@Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

  • Dannii_Taylor Dannii (@Dannii_Taylor) reported from Trafalgar, State of Victoria

It’s taken 53minutes for a Telstra live chat representative to tell me that the fault is with my modem.... God I hope that’s the worst of it.

  • Dannii_Taylor Dannii (@Dannii_Taylor) reported from Trafalgar, State of Victoria

@dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

  • Dannii_Taylor Dannii (@Dannii_Taylor) reported from Trafalgar, State of Victoria

@dilemski @Telstra @Optus Actually make that 5 days. It’s been five loooooong days waiting for resolution.

  • Dannii_Taylor Dannii (@Dannii_Taylor) reported from Trafalgar, State of Victoria

@Telstra_news @TelstraEnt @Telstra are usually pretty quick to contact you when you don’t pay for their service...but they’re pretty bloody slow when their service sucks and you make multiple requests for assistance. Cmon, it’s 2019 and a week w/out internet shouldn’t happen

  • jolynettecanham joanne canham (@jolynettecanham) reported

@Telstra had a random email saying that my email address has requested to change, only problem is I’d never even heard of you until that email lol. Obviously a scam

  • paul_seno4 Paul Seno (@paul_seno4) reported

@RobbieBarwick Like Australia got sucked in to panic buy with over a billion $$ tax payers money the decrepit Digical pacific telco because Dutch owner hinted China may be interested. Now Telstra is stuck with this ageing service that needs billions to upgrade to keep it up to date.

  • LJPatton Laurie Patton is The Lucky General (@LJPatton) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra @andy_penn So, the best option is to be persistent. Finally found someone willing to help. Ten minutes later the problem was sorted. But that didn’t get me back the hours I’ve spent talking to Indian call centres.

  • Rawalak_Farms Michael Hughes (@Rawalak_Farms) reported

@DavidSandow1 They've been waiting for companies to do this so they can just focus on the dense populated areas. I can see a time where Telstra don't service regional areas.....

Well, @Telstra and @NBN_Australia still with outrageously poor service. 5+ weeks for a simple NBN service move for our business. Hotspot and 4G only for weeks in a low signal area.

  • newcastleboyy Fearless Friend (@newcastleboyy) reported

@Telstra You could help my Twitter friend. That would be good. He’s very upset with Telstra’s customer service, and it has assured me I’ve done the right thing by avoiding everything Telstra after all these years

  • newcastleboyy Fearless Friend (@newcastleboyy) reported

@thegrumpypoof @Telstra Pete, when I had problems with my iPhone X in 2018, Optus retail were absolutely hopeless and told me a pack of lies. I took it to the manufacturer at the Apple store at Charlestown & they couldn’t have been more helpful. They replaced the phone with a like-new model

  • thegrumpypoof Pete 🏳️‍🌈#VoteYes (@thegrumpypoof) reported

I love Telstra’s ‘customer service’. They tell you to reach out on here (LOL), only to be referred back to filling in forms, using 24/7 chat or calling in by phone. Absolutely ******* useless!

  • thegrumpypoof Pete 🏳️‍🌈#VoteYes (@thegrumpypoof) reported

Can always rely on Telstra to **** up your day.
