  • LesleyDewarAU Lesley (Has Dragons at Home) Dewar (@LesleyDewarAU) reported from Busselton, State of Western Australia

@Telstra The address is checked, says there are no outages or problems here. But I did a speedtest on both the Samsung device and the Lenovo Thinkpad and they both failed. Did a ping test. That was successful. Ping 1.1.1.1 Trying a speedtest on the Lenovo now. After a minute no result.

  • LesleyDewarAU Lesley Dewar Wealthy Woman (@LesleyDewarAU) reported from Busselton, State of Western Australia

@Telstra just had a look It was 25gb of bonus data. Oops. But I still have 60gb to go. I used heaps in February because I forgot to switch my Bluetooth off, and use the NBN. For about 10 days. Bad Lesley 👎 👃

  • LesleyDewarAU Lesley Dewar Wealthy Woman (@LesleyDewarAU) reported from Busselton, State of Western Australia

@Telstra Hi Luci It's more that I keep getting notifications to top up my account, as I am running down the bonus data, when I still have 60gb to use up, in about 30 days It's distracting and a bit misleading actually. I am not sure if my plan rolls over my unused data or not.

5 / timed out and I had to start again. 6. Telstra sent a message to my phone with the complaint number, and I have to install another app, which needs my Google password. It's lost and sends me a link to reset it, but to a bigpond account which I cannot access. It's crazy!!

  • LesleyDewarAU Lesley (Has Dragons at Home) Dewar (@LesleyDewarAU) reported from Busselton, State of Western Australia

It's been a horrendous week for me with IT. Luckily I had family support to scan, print, email or else the patio/catio would be dead in the water. Plans in, deposit paid, approvals pending. Thanks to @Telstra SM team on putting me in the picture. Very thankful for Twitter DMs.

  • LesleyDewarAU Lesley (Has Dragons at Home) Dewar (@LesleyDewarAU) reported from Busselton, State of Western Australia

@Telstra Hi guys. I need some help. My off-line guys can't dial in to my notebook because my connection is so slow. Q? How do I find out if my plan has been "shaped" due to high data usage? Facebook, Netflix, YouTube? Or is it something else?

  • LesleyDewarAU Lesley Dewar Wealthy Woman (@LesleyDewarAU) reported from Busselton, State of Western Australia

And when you realise that @Telstra is flagging a legitimate number calling me from @GoDaddy in Australia as SPAM. NOT HAPPY JAN. I had phoned them to complain that they never left me a message, decided to look into it, and phoned them back to say it's all down to Telstra.

  • LesleyDewarAU Lesley (Has Dragons at Home) Dewar (@LesleyDewarAU) reported from Busselton, State of Western Australia

@thepainterflynn I know about hotspots. I have paid $70 pm for 3 months. I want my service. My notebook computer needs a massive update. I am not trashing my mobile account to do it. It's the principle of the matter. This issue is down to @Telstra .

  • leighchantelle Leigh-Chantelle (@leighchantelle) reported

Spent the past FOUR hours trying to sort out @Telstra and @Foxtel issues this afternoon when Dad & sister with me. Two calls dropped out and no calls back. Alex from Brisbane most helpful after 2 hour runaround from #Telstra NBN & #Foxtel…

  • jayfromafrica JayfromA (@jayfromafrica) reported

@elonmusk Elon, we have 1 internet backbone in Australia. It's called Telstra and it supplies most other companies with bandwidth. All across Australia the download speed has fallen to between 1 and 6 Mbps for most of the day. It so sucks. You can be the disruptor here, please!

  • curtis_melanie Melanie Curtis (@curtis_melanie) reported

@Telstra Still saying 2am Saturday can you tell us what the issue is?

  • CutAdriftFromOz Justa Guy (@CutAdriftFromOz) reported

@smh @zoesam93 Thanks for the $50bn white elephant K Rudd. The only winner: Telstra who got to sell their decrepit copper network so Turnbull could f**k things up further.

  • gav_mck Gavin McKenzie (@gav_mck) reported

Typical of @Telstra they send you a Telstra Plus Rewards Store Hot Offers, then make it awfully difficult to register, sign in, then you select the product, go thru transactions, lo and behold, website crashes at the last page, trying to claim the reward #custexpfail

  • misterglennon Michael Glennon (@misterglennon) reported

@Telstra @RoadknightThe @telstra how can you sell a service to someone then when the service doesn’t work ask them to buy some infrastructure to make the service work. If I rent a car and the engine doesn’t work. I don’t go and buy myself a new engine for the rental company’s car

  • Lachlan_Rohde TheChiefChieftain (@Lachlan_Rohde) reported

Is there some sort of Telstra NBN scam allowing you free local, and mobile calls where they get you to write down a number and some other stuff? It was on a private number. Voice was a touch dodgy too. Otherwise I owe "John" an apology.

  • lexdixik peter milne (@lexdixik) reported

@RoadknightThe @Telstra Have you removed , cleaned the connections and then connected it back again the cable between modem and wall? Fixed a connection issue I was having years ago, then turn it off and on again just for fun

  • michaelneale mic (@michaelneale) reported

@telstra been a few weeks of a tower down and still no outage reported. Hundreds of people affected. Last weekend people couldn’t pay for their sausages while voting as your eftpos machines don’t work. Can we get an ETA?
