    @CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

    @janice_martin5 3 hours just a little less time then it would take to get someone at Telstra to talk to ya. (Not necessarily the person who could help that would be 3 days if ya lucky).

    @Telstra it took 25 minutes to send an email with a 2mb attachment this afternoon in Paraburdoo. Ended up going outside with my laptop and using my Samsung phone as a hotspot and it still took as long. When are you going to acknowledge that regional areas have slow 3g/4g internet

    @andy_penn You should be horrified by the torturous process you put your 'customers' through. I nd myself once again having to run the gauntlet of trying to get a refund for months of charges for a @Telstra service I never received and was promised a refund for.

    Hey @Telstra received 5 calls today from "Kevin from Telstra technical support team" - obviously a scam, but smart timing given the weather on the east coast. Maybe time for an update on your socials and website to warn people about scams

    Like I know @Telstra just released their Gen 3 modem but I kinda wish ISPs just offered a simple 2 port (VDSL in - Ethernet out) for those who want to run their own routing/network setup without having a bigger-than-needed box.

    @Telstra Sorry, I've had enough of this. The tech has very poor troubleshooting skills, average to poor knowledge of how cellular networks behave, and makes assumptions on where the phone was when the calls were made (he assumes I sat at home all day every day)

    @Telstra Can you tell us when we will get service back here in Lismore NSW, please, @Telstra ? The Southern Cross Uni evac centre is not coping, the uni students have no internet, and the TOWN has no service to access vital assistance to Gov services!
