficult to speak to an actual person on your helplines that I cannot solve my problem. You offer me text, online articles that I can read & study, complicated algorithms that you text to my phone - except I have to use my phone to execute 🤯🤯

@Telstra Nope. Telstra has broken a simple rule. Don't criticise your opposition, thats not how marketing works, it's unprofessional. @Aussie_BB employs locals who give exceptional support. Telstra's latest ad campaign targeting Aussie makes it look like work experience week in marketing

I saw a tweet earlier that was joking about Telstra customers and how they actually go into a Telstra shop for support. I chuckled to myself, hehe "who would?" Trying to use their online activation portal for a new SIM... now I know why people go into the shop...gah!

@Telstra My service has always been rubbish! Not even enough base signal for a booster for coverage at the house. Keep being told the tower in our paddock is going to be upgraded for mobile coverage but I'm not holding my breathe. The exchange is Jelcobine WA if you want to check it out
