    For 2mths @Telstra have mishandled my order and follow up complaint. @andy_penn’s fixit team refuse to review all the material but they think a $60 “good will” credit is enough to make up for it. @MichaelAckland3 I really feel like a valued long term customer.

    @Telstra It doesn’t seem to matter who makes the request. It all goes into the same black hole. You know things are bad when @andy_penn can’t fix stuff at Telstra.

    @Telstra Email received from fixit team rep Tuesday morning AEDT. Replied Tuesday afternoon AEDT. Sent follow up early Thursday morning AEDT. Called midday AEDT today, got voicemail and emailed to ensure she knew I'd called and wasn't OoO. My initial complaint was submitted ~6wks ago.

    @Telstra Thanks for the boilerplate response. I feel like a valued customer. The issue is the complaints team are unwilling not unable to resolve this matter.

    @Telstra The specialist team never contacted me despite the message here that it had been escalated to them. So many failures from your side in handling this matter.

    @Telstra I wasn’t getting anywhere with the complaints team lead. I lodged a complaint with the TIO. They told me to work with Telstra to resolve the issue. The team lead is insisting I deal with the TIO. That contradicts what the TIO says you should be doing.

    @Telstra I can also give them the TIO complaint # when they contact me. The team lead I was dealing with insisted on sending more boilerplate about me emailing my DOB and refusing to acknowledge I’d authenticated over the phone. I don’t care who sorts it out. Email me a concrete offer.

    @Telstra I have suggested times she could call. She always calls at other times. She never calls back within the windows advised by colleagues. Email is the most efficient way for us to move forward at this point.

    JFC! I order new phones from @Telstra. I get 8 missed calls & a voicemail from Telstra Business Centres. I waited 12mins to find out Kelly wanted to tell me about their exciting products but she was busy with someone else. @andy_penn I feel like a commission cheque not a customer

    @mattgillard @Telstra I’ve found chat is the best way to get shit sorted with Telstra these days. The transcript is very helpful in case of problems down the road.

    Telstra fuckups are like bad luck, they always come in 3s. I'm being billed for O365 with no warning previous free offer had expired. 10 digit account numbers allow access to different products compared to a 13 digit one. Getting an Apple Watch on a business plan is a major PITA.

    @WSOGal @hecivan70 @wests_glory Nah this will work out better. The problem with the victory game last game was due to a Telstra outage, it wasn’t the fault of the broadcaster. There’s been one or two little problems, fox was the same. It’s the nature of broadcast streaming. What they are doing is a world first

    @Telstra I run an emergency after hours service working from home. Over the last 4 days my internet has dropped out over 80 times while I am dealing with emergencies over the phone and need the internet to access files and details of clients. I am $600 in credit

    @Telstra well the 5G internet at home is a bust. Modem can't even pick up 5G when Samsung S20+ 5g in same location has good 5G signal and speeds in excess of 190/35Mbps. Tried a few locations all the same result with phone tested sitting on top of unit. Expected better

    @Telstra There was one open a few weeks ago but I was told they couldn't assist. The current case manager opened up a new fraud complaint to try to get fraud tagging/any credit damage removed off my account - she said it was the only way. This just keeps going around in circles.
