@matiwinnetou While this is technically correct, it's pretty far fetched. The same could be said for Comcast or Starlink or Telstra. That's why we have diversity in the network. Nobody is at the mercy of anyone. If a cloud provider ***** around, I go somewhere else. They're my pool keys.

@Telstra 2/2. A tech was here in months ago and said to follow up for a new box if what he did didn’t fix it. I’ve been doing that ever since. It’s hard to find any one to complain to ... it keeps getting escalated then goes nowhere. If you can help. Thank you.
