    @CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

    @Telstra She became clearly annoyed with me, as the tone of her voice turned staccato, as she repeated that without ID she would not be able to help.

    @abcnews I live in rural Vic. I use Telstra for phone and TPG for internet. I have crap phone reception and approx 15mb dl speed via TPG fixed wireless - if it’s not a little windy or raining. Both services were down for days in the recent floods. Both providers are useless.

    @Telstra sets a very (very) low bar when it comes to the customer experience, and even then, they fail to meet their own standards at every turn and manage to continually disappoint.

    @Telstra I have never in my entire life seen such attitude from 'customer service'. Also claimed he was some quasi legal pro - and proceeded to tell me how @Telstra will counterfile for costs. And they will win! Although I hadn't suggested anything other than an incorrect plan reciept.

    @Telstra over one month after we started having issues with our internet, promises of technicians coming to sort it out, days off work to wait, and never ending loops of "tech help" via that app that never progress anywhere, what do you want us as reasonable customers to do?

    @NBN_Australia absolutely pathetic. Workers been out installed pits and underground, yeah we have copper hung on poles. Ran fibre. But do we know what’s happen, NO, because @NBN_Australia fails to communicate. Service currently ****. @Telstra you’re next, mobile unusable.

    @Telstra. Why did you cancel my appointment with @NBN_Australia then tell me to call them and find out why? Another 90 minutes wasted (total now 14 hours) trying to get my Internet to work.

    Just had a terrifying time went into Telstra to solve a problem with my iPad went home only to discover they turned my phone off !
