    @Telstra I was advised my activation failed due to not entering an account number. Your post-paid activation form does not ask for this. I then tried to call you but kept just getting send self service links which just log me out immediately. Why is it so hard to give you money?

    @FreddoFrog11 That's buying at the telstra shop. Now think about how competitive the industry was over 40 years. Every company wants to cut costs and improve manufacturing to make a better, cheaper phone. Prices always went down, old phones got replaced with better ones. What about schools?

    @Telstra Thank you, it is now fine. My feedback would be, if your service is down or restricted, Telstra seems to still assumes you can use the internet to respond, test, or fix the service. Catch 22 - you have no phone/internet service to fix your phone/internet service.

    @Telstra Issue is still unresolved. I keep getting timed out of the message service and having to reexplain myself. I have my home phone, internet, mobile & Foxtelnow thru Telstra. My mobile is now out of contract. I may start changing things over to another provider! This is ridiculous!
