@janice_martin5 3 hours just a little less time then it would take to get someone at Telstra to talk to ya. (Not necessarily the person who could help that would be 3 days if ya lucky).

  • mcdonellaussie mark mcdonell 🐅🐅🏆 (@mcdonellaussie) reported from Wunghnu, State of Victoria

@CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

NBN down 😑. No idea why and earliest technician available from @NBN_Australia @Telstra is 48 hours from now. Dreading 2 days of @zoom_us calls on 4G now 🥺! Crappy telco infrastructure is probably the single biggest deal breaker to remote work in Australia.

  • PeytonSinsx ⭐ Peyton Sins ⭐ (@PeytonSinsx) reported

Anyone wanna send me some credit? ******* @Telstra have an unplanned outage in my area and it's nuked our internet. Don't have data and the useless ***** redirected me just before close of business. All I wanted was some data so I can play league of legends. 😑

  • mattei Matthew Ardeljan (@mattei) reported

@Telstra over 6 hours waiting on hold the phone (with no answer) and many hours with your in app chat service and no progress on a broken internet connection. Is there another way to get assistance?

  • c_tiot Tiot Erlesmere (@c_tiot) reported

Telstra Australia is infested with worthless piece of **** employees.

  • rosiex geekgirl Ⓥ (@rosiex) reported

@mashable Can they resolve a problem I'm having with @Telstra

  • erikarn Adrian Chadd (@erikarn) reported

ok ok, so here goes Once upon a time, Adrian worked at a start-up network provider. They had a 512KBit frame relay link from Sydney, Australia to California, USA via MCI, a 2MBit E1 to Telstra for Australian traffic, and eventually had a satellite bearer on PAS-2.

  • rosiex geekgirl Ⓥ (@rosiex) reported

.@Telstra it makes absolutely no sense to ask people to use an app that doesn't work!! Don't you have billions of dollars??? Why not offer 24/7 human support. The AI doesn't work. The app doesn't work & sending countless #'s of irrelevant sms messages isn't working for me either!

  • netzwerg_au ☠️ netzwerg ☠️ (@netzwerg_au) reported

@itgrrl @Telstra You could call them to complain, except you can’t call them. Their support has gone to the dogs, no longer justifying the premium they charge foe their services.

  • thedishking1 The Dish King (@thedishking1) reported

@Telstra is the best example in the history of time of a business that takes the piss because they have a total monopoly of a market and therefore know they have to do **** all and will still keep customers and it’s not even close!!

  • erikarn Adrian Chadd (@erikarn) reported

So, ISPs would buy downlink bandwidth from this company and use their existing Telstra service for uplink. Back in 1997, Telstra /only/ charged 19c/megabyte for downloaded traffic. Uplink traffic was unmetered/free. (As a side note, this changed a couple years after this.)
