@Telstra_news @TelstraEnt @Telstra are usually pretty quick to contact you when you don’t pay for their service...but they’re pretty bloody slow when their service sucks and you make multiple requests for assistance. Cmon, it’s 2019 and a week w/out internet shouldn’t happen

It’s taken 53minutes for a Telstra live chat representative to tell me that the fault is with my modem.... God I hope that’s the worst of it.

We waited all day for @Telstra to call (like they said they would.....). But there was no phone call. C’mon guys - please get your act together and provide me with the service that I’m paying for. Kthanx.

@Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

@dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

Experienced new lows in customer service. @telstra wrong on so many levels. Even to the point of contradiction of themselves. Hard to resolve things with a service team calling from a SE Asian call center that sounds like a crèche. #disrespectearnsdisrespect #dontdealwithtelstra

@melissahoyer @Telstra Tweet their CEO. He got his assistant to help me when my 90 y.o. mum didn't have enough up to date ID to get a KISA phone. The process was ridiculous but then common sense stepped in.

@BroHilderchump @zerogeewhiz I have a wardrobe full of Telstra routers, it's the fix all solution to the problem instead of sending out a technician. The current Router does have 4G backup but when the NBN drops out it takes a few minutes to switch to 4G and it's annoying if watching a show online.

@Telstra I login and click: “manage your account settings in your profile here” ... it does nothing, it just goes back to the same page. WTF! Now I’m waiting for a reply to my message ... 58 minutes, nothing achieved. I just want to activate my personal hotspot! FFS!

Currently sitting through a phone scam claiming to be from Telstra whereby the level one scammer talks you into the AppStore on your phone, then hands you to the level two scammer who helps you install TeamViewer QuickSupport. Not bad guys. Malicious caller 02 9323 4588

@Kentessential @MelanieTait Boost is on 3G & 4G Telstra network which is fine if you have older phone like iPhone6 which can't use 5G

@MelanieTait I pay $99 for a full year with Aldi Mobile, but not much data on that one. Have a squiz at Boost Mobile, on their 12-month plans. $300 for 12 months, 240GB data for the year. Both use the Telstra network.

@Telstra I ha e been trying to get this sorted for a few days and am SICK TO DEATH of the crap customer service provided. I have requested multiple calls now and want to get to the bottom of this right now!!!
