    @Telstra Been around that loop multiple times: nothing happens. The fact that a technician was able to contact me within 2 days to fix a fault, but was unable to do so because of Telstra’s policy (no technical reason) proves that the problem here is purely your administrative processes.

    @Telstra Duri the outage I rang Telstra twice. Received conflicting advice from operators. I filed a complaint and received an unsatisfactory offensive and intimidating reply that appeared to be cobbled together. Unprofessional I also tweeted here. Lost time and business.Very poor show.

    @Telstra From the very beginning 23/1 the outage reports followed a pattern. Fixed within 12 hours, then changed to within 2 days. 5am this morning it was 12 hours. 6am it had gone to within 2 days again. I checked every hr today said 2 DAYS. At 12pm Voila! Net restored!

    @Telstra @Telstra has all the info it needs to resolve the issues and email me as to the progress. There is no reason I should spend on second more on the phone. That is what really working to resolve issues requires: not shoveling costs (time) over to the customer.

    @Telstra Hi Shelley none of the computers in the house have that connector, we also have the option to go over to 4G with the modem but even that is still to slow so I’m using my portable modem and phone data instead as that’s more reliable

    @Telstra Had email contact about modem issue, which is not the problem, replied back (several times) but have not had any return contact. Still waiting for estimated connection date for lead in, and why I have been invoice for a phone service which Telstra knows cannot be provided.

    @PerrettReport Janine our NBN experience was 6wks to connect, then constant outages and speed averaging 0.2 to 10MB for over a year. Telstra sold us a 100Mb plan and could never deliver. 13 mths later we still only average 30Mb and the NBN is our largest infrastructure project #auspol #WApol

    @Telstra_EntGovt I have already done this and it works out that I only pay $25 per month for unlimited NBN data.I bundled my home phone Foxtel and Internet together and it probably saves me $60 a month,by just bundling these 3 together.I might add I had a few teething problems,Telstra were Stars.

    @telstra. ADSL down SE QLD since Friday. Your outage page is no better than your internet service. At various times ETA to service restoration has ranged from 4 hours to 1 hour to no ETA then, increments OF ENTIRE DAYS AT A TIME. Left with no service and no coherent sane support
