    @CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

    @janice_martin5 3 hours just a little less time then it would take to get someone at Telstra to talk to ya. (Not necessarily the person who could help that would be 3 days if ya lucky).

    @Telstra A bit over a month and never. I watched for it on an 8-hour road trip on the weekend and never saw it. Never comes up in urban areas. St Kilda has worse reception than ever

    @DuffmanGay @LesStonehouse @Optus Exactly. I'm with Telstra personally and have been luckier than most, but correct. The providers have an obligation to fix the issues/replacements with their provided equipment, be it a router, home phone or fetch box. If it is not your own router, it's Optus' cost.

    @BenFruitTwitch I never had anything but trouble and frustration with telstra mate, ditch them and call someone like iinet/Internode whatever they call themselves and switch. though i would like to see that duel!

    If my internet doesn't get fixed in the next 24 hours I'm challenging Telstra to a duel. IT HASNT TURNED ON IN 4 DAYS I'VE PRESSED THE RESTART BUTTON LIKE 30 TIMES HOW DO THEY STILL THINK THAT WILL SOLVE THE PROBLEM HOLY ****. THEY ARE STUPDIER THAN ME HOLY ****. SEND TECH PLZ.

    @Telstra Hi Lee, Thankyou for checking in. I appreciate the follow-up. I couldnโ€™t get it sorted over the call with customer care. I had to walk in store. The store was more friendlier than customer care on call! Thanks
