@CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

@janice_martin5 3 hours just a little less time then it would take to get someone at Telstra to talk to ya. (Not necessarily the person who could help that would be 3 days if ya lucky).

Hey @Telstra I've been a customer of you guys since 'about' the 13th or April 2011... I can't think of one time I've had to make less than about ten calls/emails/messages to sort out my plan upgrade every time it's happened. (again, today..) I don't get it. 🫣👨🌾
