It's been tough enough as a Travel Agency just trying to survive during COVID, and now .@telstra cannot even answer the phone for one of their business customers. They are killing our business .. and not for the first time. Absolutely terrible customer service.

    @Telstra Been on the phone 1 hr 30 minutes to report a landline fault on my 91yo mother’s phone. Said to be 5 to 15 minutes wait. Help!!!

    @Telstra thankyou .@Telstra / "Jo" for that detailed response. Sadly, it did not help at all. Your website is useless, it reports there is no issue: "There are no confirmed interruptions in your area". Thanks for helping to ruin our business .@Telstra

    @SarahHarris @Telstra It telstra nothing more needs to be said. They have the worst customer service of all the telcos in Australia. Treated my mother like **** when she asked them to remove my deceased father name from the bill. Left for Iprimus and have never looked back.
