I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

I have crap phone reception and approx 15mb dl speed via TPG fixed wireless - if it’s not a little windy or raining. Both services were down for days in the recent floods. Both providers are useless.

Also claimed he was some quasi legal pro - and proceeded to tell me how @Telstra will counterfile for costs. And they will win! Although I hadn't suggested anything other than an incorrect plan reciept.

But do we know what’s happen, NO, because @NBN_Australia fails to communicate. Service currently ****. @Telstra you’re next, mobile unusable.
