@CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

@janice_martin5 3 hours just a little less time then it would take to get someone at Telstra to talk to ya. (Not necessarily the person who could help that would be 3 days if ya lucky).

@MishManners @NBN_Australia This is a simple one: the lib govt fecked it up by forcing fttn and fttc into the picture to please their Telstra mates. If it were a majority fibre network we'd have far less latency. The issue here isn't bandwidth (though in a lot of cases it is), but latency.

TELSTRA The worst telco in the world. Now we are being told it will be another 12 days without the internet. What could possibly take that long to fix ? This is 2022 you are kidding me. I blame Abbott, Turnbull and his mates. Hard to work from home.

Why would anyone have a landline with @Telstra ? My home office has 80% of calls from robots every day. What a waste of time and a **** service. I turn the volume down and divert to my mobile which marks as spam (learn from that Telstra)
