@CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

@janice_martin5 3 hours just a little less time then it would take to get someone at Telstra to talk to ya. (Not necessarily the person who could help that would be 3 days if ya lucky).

@Telstra I got the same email saying there was an issue with my 'Pay with Telstra'. I notified you guys,.was told nothing was wrong. I got an email from you guys like a month later saying it was real and had been fixed.

@Telstra I'm a technician so I appreciate how hard work like this can be. My problem is the complete lack of communication. Even Telstra's outage page has NO INFORMATION other than there is an outage. Please be more transparent. We can't work this.

@jriewolod @Telstra Telstra have really bad customer relations, I and my husband have been badly ripped off (by a new team member) inadvertently cancelled our phones 🤪 no fault of my own, and they don’t want to know about it, ombudsman had to be involved, he or his officers had it all fixed 👍🏼
