@Telstra Hi guys. I need some help. My off-line guys can't dial in to my notebook because my connection is so slow. Q? How do I find out if my plan has been "shaped" due to high data usage? Facebook, Netflix, YouTube? Or is it something else?

@MRowlandMP as the Minister for Communications are you aware that Telstra's data/telephony roaming is non existent in New York City - despite it being advertised? Are you also aware that Telstra Support simply bounces people between the App and it's international support?

@CraigHill01 Your Indian friend rings me too. About various issues. Last time, when he told me about impending loss of Telstra connection, I thanked him, said they had contacted me a week before, and that the problem was being resolved. He seemed confused; not sure what to say... @drvyom

@SupratimA I've noticed you've written several pieces about Telstra for @smh & @theage I would like to discuss Telstra's failure to resolve a fault in roaming in New York City & and its International Support bouncing people to an App that then tells them to call that number.
