@janice_martin5 3 hours just a little less time then it would take to get someone at Telstra to talk to ya. (Not necessarily the person who could help that would be 3 days if ya lucky).

@Telstra So, there is a feature in your network that allows outbound calls to be masqueraded. Disable that feature and it all stops. Is it related to unlisted nunbers? Or just call groups for business nunbers? Surely you can disable outbound masquerading unless under certain circumstances

Update on my 6-month battle with Telstra: the TIO has found that Telstra has breached Australian Consumer Law by delivering a service not fit for purpose and failing to remedy this. Telstra won't budge. Now, with this finding, I have again referred the matter to the ACCC /2

@Telstra So, what you are saying is that anyone can use your network and masquerade numbers without your permission or intervention? If that is the case then you are more incompetent than I thought, if it's not the case then you are lying and being lazy, a Telstra SOP.

Scam Alert. Guys with Asian accents pretending they're from Telstra phoning around from "spoofed" mobile numbers. Just had one. And i Hung Up. If you answer one, hang up, and manually Block the number. Telstra only phone you when arranged in advance.
