    @janice_martin5 3 hours just a little less time then it would take to get someone at Telstra to talk to ya. (Not necessarily the person who could help that would be 3 days if ya lucky).

    @CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

    @Telstra No, I called the Telstra number instead. It was an issue with our internet and phone line due to a storm the night before. The gentleman on the phone fixed it by assisting in a reset from his end.

    @Telstra I called your 'help' line and they can't. My dad is in hospital, with cancer and I have to recharge his pre-paid mobile. But you can't help. So he can't call anyone. But don't worry, we don't expect more of you.

    Hey @Telstra. Why is it so hard to report a broken overhead line? I don't want to download your app. I don't have an account with you. Your phone number to report these issues is a game of guess the magic word, plus I'm not going to wait 30min on the phone.
