@connections8 @Telstra Thanks James. It's been tough enough as a Travel Agency just trying to survive during COVID, and now .@telstra cannot even answer the phone for one of their business customers. They are killing our business .. and not for the first time. Absolutely terrible customer service.

@SarahHarris @Telstra It telstra nothing more needs to be said. They have the worst customer service of all the telcos in Australia. Treated my mother like **** when she asked them to remove my deceased father name from the bill. Left for Iprimus and have never looked back.
