    @CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

    @janice_martin5 3 hours just a little less time then it would take to get someone at Telstra to talk to ya. (Not necessarily the person who could help that would be 3 days if ya lucky).

    @Telstra Beyond Frustrating. I have just sent the inc number and order number which has just been cancelled again. Apparently we’re starting again with a zero service. All these automated systems and a call centre in India who have no idea what the issue is. I just want to cancel now.

    @Telstra Yep. I’m trying Apple now. I know it’s the Apple app that isn’t working but it works on every device except for Telstra TV. I thought there might be some ‘known issue’ notes on it

    Hi @Telstra, I am unable to add my Telstra account to my Telstra ID. It doesn't work via Chrome or the app. I have been experiencing this problem for a few days now. Could you please fix this.

    Nearly 24 hrs after the Port Macquarie storm and the phone line to my house is still hanging dangerously low over the road despite reporting it last night to @Telstra if a truck decides to turn down my street, someone's going to get badly hurt. Total silence since we reported it

    @Telstra N/63DDE9DE. It might be an Apple error code, but the problem is Apple TV plus works on everything I own except for Telstra TV. I simply can’t log in. Seems to be lots of chatter about this problem with Roku (who makes the box)

    @Telstra I’ve tried sorting another issue today with Telstra TV. Spend most of it explaining that Apple TV plus is a streaming service like netflix. All I need is for someone to look up an error code but I’m told I have to go to a Telstra shop if I want help. Not that great.
