    @Telstra your company and your service is an absolute joke. A one week outage that was meant to end yesterday has been extended another week. The mobile signal is also affected so we have absolutely nothing.

    How are all these people working from home doing their job without the internet for two whole weeks? How is Telstra going to compensate for terrible service? The customer service people can’t tell me, that’s for sure.

    @TelstraEnt I connected to new nbn box etc on their instructions & lost my network & emails etc cos it didn't work. Now having to wait without comuications for over 2 weeks waiting for technician. Pissed off with Telstra.

    @HazRobert As with privatized Telstra corporatised Auspost is 3 units with what it does -85% time- separated from the 15% that makes 70% profit ie parcels AND the actual managers never bothering with transactional matters in EITHER UNLESS govt forces them to
