    @Telstra Hi guys. I need some help. My off-line guys can't dial in to my notebook because my connection is so slow. Q? How do I find out if my plan has been "shaped" due to high data usage? Facebook, Netflix, YouTube? Or is it something else?

    @Telstra The address is checked, says there are no outages or problems here. But I did a speedtest on both the Samsung device and the Lenovo Thinkpad and they both failed. Did a ping test. That was successful. Ping 1.1.1.1 Trying a speedtest on the Lenovo now. After a minute no result.

    One thing about @Telstra, they never miss a chance to charge you more for the same service. Just got an email to say our current package will be unbundled and as a result goes from $168/month to $237

    @Telstra Can you have someone call me asap as I want to setup a new NBN service. I have called 3 times and the sales nbn line keeps hanging up on me.. I'm trying to give you over $100 a month it shouldn't be this hard.

    @Telstra I can login to the website and app, it shows my account details but when I try to download a bill, change direct debit or click on any other option it says “Invalid Account ID”.

    Can @optus or another mobile phone service please take over rural areas because @Telstra are absolutley the worst. The worst costumer service ever. It'd be awesome to have a choice

    @Telstra They keep troubleshooting the app when the issue is both the Telstra website and app. I can login. I can see my account. I cannot access any options on my account without an error message.

    @Telstra it is impossible to get through to a customer service rep on the phone. Pathetic! Your app also never works and setting up a direct debit continued to error. Worst company to have to deal with..

    @Telstra @Sensis Why are you sending me bill re: a phone number that does not exist and has not existed for over 7 years? Your support people tell me the issue been fixed. It has NOT. This is the 3rd month in a row that I am getting this nonsense bill.

    @StreetRuffian75 @Telstra We have an IQ4 box so it all runs as normal through that. Can still record, download from the library etc. Its legit Foxtel lol. NBN has gone down twice in the 4 or so months we’ve had it due to storms but that’s an existing infrastructure issue rather than a Foxtel one

    @andrewwhiteau @Telstra Give up, relying on Telstra customer service or tech support is like using sambal sauce as lube. If they didn’t have a monopoly on the infrastructure they’d be out of business long ago.
