    It’s taken 53minutes for a Telstra live chat representative to tell me that the fault is with my modem.... God I hope that’s the worst of it.

    @Telstra ? Service is still irregular & unreliable. Access to Internet is via mobile data & usually only if outside. No power so only way to charge phone is in car.

    @Telstra You never seem to delay Apple IOS updates! No other network is doing this, and you already support it preinstalled on the pixel 6. This android update has been in beta testing and developers preview for long enough.

    @Telstra  This is telstras outage tracker-' There are no confirmed interruptions in your area My whole towns had no reception since Thursday night its now Saturday. Telstra doesn't admit anything to anyone ever,same earlier this year, 3 weeks, said nothing about the tower work

    @Telstra After our trip to the Telstra store 50 k’s away we finally got it sorted. It would be nice to get some sort of acknowledgement of Telstra for The inconvenience and lost time trying to sort out a problem only defined it was caused by Telstra. Still looking for a case number
