@CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

  • mcdonellaussie mark mcdonell 🐅🐅🏆 (@mcdonellaussie) reported from Numurkah, State of Victoria

@janice_martin5 3 hours just a little less time then it would take to get someone at Telstra to talk to ya. (Not necessarily the person who could help that would be 3 days if ya lucky).

@Telstra Alright, like i said the 4g switch over helps with stability for our home business which is fine, but trying to log stuff into myob when it dc's is not fun, looking forward to see the next update.

@Optus What good is data when I'm landlocked and have no cell service or internet? Posting this on someone else's barely working (but working) telstra phone. Maybe time to change to telstra?

  • LukeySulz Luke S (@LukeySulz) reported

We now know how easy it cripple an entire Australian State’s mobile & internet network. A few cuts to a cable (and there was only one incident- don’t believe @Telstra’s “amazing coincidence” line for a minute). Tasmania is a sitting duck and nobody wants to pay to correct it.

  • PatrolGaming11 Patrol Gaming (@PatrolGaming11) reported

@Telstra Hi Winona, I dodn't write back as thge issue had been sorted. But of course it's back again today.

  • jodshdc John (@jodshdc) reported

The thing that struck me about #Tasmania's 'internet' outage was that I lost Optus mobile phone service. Appears Optus does not have a switch in the state. Understandable, but not a robust network design. Telstra mobiles seemingly less impacted.

  • RobEmmett1 Rob Emmett (@RobEmmett1) reported

@Telstra Hello Telstra, as per above thread, have attempted to access email mailbox but it's still in compromised status. Following link in above thread leads me to message that states issue is "closed"...how can it be closed if I'm still getting the "compromised" warning on my mailbox?..
