@janice_martin5 3 hours just a little less time then it would take to get someone at Telstra to talk to ya. (Not necessarily the person who could help that would be 3 days if ya lucky).

@CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

@Telstra it’s so annoying that there is no way to get your people on the phone. Your people in the store ask me to call up a helpline where I can never speak to a human. Atrocious service.

@Telstra you know what would be helpful? If @telstra made it easier for elderly people who only know how to solve issues by talking to ppl able to speak to someone? #irony a communications company that doesn't let people communicate with them? My dad doesn't even know what an app is.

@Telstra Hi Willow, on Dec 1 I ordered to connect to NBN and also received your free modem. My land line and cable modem have been disconnected (suspended). I’m using my cell phone data using Vodafone to the outside world. All I need to know an EAT for my new connection. You let me down!
