@CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

  • mcdonellaussie mark mcdonell 🐅🐅🏆 (@mcdonellaussie) reported from Numurkah, State of Victoria

@janice_martin5 3 hours just a little less time then it would take to get someone at Telstra to talk to ya. (Not necessarily the person who could help that would be 3 days if ya lucky).

@tofar1 Yep, same. Hooked up to a telstra signal booster.

  • kipps Rhett Kipps (@kipps) reported

@Telstra I’ve found Telstra’s online chat difficult to work with, so no. This is a reported common issue on Whirlpool for the SM3. The modem works until it locks up and then needs power cycling.

  • cgeard Carli Geard (@cgeard) reported

@Telstra no internet connection in Youngtown Tas 7249. Modem is showing amber light on mobile signal , I can't see any outages listed. Any tips.

  • St0pT0uchingMe An Handsome Fish (@St0pT0uchingMe) reported

@Telstra And now after a month of botched orders for a Gen 3 (because despite being told every time that they were sending me one, there were none in stock) and another 17 days of no connectivity on top of that, I have officially had enough. This is absolute garbage.

  • jake_80 Jake (@jake_80) reported

@Socrate90000750 @friendlyjordies “The telco (Optus) was last week awarded a government contract from rival Telstra to run the inbound calls for Service NSW.” … seems legit🤪

  • EonThesis Eon Thesis (@EonThesis) reported

Telstra torture - so I after the store "assistance" got my account details wrong - I went onto Telstra "help" used the app to get a phonecall, received a computerised call then before I could speak, was cut off... Telstra's incompetence is only matched by its lack of coverage

  • CLDOG125 2FPS//Matthew (@CLDOG125) reported

@n3ptune_cpu As an Australian I feel you. Telstra is garbage.

  • Cazoperadag Carolyn Wright (@Cazoperadag) reported

@billshortenmp @ServicesGovAU My favourite recent scam was from ‘Telstra’, wanting to talk to me about the service from Telstra they were about to install. I already had one.

  • Ben16222067 Ben (@Ben16222067) reported

@vernon_withers @Telstra But it’s usually only a hundred or so dollars more than rrp. That’s $100 for the service of paying it off over 2 years. That’s a pretty good service for people with no cash flow who can’t afford the phone, isn’t it?
