Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

Got sick of the BS, logged an issue with the ombudsman and got refund within two weeks. It was like the Telstra operator was dealing with 10 calls at once

Telstra would have been a big slow behemoth that got pants’d by Optus and Vodafone. Our gas wouldn’t have been developed - it took 15 years from sale to production. Will G (@willgotsis) reported@Gatty54 Worst part was, we called Telstra the next day to say it was fraudulent as payment pending, long story they said we’ll stop it, no they didn’t, 3 days later payment cleared. Others were good and cancelled. In the end we got all our money back, but what a pain in the arse.
