    @CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

    @janice_martin5 3 hours just a little less time then it would take to get someone at Telstra to talk to ya. (Not necessarily the person who could help that would be 3 days if ya lucky).

    @Telstra That outage was without warning, too, and no one could tell us why it was happening. In a neighbourhood with no phone lines because you've refused to replace them since the fires in 2017. Too bad if we'd had any kind of emergency during that period!

    @Telstra Already done that. 90 mins of going around in circles retyping the same message to 5 different people. It's not an account issue. It's Telstra'***** & miss mobile service in an area that's supposed to be 4G & yesterday I had trouble making calls or even sending an SMS!

    @Cruzyfarmer @Telstra I'm over it, it was absolutely disgraceful yesterday. No or minimal service between Nullawarre Ayrford and Allansford. Unreliable around Wangoom & Cobden with calls dropping.

    @MajorSardonic I spent years working at Telstra in mobility, switching, power systems so don’t try and put me down just go about your own business. Your comment about mansplaining is typical of your type, nothing better to come back with. You are a sad individual

    @Telstra you failed to take a payment on my card and restricted my service, over a weekend where water was inundating my property. I was unable to call you because your call center is closed. You endangered me and charged me $15 for your mistake.

    @sendai @backupbear @Telstra Do you keep a backup service now? This is the first time I've been without service for the whole day down there- was a bit worrying if things were bad when I arrived but thankfully it was all ok.

    @KiwiFunknuckle @Optus We are taking over a business my husband has been a contracting to for 30yrs. A friend gave us an iPhone 6 got a telstra sim card (only telstra has service here), basic plan $47 a month. Don't need data just a dedicated phone. Fingers crossed everything goes to plan.
