Hi @Telstra Smart Modem Gen 2 is still indicating 4G failover since yesterday in 3850 but 4G speeds seem to be much faster than the usual 6/1Mbps. Is this a known outage? It’s not on the outages page. Thanks

@Matt_Tulk @Telstra I've been on post-paid for years. I've generally been willing to pay a premium for their network coverage, which has been a boon for my work. Lately though, coverage is patchy at home (we moved ~15 months ago), and I was forced onto this AutoPay garbage...

@Telstra It's ok, I'm on with the script reading chat help line. They are finally running a line test. Thanks

  • manaz_d Robert Hudson (@manaz_d) reported

@Matt_Tulk @Telstra Telstra were not wholesaling parts of their network to resellers, though I believe that changed recently...

  • willl81 Wil (@willl81) reported

.@Telstra need to get act together. Sends me email 2 months ago to tell me that they are enforcing changes on me. And when I call to update and cancel I'm told I need to call back 2 more times for packages to update before I can cancel? #facepalm

  • Jeffontherange ♿Federal ICAC Now. Free West Papua (@Jeffontherange) reported

It's pathetic that I can't phone #telstra to sort a problem out. Half an hour dealing with a bot. Infuriating

  • MicahLambert Lambeaux 📷 (@MicahLambert) reported

@Telstra Our eftpos terminals are 3G, and my phone 4G, both bad. But other people with 5G not as bad

  • _salter70 Salty (@_salter70) reported

@Telstra doing it that way it wants another layer of security that’s after entering ID and password, the problem with that is I’m not home atm and that layer wants to send code to the other phone and email, seems to be more difficulties these day for such a simple request or procedure
