    3 countries in two weeks using a dual Sim phone, Cambodian, Singapore, Malaysian service no problem swapping cards in and out. #Telstra won't register on the networks can't get SMS despite paying for it!!! Australian's need to wake up the place is buggered SFA works

    @Telstra When we were on ADSL2+ for those few weeks after the technican manually swapped our port in the exchange to ADSL we did not have these issues, however when Telstra forcefully reverted us and stated that ,,ADSL2+ is not available in our area at this time'' multiple times (2/3)

    @Telstra As I have repeatedly said, neither website or the app work. Never mind, you have just lost a customer as it really shouldn’t this difficult

    @Telstra Thanks Dan, still down this morning but I am on backup and Telstra has texted to say that they are adding additional data to the backup whilst they work on NBN. So Telstra are aware of the issue now which is good news.

    @BMcSport @Telstra :( am the same as you, our usage is low but essential, common sense logic and loyalty was shown. Now I get forced onto plans that are let me make unlimited calls that I never make and get extra data I don’t need for double the price, so stupid. Good luck mate

    @Telstra It’s not localised to me Phil and @Telstra - it’s a community wide issue experienced here and in a number of other regional centres which is due to inadequate and undersized infrastructure

    My @NBN_Australia connection has had issues for nearly a month now; after 10+ @Telstra support calls, 4 24hr monitors, 2 modems, 2 modem resets, 1 nbn box reset, and a box->wall cable swap, with other troubleshooting steps I am lost. I don't know how to proceed. What do I do now?
