@Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

@dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

It’s taken 53minutes for a Telstra live chat representative to tell me that the fault is with my modem.... God I hope that’s the worst of it.

@Telstra Jo, it’s been over 60 hours since it was activated. I have spoken with the live chat team three separate times and they continually do not solve the problem and try the same thing that the previous agent tried. Can you help or do I need to escalate my case to upper management?

If you thought Telstra couldn't be any more dismissive of its customers, check out this response: "Our phone options are limited at this time. Can you tell me what happened when you chatted with them?" No the auto-support was useless, I need a phone number!

@Telstra Hi, could someone please provide an update of when the current Internet outage in Kenmore 4069 might be fixed? It has been saying 6pm since 9am this morning - It wasn’t a planned outage so this seems a little crazy.

To this day, as soon as I hear Chopin's Op.34 No.2, I think of holding on Telstra's call waiting system 20 years ago. All about saving 16¢ Gen Z etc will never understand how this has ruined it for me

@Telstra So after an hour and a half the operator hung up in my ear when I asked how I could make a complaint. Before he hung up on me he assured me the issue had been fixed. Surprise surprise it s hasn’t been! What a joke

@Telstra It’s not possible as I’ve been in multiple cities and states during this time period. Also, my mobile phone on the same network has been working without any issues
