@Telstra We were trying to connect a new cable adapter which we were given by Telstra because the performance of our old one was slow. The new adapter was not connecting but no one could tell us why. We have had to switch back to using the slow old adapter....

@telstra review my chat support transcript and tell me why its not appalling, infuriating & utterly negligent. Phone line down 4 months. Kids can't dial 000. Your chat support ppl detect the fault and do absolutely nothing to resolve.

@Telstra I have never been this frustrated with a company in my life! And I’ve reached an impasse with your level of stupidity. Seriously, I’ve been reduced to man-splaining your own tech to your people!

@Telstra: you need to address the level of stupid in your corporate structure. Alas, I’m contacting you again to repair the same silly problem. Why is this taking 6 months?

Someone remind me again please, but if I'm a Telstra customer, how do I watch @NRL @AFL streaming on phone? Is it still free or gotta go via Kayo? Did Telstra do anything for existing customers? Cheers

@Telstra we have been chatting with several of your support team officers since yesterday afternoon because of issues we are having our wifi at home and it seems IMPOSSIBLE to get a straight answer about what’s going on.

@zanerednwhite Yeah $15 you could use Chromecast screen resolution might be poor mine 780p. I got a Telstra TV gen 3 off Facebook marketplace there were plenty of Gen 2 for $35. Resolution seemed better. $15 month to month seems ok to me

@Telstra Greg! I apologize! But I tend to lose my temper every time we have contact. Suggestion: I believe there is a correlation between your mass-mailings (paper and digital) and your service line traffic. You might study the relationship and adjust accordingly.

@jessdotceee It's a plan to get Kayo subscribers. For Telstra customer's $15 per month. Clearly a long planned move. But yeah harsh if FTA is your only option

So @Telstra after id etc 13 minutes on hold @Telstra hung up on us. How do you explain this? This is not solving the issue. This is not mitigating the ongoing losses and suffering. The account holder is also a carer of a person with a medical disability. Now at 50th interaction

@Telstra @Twitter Anything less that this sounds suspiciously like technical delaying tactics similar to those applied for the past 10 weeks. @telstra the number I provided is there for you to call. Tou will see it is disconnected. Why? You can id the account and see the issue.

.@Telstra 55 minutes ago we asked for a contact number and a person's name in an attempt to resolve Telstra stealing a customer's phone service and leaving them disconnected and selling it to another. You have failed to do so. This has gone on 10 weeks already.

@Telstra And rather than sitting on your hands and letting franchisees get away with it, why not doing something proactive like surveying sign-ups to new plans and coming down hard on these businesses who are giving your brand a bad name?

@Telstra a bit disappointed after 14+ years as a 'valued customer' to be spoken down to via a store representative in the local store where I am holiday, and even your online customer service reps. All I wanted was to get the new phone feeling underway as the first representative

@Telstra .@Telstra can you put someone on who may be able to interpret sentences? I am not the customer. The customer needs to escalate the issue. Give me a DM number to call. They do not habe a phone app or phone and I am not installing your app. A telephone call is what is required.

@Telstra It would have to be done manually as in the system FTTN doesn’t support 100 Tier. Yesterday I just canceled my old FTTN line that I was getting 100/40 at the same address as I had that service for 2.5 years but was damaged. I’ll try tonight one more time but unlikely.

@Telstra customer for over 5 years my bill was 7 days late services suspended. Paid the bill over an hour on hold hang up on, told services would be reconnected yep that didn’t happen. Rang back no notes on system disgusting customer service.
