    @CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

    @janice_martin5 3 hours just a little less time then it would take to get someone at Telstra to talk to ya. (Not necessarily the person who could help that would be 3 days if ya lucky).

    As if the world hasn't got bad enough, new customers with @Telstra mobile are unable to get a new number or international bolt on. Thanks Telstra. Off to @Optus I go and hope they don't lose my personal information.

    @Telstra Thanks for the offer Angela but just finished nearly 4 hours of chat on the app... As this is the 4th or 5th time with the same issue, I've now lodged something with the Telecommunications Ombudsman. Fingers crossed they can help.

    Gotta love @Telstra ......I accept a credit on my broadband to settle a complaint with the Telco ombudsman. Credit is not honoured. They must hate the need for customers.

    @Telstra @manelodge You guys are ridiculous. Overseas service. No accountability. Taken to Ombudsman twice and you still break promises, cannot reach the 100mbps you 'promised' and do nothing to fix the line. Terrible.

    @Optus @MRowlandMP @Telstra All I'd like is for them to: 1) Provide indicative charges during usage period 2) Issue Invoice at the end of usage period 3) Direct Debit 3-7 days after invoice Basic Business. not TAKE PAYMENT FIRST, then tell you what you paid them for!
