@jriewolod @Telstra My mum has a basic mobile phone, has to renew card each month, having trouble getting into town to pay each month. Been paying $30 per month for years. Apparently she could of been paying 6 or 12 months in advance for a cheaper price but they didn't tell her. Telstra = ripoff

@Telstra Wouldn’t it be great if a provider was active and contacted the customer and offered better plans rather than leaving them on old plans.

@jriewolod @vanOnselenP @Telstra I complained to Telstra when my Father-in-law had an enormous bill as he had dementia and would ring repeatedly- he was on the most expensive plan - the customer complaint team was great and he got a good refund

My Telstra bill isn’t even due until the end of the week, and today they decided to cut me off without notice… seriously Telstra get it together, your service is “not making anything easier”. That includes renewal options.

@jriewolod @melaniedoak @Telstra Email the Telephone Industry Ombo. Do not continue with phone calls to their 'service centre'. We got everything back and compo.

@jriewolod @Telstra I don’t subscribe to any pay TV services and I get my internet over nbn Fttc. So, I wanted to remove the the redundant cables attached to my eaves. I asked Optus to remove their’s, no problem. Done same week. I asked Telstra, and it was difficult and no they wouldn’t do it.

@jriewolod @Telstra Bloody lucky your a public figure, good to see Telstra reach out but they wouldn’t have otherwise. Hope they can help out further than just $180 🤬

@jriewolod @Telstra Surely they could determine she never used it. Shame on @telstra
