Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

Cmon, it’s 2019 and a week w/out internet shouldn’t happen

Got sick of the BS, logged an issue with the ombudsman and got refund within two weeks. It was like the Telstra operator was dealing with 10 calls at once

Telstra just emailed me to say my mobile plan will be increasing by $5/mth, but my service won't improve. I'm unwillingly signed up to their "Rewards" - something built into the pricing. It was very very difficult. The same for the staff at my dads nursing home. When they ring I ask them to email me. They are all friendly and try to help
