    @CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

    @janice_martin5 3 hours just a little less time then it would take to get someone at Telstra to talk to ya. (Not necessarily the person who could help that would be 3 days if ya lucky).

    @Telstra for another ... two years... Of course nobody TOLD me this, it was only because I carefully read the paperwork that I event spotted it... So I spoke to their support and after 3 or so hours of waiting for them to reply, they gave me a solution and told me I could do it in store

    @auspost I hate your service as much as I hate @Telstra both gouging the market with premium prices and providing 1 star service. Yet again a parcel 1hr & 48mins away will take a week to arrive. I wonder how much longer you’ll milk the pandemic as your excuse.

    2/2 You can imagine our disappointment to learn Telstra is offering a watch with purchase so we missed out. This has left a bad taste so it might be an idea to alert customers which Telstra shops are franchises so others don't fall into this trap. Have a good day.
