    @janice_martin5 3 hours just a little less time then it would take to get someone at Telstra to talk to ya. (Not necessarily the person who could help that would be 3 days if ya lucky).

    @CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

    Seems the only way to get some progress is publishing our issues here? Nbn order 15th November completed. Telstra phone and internet still not working 6th December.

    @Telstra There has been no support. You are the 4th person to answer. You make it look like support by replying to tweets but in the end you can't actually do anything. Forget about it.

    @Telstra Can you hang a mobile phone transmitter from the nearby NBN fixed wireless tower?? Optus are about to put on in, maybe you could both do it at the same time to save the road being dug up twice? 🤔Tower=Main Arm/Durrumble NSW

    @deeplongstop @Telstra I find ringing up the office helps, instead of tagging on twitter posts. Local MP's are there for a reason. They solved my Centrelink issues many years ago.

    @InvertedThinker @SkyNewsAust Bad thing, it's only bad because we started privatising government departments, Medicare was good until the LNP broke it into private and public health, NBN would have been as well if the LNP didn't sell it to Telstra, electricity would be cheap if they didn't sell off ausgrid
