    @janice_martin5 3 hours just a little less time then it would take to get someone at Telstra to talk to ya. (Not necessarily the person who could help that would be 3 days if ya lucky).

    @CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

    @Telstra Transcript obtained from agent via My Telstra Messaging. All relevant numbers **** but at least I have the rest of the 3-hour conversation. Support via the other chat app is very poor. The app itself isn’t very good. Unless I’m mistaken, you can’t save/copy transcript as a whole.

    @PhilGould15 @Telstra I consider myself to be mild mannered and patient. I once threw a telephone across my office at a window. It only happened once. I was talking to Telstra. I am still patient and happily retired but have promised myself I will never deal with Telstra again

    I can’t subscribe to a Kayo account because I apparently had a past account, under a different phone number, which I never used and deactivated 3 years ago. Spent two hours @Telstra yesterday and not even they could fix it. Guy tried hard too. #Moderntechnology.

    Apparently, the new internet cost $140. I pay $119 for the service we’ve got with Telstra. He’s offered to pay for the new service. I am bracing for the poor choice regarding that. Does it sound like my abusers to give me an extra $119 each month? Them creating an opportunity.

    At the moment the one thing that has always irritated me is the how was your service surveys got one from auspost, Telstra and there are others I only need it if your service is crappy and I need to vent

    @KyleTGTTV @NBN_Australia Eventually, Telstra offered us a discount on our future bills, but accepted no responsibility as it was NBN. We purchased an extender, a new router and new Ethernet cords. Nothing helped. Eventually I had to change my streaming hours from day to night, just for this issue.
