@Telstra so fed up. I have spent hours on the phone & yr chat service querying bills over last 2 months. Last straw. You did not direct debit my last bill due to your technical glitch. U had no idea why. Now I have been charged another late fee by Meg Bonighton.

@bcurrall80 I know @Telstra gets a bad rap, but I recently jumped from iiNet. Same plan but for extra $10/month get a 4G SIM modem incase NBN goes down. Handy for alarm/cameras etc

@Telstra come on, your billing department needs a shake up. I shouldn’t have to keep calling up to inform you that you have over charged again. Brilliant service in-store though.

@Telstra It’s 4G is in camp which is great as most mobile usage is there. On site it drops to 3G regularly but the service is reasonably good. Some poor areas but you can make calls confident in the reception.

@bantambaby @Telstra Hi Suzie. Login to the modem by opening a browser, type in the address 10.0.0.138. Click on advanced settings. Depending on the modem (mine is a Speedtouch) there should be reboot or restart function. If all that is too hard, switch off PowerPoint. Then turn back on. TI

@RoadknightThe I feel your pain. Can I ask who you spoke to? I’m in a circle of hell with Telstra’s online ‘help’ desk. Every time I try to find out info on our constant dropouts and lack of 4G service (over years now) I get a new person who says ‘can you try turning off your modem’.

@Telstra Our estate has had no internet for 50 plus days out of the last 150, minimal 4G coverage and yet 7km either side they have full NBN, Great 4G coverage. Telstra's answer "service will be back on 7pm this Friday". This outage - day 22 no internet, no updates!

@Telstra 1st outage in Jan 10 days, 2nd in Mar 19d days, now this one started on the 11th May. I have asked repeatedly for someone from Telstra in Australia to call me about it, but we get called from overseas who can only say :it will be this Friday 7pm" which it never is.
