    @ZonedTortoise WiFi won't be provided when the Mariyung fleet enters service, but hopefully it can be offered in the future. For general 3G/4G/5G coverage issues, you should leave this feedback with your provider (Optus, Telstra or Vodafone) for them to use for future works.

    @Telstra when your "system" creates a problem for a business customer, not being able to get it fixed on a weekend by your billing team is archaic. Small businesses are 7 days a week so maybe you should catch up with that

    @TheGalox_ Vodafone were crap to deal with and we were getting horrible internet (why myself and my family switched). Optus has been ok, we’ve had some problems with them but a better experience than Vodafone. The only other major carrier in Australia is Telstra but they’re quite expensive

    @Telstra @KazzaKaye Please be honest and stop downplaying the issue as intermittent. It's been a permanent issue for nearly a week. I know my email app works but there is still a problem for users when an email is mistakingly sent straight to junk so your email app never gets it.

    @Telstra Shannon, have been receiving the same meaningless and useless reply from Tori, Anna, and so on from the chatbots for the last fortnight! Why is relatively simple server issue unable to be resolved by the premier communications service provider of the nation @Telstra

    @Telstra No outages reported. I have been here on holiday on @RottnestIsland for a few days and everyone I speak to says the mobile service is terrible here at the moment. Are there network capacity issues here? Wasn’t this bad last year.

    I am totally surprised by the inability to resolve or publish the status of the bigpond email server issue by @Telstra . It has been weeks! I have lost count; the small businesses are suffering and they continue to say - sorry we are on to it!!! Absolute disgrace @Telstra

    @Telstra my mobile and internet performance currently on the mornington peninsula is very slow, why is this, it is too slow to do any real work, very poor service.
