@CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

@janice_martin5 3 hours just a little less time then it would take to get someone at Telstra to talk to ya. (Not necessarily the person who could help that would be 3 days if ya lucky).

@Telstra It was a plumber that accidentally cut the cable on our property. We are running a new cable back to the pit but need telstra to connect it back in. The support team this a.m helped but I’m still going around in circles with some folks on chat not getting the issue at all

@RobThanatos Been with most providers over the past 2 years. Apparently “it’s the area I live in” which is the problem, Telstra was by far the worst of the bunch

@Telstra My NBN is with iinet but I was instructed to contact Telstra because it’s Telstra infrastructure. If I’m mistaken please let me know. I’m chatting to support right now and it seems we are getting close on getting some sort of answer :)

@Telstra @NBN_Australia could it get any worse. 2nd March booked a house move. Onto my 4th reschedule (31march, 7th april, 22 April and 30th April) or appointments and now to connect until 25th May Telstra blame nbn, nbn blame telstra. I can’t get help. Can anyone help me???

@poornhonest I agree with you & keep the wrecked NBN , they wrecked Telstra so keep what's left , hands off selling or destroying Medicare, also how many Public Hospitals are in trouble MSM won't report , I know of a few
