Got sick of the BS, logged an issue with the ombudsman and got refund within two weeks. It was like the Telstra operator was dealing with 10 calls at once

Cmon, it’s 2019 and a week w/out internet shouldn’t happen

Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

Tish (@oztish) reported@Telstra To others reading this, I fixed my phone by turning aeroplane mode on, waiting 1 minute, turning it off. Voila, problem solved. Turning the phone off and on did nothing - hope this helps someone else
