@telstra Your message help is the the worst. Family has 3 phones with mobile speeds of <1 Mbps and they are trying to say the issue is at my end. It is a network issue in Elwood 3184.

  • sklamb2 Susan Lamb (@sklamb2) reported

@Telstra Yes, I have been having broader connectivity issues. That is why I was trying to use Telstra’s troubleshooting facility, which requires you to create an ID. That process failed to send the verification email, so I couldn’t troubleshoot. Then both support numbers hung up on me.

@noplaceforsheep @Hirst2Hirst Last time I went to a Telstra shop - many years ago - I was really annoyed about something or other and ranted on. Mid-rant I thought, **** I'm with Optus, announced "I've had enough of this" and walked out. Didn't admit I'd been having a go at the wrong company.

@Telstra why is it so hard to to talk to someone on the phone??? The stupid automated voice crap I've had to go through 3 times just to be told "follow the link to our website" before being cut off has me in tears! I've paid my bill twice. I need a refund. Who do I talk to???

  • daveando Dave Anderson (@daveando) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra Hi. No they haven’t figured it out.I’ve sent them your lead in support page. I keep getting different agents and I keep asking them to read the history. It’s a simple and clearly directed request but it’s circle work since 8pm last night. I have a support ID if I can DM?

  • libbymcd66 Libby (@libbymcd66) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra could learn a thing or two about customer service from @AussieBroadband

  • GeckoIce IceGecko (@GeckoIce) reported

@Telstra Official worst tweet of all time.

  • RayWhitehead Grumpy old sewer rat 🐀 (@RayWhitehead) reported

@Telstra I find it concerning that Telstra seems to have got rid of Aussie call centers. Had a complaint and they sent it offshore to the Phillippines.

  • Jubbsy24 Jubbsy (@Jubbsy24) reported

@andy_penn it’s been over 7 days from the point at which my Telstra case manager promised to call back after a already protracted fortnight of being ignored and shuffled around. As CEO, can you let this long term customer know the secret to actually getting a reply?
