@CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

@janice_martin5 3 hours just a little less time then it would take to get someone at Telstra to talk to ya. (Not necessarily the person who could help that would be 3 days if ya lucky).

@Telstra what do I have to do to get a level 2 technician to call me? Been on My Telstra app chat since last Thu and each assistant has come to the conclusion the issue needs level 2 tech who will contact me. Still waiting!! now spent 30min on hold on 132200 to get nowhere!

Cool. So the @Telstra 5G network in Bendigo seems to gone down the toilet. Last week I was able to get up to 50Mbps with my Telstra 5G modem. This weekend? I cannot even get 5Mbps down. 5km from Bendigo town centre. Time to troubleshoot. The joys of not having #NBN

@Telstra This is more frustrating! There are no interruptions in my area, and the link you gave me is only concerned with Bill payments and phone/tablet, nothing to do with ADSL internet issues! This is the second time I’m having issues with modems, the last one I had to move to Optus.

Telstra would have to be the worst company to deal with in Australia. Tried service difficulties told 15 minute wait so downloaded my Telstra app. Registered told a message then told needed another elongated process. Gave up. Comparison apple fix you quickly. bloody hopeless
