    @janice_martin5 3 hours just a little less time then it would take to get someone at Telstra to talk to ya. (Not necessarily the person who could help that would be 3 days if ya lucky).

    @CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

    @Telstra @NBN_Australia Booked a move online and you've stuffed up, so that now my Husband has NO internet at all to work from home. The response from your call centre was oh well, not a lot we can do!! Poor service and not customer focused! Zero stars. 🤬

    @coland267 @melaniedoak Keating qantas, howard telstra and both were a mistake. Howard started the neo lib small government crap, and now we have contractors contracting to contractors ad infinitum. Everyone with their snout in the trough to make a quid.

    1st world issue I know! Who is worse to obtain customer satisfaction from @Qantas @Telstra or your work safe agent - they make you feel guilty though you are the person damaged through no fault of your own!

    @CyborgDanDrews @largemacdonald @friendlyjordies No that's not in there. Twitter would only have the IP source and port number for the related API requests. This is what's sensible to record down. This info *should* be enough for Telstra to track down who registered this number.

    @Telstra is there any way I can get home 5g when the website says I'm out of area? I get far better speeds on my phone's Telatra 5g than the home wired internet. Terrible "NBN" here.

    @Telstra It’s been patchy from the start 11/6 but it’s def worse now. Is there some other carrier I can connect with? AT&T I presume are the problem. I’m getting the charges notifications.

    @Telstra @madebygoogle No, I haven’t, since nothing pointed towards the network as being the culprit. The other two devices work flawlessly, which so far led me to believe it was a firmware issue. The fact that the hotspot is working makes things more complicated. How do I contact support about this?

    @Strongisgentle @originenergy I’ve had problems with Optus (didn’t disconnect a phone line when instructed then kept increasing the bill); Telstra (every 2 months minimum for a while they overcharged because the previous month they’d undercharged to rectify overcharging) etc.

    @Optus my wife has had the worst experience trying to port her number over to @telstra It’s been two weeks and counting, multiple calls, her last exchange today ended abruptly when your customer service hung up on her. @telstra please help
