    @CaseyBriggs @mscott Wish i could watch the news and feel informed but @Telstra have had another drop out and so far 20 minutes on hold, it might be Monday before help. Why dont i work from home in COVID 19, 3 months of unexplained and unfixed dropouts

    @dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

    We waited all day for @Telstra to call (like they said they would.....). But there was no phone call. C’mon guys - please get your act together and provide me with the service that I’m paying for. Kthanx.

    @Telstra_news @TelstraEnt @Telstra are usually pretty quick to contact you when you don’t pay for their service...but they’re pretty bloody slow when their service sucks and you make multiple requests for assistance. Cmon, it’s 2019 and a week w/out internet shouldn’t happen

    It’s taken 53minutes for a Telstra live chat representative to tell me that the fault is with my modem.... God I hope that’s the worst of it.

    @Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

    I am pretty surprised that @Telstra 5G network coverage is so much better than @Optus 5G coverage. It feels like Optus has given up as their 5G coverage barely seems to be increasing...

    @Telstra I took up jbhifi $99 plan and no one mentioned that international calls are not included. I'm getting charged ridiculous amount to call India. My family is there and need to fix this asap. Can you please look into it. #telstra

    Crazy storm in Beechworth. Lightning took out the transformer & now all the houses & some businesses (motels) on our street have mobile only internet. Not helped by poor mobile coverage in the area. @Telstra kindly notified us that they will have a technician out on JUNE 4.

    @Telstra Our Nbn connection has been down since 11:40 ish am - the HFC NTD has been unable to establish a connection, and we're located in Leichhardt, like other users who have been reporting a problem.

    @Telstra It sounds like the Telstra ticket was closed for some reason, so NBN were "unable to raise the workorder to have your lead in re-installed as you have an active service still “connected” with your service provider". What's the correct process here?

    @Telstra I was not given details, merely promised a call back would happen as I had requested. Previous case managers have not fixed the problem. Incorrect bills and late fee charges for over 3 months now.

    Widespread @NBN outage across Sydney’s inner west including most of Leichhardt and Annandale. Very little info getting out but suspected to be “unplanned”. Maybe NBN and providers including @Telstra could update their outage sites.

    @Telstra It has switched over but the mobile backup connection is almost unusably slow - about 1Mbps download.

    @Telstra Hi Laura, yes NBN are aware. @NBN_Australia informed me today that I need to get "your service provider to raise a “service restoration” ticket to have the lead in cable + riser re-installed". But I've had a ticket with Telstra since the day of damage (INC13664113).
