@Telstra It appears to be houses on my side of the street in my suburb. I discovered this by entering the addresses in the outage section. Telstra advised there was problem in my area.

  • thebendingone the bendingone 🐉 (@thebendingone) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@andy_penn I’m an Australian living in Singapore home to visit family and let me tell you the @Telstra wifi is so shockingly bad you should be embarrassed. There are few places in the world it is this inept

  • Amys_Kapers Amy 👩‍💻🏖️ (@Amys_Kapers) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@ahuijsen @Telstra I swear if I have one more person say "I understand your frustration". No. That is a horrible technique, it just makes it worse

  • aaron_platten Aaron Platten (@aaron_platten) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

That’s on top of the phone calls and waiting around for techs never to arrive when I was a Telstra customer

  • rorkat Kathy Farrelly (@rorkat) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@Telstra From the very beginning 23/1 the outage reports followed a pattern. Fixed within 12 hours, then changed to within 2 days. 5am this morning it was 12 hours. 6am it had gone to within 2 days again. I checked every hr today said 2 DAYS. At 12pm Voila! Net restored!

  • angelique_world angelique.world (@angelique_world) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@iiNet Thanks Waheeb but we got wires crossed. My issue is with Telstra cable outage in my area. Consider me ‘problem solved’ 😅

  • TrishKurralinga Patricia Rutherford (@TrishKurralinga) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@MeckeringBoy One of #Abbott #Turnbull's monumental stuff-ups. They should be personally held liable for #NBN disaster. Any #Telstra technician could have told them (& probably did) a lot of the copper was stuffed & no-one to fix it. #Lnp wreckers. #FibreToNodeFraud @TaodeHaas @billshortenmp

  • TexReeks Tex Reeks (@TexReeks) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

Stores in central Mandurah are experiencing EFTPOS outages. Shoppers are able to sign for their shopping, pay with cash or go without. It’s believed the issue is Telstra related. #wanews

  • drewtrucker550 Andrew (@drewtrucker550) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@Telstra why not text a customer to say you about to call them. Not leave a text after you called as you did today. I ignored it 02 8291 0000 as it was out of business hours AEST. As I get constantly get scam calls

  • thallam08 Tom Hallam (@thallam08) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@amaracampbell @Telstra @acccgovau @Telstra have a process that foists all the costs onto the customer. I’ve spent hours on the phone waiting whilst they frig around doing nothing of any substance. They keep you on the phone for no reason.

  • thallam08 Tom Hallam (@thallam08) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@Telstra Been around that loop multiple times: nothing happens. The fact that a technician was able to contact me within 2 days to fix a fault, but was unable to do so because of Telstra’s policy (no technical reason) proves that the problem here is purely your administrative processes.

  • rorkat Kathy Farrelly (@rorkat) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@Telstra Duri the outage I rang Telstra twice. Received conflicting advice from operators. I filed a complaint and received an unsatisfactory offensive and intimidating reply that appeared to be cobbled together. Unprofessional I also tweeted here. Lost time and business.Very poor show.

  • cory_gale Cory Gale 🦘🇦🇺 (@cory_gale) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@TexanMeg @Telstra They’re horrendous. 4 major issues in 9 years for me. Time to divorce them. For good!

  • tonytau101 Tony Ilian (@tonytau101) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@aus_business @SupratimA The wholesale charges for @NBN_Australia are amongst some of the most expensive in the OECD. It wouldn't be so bad if the network was 100% FTTP. @Telstra made 65% profit margin on retail PSTN & ADSL. On NBN the margin is less than 25%. TI #nbn

  • ashleighmay__ Ashleigh May (@ashleighmay__) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@Telstra your customer service chat is beyond ridiculous. 3 hours and transferred 15 times and not one person can help me with interim data compensation for a new faulty modem.

  • Amys_Kapers Amy 👩‍💻🏖️ (@Amys_Kapers) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@Telstra No they couldn't tell me why it was cancelled and I have no interest in placing another order This is just the latest in a line of failures to provide service or support. I've been a Telstra customer since I was 12 and I'm sick of dealing with this incompetence

  • aaron_platten Aaron Platten (@aaron_platten) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

NBN told Telstra it was their problem to fix. Now having same problem with Optus.

  • ziadadis Zia Dadis (@ziadadis) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

  • AusSmallBiz Rosie (@AusSmallBiz) reported

@Telstra @Telstra the person is still being charged a monthly fee that is being automatically deducted from their credit card, even after cancelling TELSTRA NBN services and moving to TPG. Interestingly for several years TELSTRA charged for a service that couldn't be delivered.

@Telstra I want to switch from post paid to pre paid online as my contract has finished. I did this for another phone in October without fuss. Now I need a credit check. Ridiculous by the operator on Hold support. #pleashelp #itsnotthathard.

  • _misslexi Lexi | BLM (@_misslexi) reported

Okay, since I may be in NSW for longer than anticipated, I need to switch phone providers - Vodaphone is CRAP here. Pre-paid, I already have the phone, but who is better Optus or Telstra?

  • grheard Gregor Heard (@grheard) reported

@wimpakminyip @Telstra Hope not like the nati ‘just another day’ fortnight outage last year!

  • PeachSoftware Peach Business Software (@PeachSoftware) reported

@Telstra Anothe network would probably solve the problem.

  • ninaspringle Nina Springle (@ninaspringle) reported

The only way to get any progress was to pay the $320 bill for a phone I cant use after I was promised that wouldnt happen. Even the temp SIM you gave me to put into my old phone while this is being sorted out doesnt work. #telstra #Incompetence #complaints

  • Steve_P_Luck Stephen Luck (@Steve_P_Luck) reported

Why is Telstra so hopeless in addressing fundamental mail issues. Haven’t been able to send mail for over a week and despite previous calls and now waiting over 2 hours for a support person on the phone.

  • jherald Justin Herald (@jherald) reported

@Telstra Well that must be news to every single person I have spoken to so far. 2weeks!how long does it take to fix an issue? Here's a thought..maybe get someone to send the item I am after and take my points later. Oh wait... that would mean you would have the customers outcomes in mind
