@CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

@janice_martin5 3 hours just a little less time then it would take to get someone at Telstra to talk to ya. (Not necessarily the person who could help that would be 3 days if ya lucky).

@Telstra here’s some free advice: your new messaging is terrible AI slop, it is like talking to ChatGPT. I know you probably thought people wouldn’t be able to tell but we can.

@Mr_Fanta_Pants @jagjetfly @Telstra You’re not the only one in the Southern Phone pulling the landline plug problem in rural areas boat either. Last hope, chat to your local Federal MP’s office and get them involved in a solution.

@mwfowlie @Telstra Telstra has been patchy in our area for a while now. Gonna have to port. Can’t justify this rate for trash service. 13Mbps down at 71ms at best.

12 years at Oracle. BT, Vodafone, Telstra, Home Depot, UPS - enterprise server tuning. Turns out, optimising a gaming PC and a production server have a lot in common. Latency, throughput, stability. 25 years of that experience is baked into FAST.
