    @Telstra_news @TelstraEnt @Telstra are usually pretty quick to contact you when you don’t pay for their service...but they’re pretty bloody slow when their service sucks and you make multiple requests for assistance. Cmon, it’s 2019 and a week w/out internet shouldn’t happen

    @Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

    @dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

    It’s taken 53minutes for a Telstra live chat representative to tell me that the fault is with my modem.... God I hope that’s the worst of it.

    That having been said, if you literally must use a service or will not be able to engage with basic functions and structures or society on a basic level, it should be free, so Optus, Telstra, and the rest of them should be nationalised

    Ron is an ex work mate & Aboriginal. We met at Telstra - he was in Govt Relations working on Indigenous comms. He later worked at World Vision on Indigenous Programs. Re Australia Day: "those banging on about the date don't care about the real Indigenous issues in the outback".

    @Telstra Hello friends. I've had an eSim provisioning request in for...six days now that is stuck somewhere in your systems. Nobody has been able to give advice beyond "please wait an additional 24-48 hours". Can you help me?

    @BlaueSeelentore @Telstra So frustrating! I just upgraded a modem two weeks ago thinking that was the trouble. Nope. Twice the cost of the old modem yet same result - poor internet. We had excellent service before they started mucking around with it in September.

    @Telstra I recharged my pre paid iPhone yesterday morning, and still that credit has not been applied to my account, normally recharge instantly, can’t use my phone for two days to run my business, 5 calls 2 Telstra all saying we will fix it…..nothing. Need help please

    My Telstra smart modem gen 2 Is showing no light on the front and the mobile signal light on the back is alternating between yellow and red ??
