@brettk351 @noplaceforsheep Don't think that would help. Telstra would love that. Australia only has a handful of companies that OWN & maintain telecommunications infrastructure hardware. Most telecom companies are RESELLERS using their infrastructure hardware.

@Gergyl Not just Optus have weak ICT. Consulting to @Telstra and their eCom LOLO was poorly performing. Wanted server upgrade, but I blamed code. Team uncoop, so logged into Oracle to pull stats (guessed admin pswd: "changeoninstall"). Cache miniscule, no stmt reuse. Took a year to fix.

My birthday wish is for other telcos to start throwing shade at Optus Given how much I'm overcharged as a Telstra customer I feel that they can give me at least ONE tweet poking some fun.

@Telstra @Optus Do you know that Iran has blocked Internet, restricting Iranians outside the country to communicate with their family? What we Iranian need is to have access to free calls to Iran untill our comms issue is resolved. #MahsaAmini #مهساامینی

@Telstra They wanted proof of all my payments which I said was ridiculous as he could see my bills were all automatically direct debited all on my Telstra account. Already spent over 40 minutes on the phone for an issue that wasn’t mine to begin with

@GavinWakeupint1 @WendyKeech1 The people in the telstra shop were probably there to complain about appalling service

@GavinWakeupint1 @MSMWatchdog2013 They're all in the telstra store because telstra's customer service is disgraceful over the phone and online.
