@Telstra is useless. New customer was meant to have static IP, didn’t have it spent 2.5 hours on “chat” for tech support to go home and fix nothing! AussieBB and Superloop take 5 minutes to sort this BS! Massive 0/10 for Tech Support. 2.5H by my rates $362.50. 4 months Free?

@Telstra how in this day and age can there not even be enough service on the NATIONAL HIGHWAY between grafton and coffs harbour for a phone call without it dropping out? And forget about even 3G half the time... #telstranoservice
