@rubin_angela Dealing with Telstra to solve a problem makes Orwell's Room 101 read like a teddy bear's picnic. It appears to be deliberately engineered to annoy the clackers out of it's customers. A once great public service organisation (Telecom) is now just another psychopathic corporation.

  • Leonine111 Lionel Bopage (@Leonine111) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@chrismurphys @Telstra It is rather an issue of the broadband system Malcolm Turnbull and the followers ruined.

@rubin_angela Call the Telecommunications Ombudsman or go on their website, then call Telstra and tell them you’ve called the TIO. They’ll fix the problem instantly.

@Qldstew @Telstra Mate I work in Emergency I’ve seen people come in with chest pain after dealing with Telstra! And that’s no bullshit!

@chrismurphys @Telstra I have used iprimus twice now and have rarely had issues.

  • politico_pup Fire of democracy still burns (@politico_pup) reported

@chrismurphys @Telstra The telecommunications ombudsman. When I have problems, my telco gets one chance to fix it and then straight to Mr O. The telco is then on a clock to resolve it and gets escalating fines if they don’t. Suddenly, they can’t be more helpful!

@J0NSEY_ @AusGirlGunner I didn’t have internet all yesterday because Telstra and Optus were down in my area

@chrismurphys @Telstra Have used Internode since from soon after they started and have had very few issues with them.

Why is it so hard for your business to resolve simple problems? Do you want all of your customer base gone this messaging app is seriously inducing mental rage. I cannot believe how pathetic your support has become. #Mentalhealth @Telstra
