    @CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

    @janice_martin5 3 hours just a little less time then it would take to get someone at Telstra to talk to ya. (Not necessarily the person who could help that would be 3 days if ya lucky).

    @Telstra 50% of my incoming calls don’t even ring on my phone - I Get a txt saying I missed a call, even while I’m holding my phone. It’s an iPhone 11 on 4g. 3G is just as crap.

    @ToniAussiewoman @bradT52711844 @Telstra We are pretty limited down south, Its probably not nearly as bad as I think it is really. Given we are in town that's hilly with gullies, that messes with signal. Other bigger towns have had additional towers for that reason. We dont warrant one here.

    @gabriellechan I had an email address closed down by Telstra that was attached to My Gov Id. Boy that was a double whammy of problems to attempt to resolve 🤢

    @Telstra It varies, sometimes it's not too bad, maybe 6-7 mbps but often this is what we get.

    @bradT52711844 @Iaminfbgaoltoo @Telstra I moved to Perth from Victoria a few years ago, had FlipTV over there for my internet. They've recently started up in Perth so I changed back to them. Cheap, reliable and good service if there's any problems (I haven't had any at all here) I'm in Kenwick. Their modem, or BYO- me
