@MeckeringBoy One of #Abbott #Turnbull's monumental stuff-ups. They should be personally held liable for #NBN disaster. Any #Telstra technician could have told them (& probably did) a lot of the copper was stuffed & no-one to fix it. #Lnp wreckers. #FibreToNodeFraud @TaodeHaas @billshortenmp

@Telstra No they couldn't tell me why it was cancelled and I have no interest in placing another order This is just the latest in a line of failures to provide service or support. I've been a Telstra customer since I was 12 and I'm sick of dealing with this incompetence

@Telstra your customer service chat is beyond ridiculous. 3 hours and transferred 15 times and not one person can help me with interim data compensation for a new faulty modem.

@ahuijsen @Telstra I swear if I have one more person say "I understand your frustration". No. That is a horrible technique, it just makes it worse

@Telstra Hi Tim. 1/ The team advised (after 4 days of bouncing between different departments) that the problem would be solved in another 24-48 hours but they didn’t want to “set unreasonably high expectations” and would “be in touch”...

The gentleman suggested Complaints. So I asked to be put through. But Complaints is not open on the weekend. I asked if there was anyone in the whole organisation who could help me. He said no. I thanked him for clarifying why we are leaving @Telstra

It’s ridiculous that a company like #Telstra does what it likes with the users and there is no entity that regulate them, Telstra charges its fees in #Australia but operates from overseas with people who don’t care about the service and doesn’t even know what they are talking ab.

@Telstra 3/ Tim, these actions by @Telstra management in trying to reduce costs have rendered your business incapable of efficiently dealing with even basic customer service or technical queries. Your attempts to innovate using “automation” are of little consequence.

@buerckner_robyn @DrJewmelon @KondininGroup No just on the Telstra network - but the antenna test results we gathered should be identical. Will check with Powertec as to an ETA on the Optus GO unit.

@Telstra why not text a customer to say you about to call them. Not leave a text after you called as you did today. I ignored it 02 8291 0000 as it was out of business hours AEST. As I get constantly get scam calls

@amaracampbell @Telstra @acccgovau @Telstra have a process that foists all the costs onto the customer. I’ve spent hours on the phone waiting whilst they frig around doing nothing of any substance. They keep you on the phone for no reason.

@Telstra 2/ Tim, your business has systematically gone about dismantling any intelligent and capable customer support/service capability over the past 10+ years so my beef isn’t with the poor souls in your call centers who scroll through scripts to try and resolve issues...

@Optus congratulations, I thought @Telstra was bad at customer service, but your sales team takes the cake. One week on and I still can’t get 2 phones and 2 ported numbers without every step being screwed up

@simonahac I seem to remember some people saying the same things about GSM when I was @Telstra. Keep the old AMPS (analog) network, people would say. Now Telstra is rolling out 5g. TI #BackToTheFuture

So now @Telstra has cut off the landline, without being asked. So so can’t port the number to iiNet. So I call Telstra. But it’s a business number, and the business team don’t work on weekends. So I ask to speak to someone ANYONE who can help.

@Telstra just wondering if anyone can actually look into mobile reception around Canberra airport. Almost 2 weeks of virtually no reception. Customer support told me that the planes are blocking all the signal.

@Telstra We need to be told what is happening. It’s news to technicians working at the local exchange that there’s been a fire. It’s now been over a week; neighbours now have services restored, but not my relatives. This has become farcical and perhaps indicative of @Telstra customer care

-
Ranjith

@Telstra It’s not the best outcome for a @Telstra customer, the console you sent has failed so quickly and now I’ve to deal with Microsoft for repair while you keep charging me on a monthly basis, so much for a quality customer experience.

on the Telstra app, the person taking my call has been trying to escalate the call for two hours - I'm still on hold. @NBN_Australia couldn't help me because they don't have a fault service because the request has to be made by the retailer (Telstra in my case)...
