  • Ben_Preece Ben Preece (@Ben_Preece) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@Telstra I’ve been talking to him for two hours. He was impossible, ignoring my actual issue and told to wait 24 hours. I HAVE ALREADY WAITED 24 HOURS FFS!!!!!!! He has completely wasted my morning.

  • mikegoldmanlive Mike Goldman (@mikegoldmanlive) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

Telstra charge 100$ a month for my NBN home internet. Cancelled and started using a prepaid dongle with another company. 17$ a month, better speeds, more reliable, better customer service. Bye Telstra.

  • jjee88888 Jeremy Jee (@jjee88888) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@boostmobile @Telstra 25 days and counting since trying to port to boost. Have been promised many times for resolution. Stuck on #vodafail right now. Ridiculous.

  • pauly_au PaulyAU (@pauly_au) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@Telstra is there a 4G outage in Brisbane right now?

  • jjee88888 Jeremy Jee (@jjee88888) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@andy_penn So just another junky telstra piece of crap. All these features have been available for years on standard off the shelf modems. Why lock yourself into overpriced telstra junk?

  • Reggi05 Laundry Worship (@Reggi05) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@franksting @nytimes Telstra make it only possible for some things via there Ap which never works. Cancelling Adobe and Microsoft is really hard

  • viller Stephen Viller (@viller) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@Telstra I never get that I was dealing with people with bad intentions, but there is something about how the organisation is structured that leads to massive end-user frustration.

  • KoruCottage koru-cottage.com (@KoruCottage) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

Just to be clear @Telstra I can delete and block unsolicited Spam from Scammers, but I can't delete and block unsolicited crap from Craig Kelly or QLD Labour?

  • Ben_Preece Ben Preece (@Ben_Preece) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@Telstra I thought the same. I’ve never even been given a time before, yet he did. His name is Peter. The link takes me to a rather useless bot. Why does not one single of you people have any accountability? I’ve been screwed today constantly.

  • PagewoodCoach Rubens Camejo (@PagewoodCoach) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@MelbInvest @nyunggai @HelloMakkaPakka Yes & no. If you work for Optus but doing the praises of Telstra you're going to get sacked. In effect Kitching was sacked To fix it? Requires a referendum. Factions are funded by outside interests unions businesses, individuals with an agenda etc. That's hard to remove NEXT

  • Reggi05 Laundry Worship (@Reggi05) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@alexbhathal @Telstra Probably cost. Under crisis global telecoms operators often push the rates it costs to land a call on their network sky high

  • Hanna_Unwin Hanna Elizabeth (@Hanna_Unwin) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@Telstra wtf is up with the connection in morayfield lately it’s gone to ****?

  • benroachie Ben Roache (@benroachie) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

Oh, did I say I have an order number? I have a type of order number I’ve never seen before in my life, doesn’t work in any of Telstra’s order trackers, and now, when others are getting StarTrack tracking numbers, I’m left high and dry with literally no information.

  • benroachie Ben Roache (@benroachie) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

Today’s update for you @andy_penn! I created an escalation case on Thursday. Despite multiple folks from your social team saying they’d help and have it escalated etc etc etc nothing has happened. But it’s okay, because T25 will fix everything, right? 🥲 #telstra

  • birdnoises David Kapernick (@birdnoises) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

    @MoistenedTart Telstra reception is ****.

  • nathbush Nathan Bush (@nathbush) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@thewordsofshief @Telstra But can you still fix my phone?

  • benroachie Ben Roache (@benroachie) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

I’ll just add @andy_penn that your Twitter support team’s best suggestion was to cancel my order. You can’t make this stuff up. After a decade, I think I’m officially done being a @Telstra customer. #telstra

Telstra Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • AusGroucho Not a 132 year old American comedian. Parody, ok? (@AusGroucho) reported

@AaronDodd @Aussie_BB Back now, here, at least. The last time Telstra mobile went down in my area, it took 10 days to restore. 7 of which they refused to admit there was a problem. The problem, you ask? A road grader had torn cables apart. Not as obvious as one might think, it seems.

  • rhinoz 🦏 rhino (@rhinoz) reported

@StefanSondi i have been with 4LDI for 10 years now, just realised lol, husb is with telstra as was the biz phone, boy also 4LDI. i have no issues with it, app is a bit simple but it's ok?

  • PRL_Bugalo Buggles (@PRL_Bugalo) reported

@MRowlandMP hey Michelle are you happy with @Telstra plan to remove x small data plan therefore increasing minimum plan from $15 to $25..? I understand the corprate greed angle but don’t they still get enormous government support to ensure community service obligations?

  • PhilWSchmidt Phil Schmidt (@PhilWSchmidt) reported

@BarrySteeleNB @Telstra The catastrophe that was the Morrison govt (now deserting as I type - Tudge😩😡😩) has left the country a laughing stock, from NBN to AUKUS. It'll take years to fix, if it can be🤔😟

  • chrismac3500 Chris Mac (@chrismac3500) reported

For anyone wondering how we are saving $1K a year on our two mobiles, here are the figures. We bought 2x $200 WW 365day SIMs. Each telstra mobile cost $58/mth = $1,392/yr for both. WW use the telstra network, but only 3G/4G. We get 2x 180G on WW. 1/2

  • eevieenvy Eevie Envy ❤️‍🔥⛓ (@eevieenvy) reported

@KhioneVtuber WAIT KHIONE ARE U AUSSIE? telstra techs are the worst to deal with ugh hoping everything ends up working out!

  • PRL_Bugalo Buggles (@PRL_Bugalo) reported

Well done #telstra @Telstra …removing the $15 x small data plan so your cheapest service is $25 .. you truly are corprate scum .. long lost any sense of community.. don’t forget to pay a big bonus to the executive genius who came up with this great innovation 🤑

  • pcet2022 The Political Context Enforcement Team (@pcet2022) reported

@D_LittleproudMP David you had 9 years and did nothing about it. Your mob gutted the Universal Service Obligation the day you privatised Telecom into Telstra. Country people were promised by the Nats and Libs that they would be looked after and nothing would go wrong. What a joke. #auspol
