    @Telstra Not getting any email! Went through #TelstraApp diagnostic. Received a congratulations for fixing my problem. But it was not fixed. Called through #TelstraApp but not open on weekends. I did nothing to my account. Did not change passwords etc. just stopped working. Help!

    @MikeCarlton01 I had one of those in the 90s supplied by Telstra for a new installation. At least they worked not like modern phones that rely upon the Coalition Government’s failed No Bloody Network (NBN).

    I opened the Telstra app on my iPhone this morning after not using it all night and it has fixed any loading issues as it seems to open ok and doesn’t take a long time to load and update.

    @corduroy Have you tried one of the companies that resells Telstra network? Not as good coverage, but might work for you.

    @Telstra T/Shop - "it will be ready within 12 hours". Online support "guaranteed a fix in 3 days". then "oh there's an IT issue". "maybe this w/e"..."maybe next w/e"

    @TheRealPBarry @Optus Get Aussie BroadBand, truly good with local service! In Bangkok had 150 MPs came home to Optus at 70( costly never met speed) - had enough of Telstra too - despite aversion to company named “Aussie xxx” local service, quick, competent and ALWAYS over speed promised even 6-9pm
