    It’s taken 53minutes for a Telstra live chat representative to tell me that the fault is with my modem.... God I hope that’s the worst of it.

    @Kareeming_1 @murzo_4 Got this same **** a few months ago with a Foxtel Now overcharge. Got sick of the BS, logged an issue with the ombudsman and got refund within two weeks. It was like the Telstra operator was dealing with 10 calls at once

    We waited all day for @Telstra to call (like they said they would.....). But there was no phone call. C’mon guys - please get your act together and provide me with the service that I’m paying for. Kthanx.

    @Telstra_news @TelstraEnt @Telstra are usually pretty quick to contact you when you don’t pay for their service...but they’re pretty bloody slow when their service sucks and you make multiple requests for assistance. Cmon, it’s 2019 and a week w/out internet shouldn’t happen

    @dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

    @CaseyBriggs @mscott Wish i could watch the news and feel informed but @Telstra have had another drop out and so far 20 minutes on hold, it might be Monday before help. Why dont i work from home in COVID 19, 3 months of unexplained and unfixed dropouts

    @Telstra @fictillius Would think the international airport would be a hotspot for good coverage. Would hardly want people buying a Telstra sim and realising 5 minutes later the service is crap. Doesn’t seem good for business.

    @__negg No problem Neg!✨ This is Australia after all, First World living conditions with 3rd world internet!! (Don't get me started on the NBN!!🤬) I'm on Telstra these days.. $128p/m 😭😭 - but when NBN goes down it auto swaps to wireless 4G reception so atleast I still got net.✨💯✨

    @VodafoneAU Thanks foe the response as previously mentioned Telstra seems to be securing stock and fulfilling orders. Been a customer for almost 16yrs but looking at options. As previously advised I can cancel the plan given extended delays. How would I go about doing that

    Once again Telstra have excelled @andy_penn told we’d have NBN in July now November still can’t get it, ring and speak to someone in India that hasn’t got a clue, put on an expedite two weeks ago, still nothing, @Telstra is one of the worst Australian companies around and the CEO

    @Telstra how about this…complete multiple security checks only to be asked to complete them again. then a third time. answer a question only to be asked the same thing again is just wasting people’s time & adds further to why telstra gets such a bad rap

    @Telstra Oh so , so many things. I have many customers and any one of them that uses Telstra for anything means they are pulling their hair out in total dispair. Your problems are way too big to list and you cannot be unawair of that surely.

    @andy_penn ...2 am going around in circles rebooting modems, swapping handsets, spending hours on the phone to Telstra. Problem is somewhere out on street/near node. Not inside. No-one's listening. Shouldn't there be notes of how situation was rectified last time? COVID ... (2)
