@janice_martin5 3 hours just a little less time then it would take to get someone at Telstra to talk to ya. (Not necessarily the person who could help that would be 3 days if ya lucky).

@CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

@Telstra Glenn, that would be a great idea if I could open the app but I'm lucky to get any access to the mobile network. The Internet is still unavailable because the power is still down. No access to phone or internet except intermittently.

@Telstra Thanks but it’s with the #TIO now. @Telstra 7 days with no 4G and still nobody at #telstra can confirm this. Waiting for #complaints area to fix and then taking all my telco to @VodafoneAU Thank god for choices, no longer paying this mob $300 a month for incompetence service
