@Telstra The Telstra resolution was: wait to see what appears in your next bill.....not good enough. I thought your fraud section would have access to current call logs to check these things.

@KathrynHeyman @Telstra I think particularly in Victoria, everyone was just home with their terrible internet so they were calling & getting no response. I know optus had an automated message for months just saying "we're too busy, try again"!!!

hi @Telstra I have been on the phone to you today for over 4 hours. Why a telco can't provide basic services is beyond me. Your services are utterly impenetrable to an average consumer. it's equal parts deflating and infuriating. I can't get help from you at all.
