Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

Because lying and cheating makes money in the sales industry.

The TIO case will only kick in after 21 days, if Telstra do not come up with an adequate solution, I.E refund all $6,500. This is where Telstra must try do the right thing before the TIO comes in. It's how I got refunds for **** internet.

I’ve got more case numbers than phones number .. it’s appalling ..
