    It’s taken 53minutes for a Telstra live chat representative to tell me that the fault is with my modem.... God I hope that’s the worst of it.

    @Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

    @FinancialReview What is Andy Penn doing about getting staff to vaccinated to reenter the workplace? Or is @Telstra hiding behind the BCA logo? We will never get there if the largest employers don’t actively promote & require vaccination - in the best interests of safer employees & workplace

    @Telstra I just don’t understand why you do a credit check to pay less money not more money! So how is paying you less More financial stress than paying you for a higher plan? Do you perform a credit check when I cancel my plan?
