    @NoAdaniOz @DavidHuggan1 @Telstra Most other essential services are able to navigate around this pandemic and support their customers #telstra clearly only worried about $$$ bc overseas workers are cheaper. They've got nothing, not 1 way of helping us. Pple are losing $$ bc they cannot work for home.

    So @telstra my #smarthub appears to be a bit stupid because when the Wi-Fi goes off and allegedly switches to 4G we have no connection! Or is it a dumb operator 😂

    I fail to understand why the Americans use water boarding they should just have their victims call Telstra support. Maybe it the overseas call charges.

    @peterp79 @Aussie_BB @Telstra @NBN_Australia Also, 25 is minimum - so you should be getting 22 ish... plug a laptop INTO the modem and do a speed test. WIFI is probably what’s slowing you down too

    @Telstra more than 3hrs ago I was told it would be fixed within 2hrs. Only now after I followed up with a status update am I being asked for technical info which I have no idea about. I would have thought Telstra, who charges a premium for their service, would have the answers!

    @benjya85 I’m Optus wifi and Woolies mobile (Telstra network) ... issues connecting to Prime, Netflix and Twitter on wifi, but no problem on 4g. Indicates issue with @Optus service ... but as usual, no acknowledgement from them as yet.

    @Dunhacking @SpudBenBean My NBN FTTH worked terrific up 2 the end of initial 2 yr contract. The second it was up the problems started. Telstra only interested in new contracts & bigger the existing 1s. Just pinch their bandwidth.

    OF ASKING telstra to remove I dint want it. They finally called After the OMBUDSMAN RESPONDED TO MY COMPLAINT. THEY WOULD COMMENT JUST PRESS ##004# HAHAHA, THAT NEVA HELPED THEY CONFESSED YESTERDAY telstra they are unable to remove vm.

    @ralston_steve @tonytardio This is down to the federal government - When a person calls 000 for emergency response within Victoria, the call will be answered by Telstra who determine the service required. The call is then directed to the relevant ESTA facility where it will be answered by the next
