@CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

@janice_martin5 3 hours just a little less time then it would take to get someone at Telstra to talk to ya. (Not necessarily the person who could help that would be 3 days if ya lucky).

@kcIMT122 @nhpwheritor @kristin8X Coded by a consultant you for Stuart Roberts or another part of the LNO govt? Guaranteed to be pretty terrible. Telstra once implemented a system to switch customers away from Telstra, with no capability of switching them back to Telstra! Project mgr was promoted.
