    @Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

    We waited all day for @Telstra to call (like they said they would.....). But there was no phone call. C’mon guys - please get your act together and provide me with the service that I’m paying for. Kthanx.

    @Telstra_news @TelstraEnt @Telstra are usually pretty quick to contact you when you don’t pay for their service...but they’re pretty bloody slow when their service sucks and you make multiple requests for assistance. Cmon, it’s 2019 and a week w/out internet shouldn’t happen

    @CaseyBriggs @mscott Wish i could watch the news and feel informed but @Telstra have had another drop out and so far 20 minutes on hold, it might be Monday before help. Why dont i work from home in COVID 19, 3 months of unexplained and unfixed dropouts

    @dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

    It’s taken 53minutes for a Telstra live chat representative to tell me that the fault is with my modem.... God I hope that’s the worst of it.

    If anybody from @Telstra is working I am still awaiting a connection. So far I have been told it doesn’t work and will take several weeks to resolve, it has been resolved , it may work if I change my plan ,and the problem is being escalated to a TIO what ever that means

    Good news: Telstra is shipping my new phone today. Bad news: Telstra is shipping my new phone today, rather than having it in the store for me to collect, creating yet another unpredictable constraint on my plans for later this week.

    @PerrettReport Just ask them if they can identify that they are from Telstra by telling you what plan you are on. Then they will hang up.

    @PerrettReport Yep. Scam call. Clumsy wording like "Nbn from Telstra". With *any* unsolicited comms - phone, email, bank, whatever - use your own means to find contact info for the provider in question and call them back If there really is a problem then you'll get help. If no problem, u r safe

    @PerrettReport Yep. if not ‘Telstra’ then ‘Microsoft’ or the ‘Tax Department’. I usually say “What a coincidence, my husband works for Telstra/Microsoft/ATO. Hang on, I’ll get him”. They hang up immediately.

    Come on @Telstra - what’s the point of paying for a platinum service and still sitting on the phone for more than hour and then you’re supposed to ring me back - and it’s nearly another hour gone - and I’m still no closer to a resolution....I’ve got things to do, dammit!

    TELSTRA -organised an NBN for Mon 4/1,then ring to cancel and change to Fri 8/1 - now have a msg advising that the appt is Jan 18th - WTF is going on TELSTRA/NBN !!!!!

    @Telstra @arpasquill Shame Telstra never actually answers the customer service lines so customers can't even find out if something is a scam or not.
