    @janice_martin5 3 hours just a little less time then it would take to get someone at Telstra to talk to ya. (Not necessarily the person who could help that would be 3 days if ya lucky).

    @CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

    @Telstra Yes all across Brisbane. CBD, Chermside, Carindale and Springwood. Go to Sydney Friday for work. Having to get an @Optus plan as a backup so I can work. Why am I paying $700+ per month for those speeds and to be told it’s normal by your support?

    @Telstra I live in 2137 Concord area. My 5G download speeds have gone from 600+ mbps (indoors) to 80 mbps thereabouts today (indoors and outdoors). Are there problems in the area???

    @Telstra our company's emails to #BigPond are getting rejected. Bigpond Postmaster isn't replying and Telstra business support say 'bigpond don't block emails'?? Hundreds of our customers aren't getting order notifications and are fed up. Weeks trying to get it fixed. HELP!
