    @dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

    @Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

    @Telstra_news @TelstraEnt @Telstra are usually pretty quick to contact you when you don’t pay for their service...but they’re pretty bloody slow when their service sucks and you make multiple requests for assistance. Cmon, it’s 2019 and a week w/out internet shouldn’t happen

    We waited all day for @Telstra to call (like they said they would.....). But there was no phone call. C’mon guys - please get your act together and provide me with the service that I’m paying for. Kthanx.

    @CaseyBriggs @mscott Wish i could watch the news and feel informed but @Telstra have had another drop out and so far 20 minutes on hold, it might be Monday before help. Why dont i work from home in COVID 19, 3 months of unexplained and unfixed dropouts

    @Kareeming_1 @murzo_4 Got this same **** a few months ago with a Foxtel Now overcharge. Got sick of the BS, logged an issue with the ombudsman and got refund within two weeks. It was like the Telstra operator was dealing with 10 calls at once

    It’s taken 53minutes for a Telstra live chat representative to tell me that the fault is with my modem.... God I hope that’s the worst of it.

    @Omnicentrist I did that when I brought this phone. But having this ridiculous problem Recharging either via My Telstra App or online on Laptop. Cannot Type anything in any fields that the Telstra Webpages pop up via their My Telstra App on Phone. Nobody seems to know what the sudden glitch is

    @beverleywang Agree 100% It's like that hornswoggle crap 'Mum and Dad investors'. WTF. There are lots of mums and dads, but precious few of them have the readies to invest in Telstra, or anything other than food on the table. Investors are investors (or landlords) end of.

    @Telstra @Telstra Messaged and been on the phone just now, zero information provided about the issue and now there is no timeframe for a resolution. Never had this issue with @TPG_Telecom, and their Support Team were always helpful. What can I do now?

    @Telstra Advised I'd receive "a callback as soon as possible". Was told the same thing last Tuesday and haven't received a single call yet, so not a lot of faith here at all. Is this normal practice, 6 days for an update while not receiving any internet service at all?

    Hey @Telstra great to see your processes working well. Now spent over 10 hours on the phone trying to sort out a direct debit issue and still not resolved. A problem created by @Telstra maybe @Optus could be better?

    @Telstra Like more than one of your staff have completely given up on trying to make sense of the case or get a case manager to call me and have instead suggested having the ombudsman step in. That’s pretty bad, even for Telstra.

    @Telstra Update from the next week- chat/phone didn’t help, went to a store. Queued for 90 minutes, @Telstra worker goes “What the hell? How can we stuff up so many times on one case?? Ugh. Hey, have you heard of the T.I.O.? Cool. DEFINITELY get them onto this”. Confidence inspiring.
