Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

Got sick of the BS, logged an issue with the ombudsman and got refund within two weeks. It was like the Telstra operator was dealing with 10 calls at once

Speaking as an Aussie who's regional and driving 15 minutes any direction from my town has the service drop out, I love my Starlink. People in my town love Starlink. I hate Telstra. Everything else has been shut down, saving around $400 a month. Added starlink (home & mini) for less than $200/month, so after 6 months all the hardware is paid for as well. No regrets, it's v good!
