@CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

@janice_martin5 3 hours just a little less time then it would take to get someone at Telstra to talk to ya. (Not necessarily the person who could help that would be 3 days if ya lucky).

Optus 4G pull down 1-3 mbit in some areas and .5 in others. Optus 5G non existent. Friend on Telstra can get 20 mbit on 5G in some parts and 3G in others. Apartment wifi gets around 10 mbit in some places but 1 mbit at the TV so can’t stream anything on it lol.

Hey @Telstra How hard is & how long does it take to instal a landline for a bed-ridden resident in an aged care facility? Her only means of communication. Phone & connection are ready to go. Waiting on someone to come and fix it. Tuncurry NSW. It’s been over a week.

@Telstra Good morning, I spent three hours troubleshooting with chat as per request, but the issue is not with an individual device, I tried to explain it's all devices in the household, who are on Telstra, all throughout the Gymea (2227) area. Is there any way to escalate this?

@incidentalchaos @Telstra Mate, you have to realise these social media folks haven’t a clue, worst they haven’t the training to cop the hint and pass the feedback up the chain when it’s above their pay grade. It’s a punish. Painful and business critical.

@Telstra I have been on chat with your Technical team for an issue to transfer physical to esim via telstra app.. . its 3 hours into the chat .. the guy is now asking if i am using telstra app ? Are these guys even trained to troubleshoot??
