@Telstra It's everywhere from Nedlands to Cannington. No reported outages in any of the locations. Last time it happened I was on the phone to a bloke who was clearly working from home in India - poor guy tried everything.

Finally got a number for @Telstra tech support and all it does is confirm your issue, sends you an SMS with a link to the app and promptly hangs up. A phone company with no phone support #gofigure

@Telstra Hi Tori, I’m a regular visitor to Yarrawonga and the 4G speed has slowed over the past 6 -9 month. It’s almost impossible to work from the caravan park during the day because the internet is so slow.

Has anyone else had issues with data on Boost (the Jetstar version of Telstra mobile). My wife's iPhone isn't getting any data. After contacting their online messaging service for the 3rd time, I'm nearly 6hrs in & no resolution!

@Telstra At 5am the speed is excellent because it so early and no one online. With more visitors coming over the Christmas break it will be useless. Clubs with software in the cloud have been known to complain during their business time (Xmas and Easter ) because the net is so slow.
