    Finally got connected to Telstra after the wait of 45 minutes and they are fixing the issue. Thanks. But Telstra App wasted a lot of my time, as they did not respond to any of my messages since 10pm last night

    @NBN_Australia I have and there is no way to contact them. 20 minutes on the phone now and send several messages via Telstra App. No one is responding. I could not believe Telstra will become so bad. Could you please kindly advise how can I speak to someone in Telstra.

    @FantaRising Telstra / Optus / Voda changed the way they do plans, now it’s just the outright phone price split over 12/24/36 months, and you pay for the phone plan separately - but you can move the phone plan bit up and down as you need data

    @simonahac @NBN_Australia @Telstra Take screenshots of your speeds. You’ll need them as proof when you end up with slower speeds..We ended up with 1/2 the speed overnight. They pushed more through.Never got back to our original 110kbps download, but ended up with 90 down/30 up, which is good result now we’re WFH

    @DDsD @Telstra I followed the link @Telstra gave you & received a credit, allegedly, although I’ll hold thanks till I actually see it. I suggest you try the same and ask for a credit commensurate with your current signal strength. Mine is at 1bar out of 4, so 25% strength should be a 75% credit

    Is there any way I can cancel my @Foxtel through @Telstra I ring the number only to find out that I can suspend my account but no way to cancel. Absolute bullshit. Allow us to cancel it online ffs.

    @RozChia Oh and had a 10am appt this morning which I couldn’t cancel bc the phone number for the store was not connected and no one in Telstra online or with the app could help

    @RozChia I don’t have a choice. Optus doesn’t service this street. They service the street behind us and the streets at either end of ours, but not this one. Was with Telstra 1987-2008* and moved bc they’re useless. Turns out Optus is too but had to come back to Telstra when we came here

    @NBN_Australia There is no planned outage in this area. The internet stopped working at 10pm last night and despite of sending several messages on Telstra App, no one has responded back. I m currently over the phone with Telstra for last 15 minutes and still in the waiting queue 😡

    Hi @Telstra. The signal strength has been week here at home, next door to the exchange and antennas for several weeks at least now. I see you replies to others about this but I have not received a reply to my enquiry. When did this outage begin?

    @DDsD @Telstra Nor sure why I didn’t rate as much of a reply as David, but saying there’s a “technical issue” is far too lightweight. What people want to know is why, really, why, and when it will return? This has been happening for several weeks at least.

    @Telstra the #telstrarewards system appears broken. Either doesn’t update with payments or when it does, it doesn’t add Gold bonus. 2 payments in June, no bonus applied. Other rewards programs are not this much trouble. Rewarding loyalty is not supposed frustrate your customers.
