    @janice_martin5 3 hours just a little less time then it would take to get someone at Telstra to talk to ya. (Not necessarily the person who could help that would be 3 days if ya lucky).

    @CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

    @AussieBroadband I'm having a bit of a WTF moment at how quickly you swapped my FTTN service over from Telstra without me even noticing an outage. Less than 2 hours since I submitted the request. Amazing. Well done!

    @Telstra Igot an email saying there going to change my prepay I just want it left a loan I dont have internet on its for emergency only

    Credit where it's due - looks like the @Telstra Twitter team might have been able to sort out the issues with allowing me to add NBN to my account. Fingers crossed :)

    @Telstra went from VF to telstra 8 weeks ago. Telstra stuffed up the port. I can receive calls not make. Still waiting. Today telstra rejected the port request from VF as no active account. So telstra can't give me service, but also won't let me go elsewhere #winning

    @Telstra I wish. I gave up at the 6 hour mark. And that is my second attempt. 10+ hours on IM over 2 days is not good use of my time. Both agents gave different info, neither could help. I just want to upgrade my plan

    @Telstra i have an old Telstra ID that i have the correct username and password for - but it's throwing errors when i sign in - it has no active services currently, but i want to start one on it. What's the trick to fixing the account? i dont really want to open a second account

    @PippinRabbit @iiNet @Telstra They used to be impeccable with brilliant customer service. A couple of weeks ago I had about 14 calls back and forth trying to sort a refund for being overcharged, they refunded me but not before cutting off my service and then charging me again for the amount I’d been refunded
