@Telstra It's everywhere from Nedlands to Cannington. No reported outages in any of the locations. Last time it happened I was on the phone to a bloke who was clearly working from home in India - poor guy tried everything.

If you thought Telstra couldn't be any more dismissive of its customers, check out this response: "Our phone options are limited at this time. Can you tell me what happened when you chatted with them?" No the auto-support was useless, I need a phone number!

@Telstra why has mobile service in and around Dianella dropped? I’m lucky to have 1 bar on 4G but then reverts to 2 bars on 3G!

@ServicesGovAU i have recorded a voice recognition phrase every.single.time. that I call. For some reason, my previous recordings are not there. I have mentioned this to customer service numerous times and they have no idea why it does that. Maybe get in touch with @Telstra

Finally got a number for @Telstra tech support and all it does is confirm your issue, sends you an SMS with a link to the app and promptly hangs up. A phone company with no phone support #gofigure

@Telstra Because I wouldn’t be at my apartment, was told no problems. You sent it to to my apartment 🤔 When I told @telstra about their error, I was told it was my problem I told them once it gets returned to sender send it to my office. You couldn’t be bothered.

@Telstra Sending it to the wrong address was bad enough given I wasted 4 1/2 hours on the address. It was the fact that it was “[my] fault” that I didn’t receive it and @telstra has done nothing to fix it, that is a bigger problem. Today they asked for my bank which they didn’t need

@Telstra Thank u. She had valid birth certificate, & valid Medicare card. Plus pension card, Électoral card ID & others. & is a long- term Telstra customer (for internet & previously Foxtel for many years). Was refused @ store & call centre, & after escalation @ call centre. #Telstrafail

@Telstra No, the problem at my mother's place has finally been resolved after I spent an inordinate amount of time on the phone with customer service officers based in South Asia who spoke barely intelligible English. This is what comes of putting profit before people (customers).
