@echenze Telstra runs the monthly subscription service model. Implementating RCS should be more interesting watch for per message/per minute costing model like Safaricom.

@actualfredsmith @deemadigan It is Telstra's fault. Telstra forced me off stable Broadband on to the NBN with it's unreliable service. I hate the NBN.

@Telstra It’s 4G is in camp which is great as most mobile usage is there. On site it drops to 3G regularly but the service is reasonably good. Some poor areas but you can make calls confident in the reception.

@bantambaby @Telstra Hi Suzie. Login to the modem by opening a browser, type in the address 10.0.0.138. Click on advanced settings. Depending on the modem (mine is a Speedtouch) there should be reboot or restart function. If all that is too hard, switch off PowerPoint. Then turn back on. TI

@Telstra come on, your billing department needs a shake up. I shouldn’t have to keep calling up to inform you that you have over charged again. Brilliant service in-store though.

  • culinarytrip Julie Carter (@culinarytrip) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@Telstra so fed up. I have spent hours on the phone & yr chat service querying bills over last 2 months. Last straw. You did not direct debit my last bill due to your technical glitch. U had no idea why. Now I have been charged another late fee by Meg Bonighton.

Telstra Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • jimmymalecki 🔥💧🌈jimmymalecki (@jimmymalecki) reported

@PRIME7NthCoast .@Telstra really needs to stop using offshore call centres. The language barrier is a problem and telephones are an essential service. I've had 10 years of problems with communications by Telstra and unfortunately, there's no alternative service provider where I live.

  • 4skinrestored Blank (@4skinrestored) reported

Most of the work in solving a problem is in traversing the Labyrinth of middle men and saying the right magic words.I'll give a story because it's comfy in that Mencius Moldbug thread kinda way. I drove into a Telstra shop to get my number changed for a phone I bought days before

  • NickPfitzner The Pfi(t)z(n)er Vaccine (@NickPfitzner) reported

@mickskehan Woolworths mobile operate on Telstra network apparently. So the wife can move from $55/40GB plan to $25/18GB plan 🤔

  • Rebecca06548170 Rebecca Brennan (@Rebecca06548170) reported

For the last 3 days, my telstra mobile data is either very slow or non existent. I have tried turning the phone off and on, it's not my phone. A colleague at work is having the same difficulties. Please can you help??? @telstra @networkoutage

  • RebeccaLCaygill Rebecca L. Caygill (@RebeccaLCaygill) reported

@Telstra why is it so hard to to talk to someone on the phone??? The stupid automated voice crap I've had to go through 3 times just to be told "follow the link to our website" before being cut off has me in tears! I've paid my bill twice. I need a refund. Who do I talk to???

  • Eucalyptus_nuts Nepanthes (@Eucalyptus_nuts) reported

Anyone else had their PC’s crash to a ‘WATCHDOG VIOLATION’ blue screen of death over the past couple of months? It’s to do with a firmware update pushed out to Telstra Smart Modems causing a software conflict with Windows 10. Fix is in comments #Telstra #BSOD #WATCHDOGVIOLATION

  • Joycon_Jay Jaycan (@Joycon_Jay) reported

Fuuuuck me Telstra is cool AS ****

  • johnsy123aus stephen (@johnsy123aus) reported

I can’t believe that the coalition is saying that Telstra needs to pick up their game, hang on for a minute it was them that sold Telstra so they have no control any more

  • micksickles Michael Cleef (@micksickles) reported

@Telstra It would be appreciated if you could take note of my concerns and raise them with the relevant people rather than having to fill out a form every time my service drops out. This is what I meant about zero customer service. It's practically self serve with Telstra nowadays.

  • micksickles Michael Cleef (@micksickles) reported

@Telstra Originally I thought it was local to my home region, but today I have been from home to Frankston and then Lilydale/Crawford (Victoria) and mobile reception for me and others traveling with me has been woeful. If it's multiple users, it's not device. Has to be your network.
