@Telstra Hi guys. I need some help. My off-line guys can't dial in to my notebook because my connection is so slow. Q? How do I find out if my plan has been "shaped" due to high data usage? Facebook, Netflix, YouTube? Or is it something else?

@Telstra The address is checked, says there are no outages or problems here. But I did a speedtest on both the Samsung device and the Lenovo Thinkpad and they both failed. Did a ping test. That was successful. Ping 1.1.1.1 Trying a speedtest on the Lenovo now. After a minute no result.

@Telstra Today I am trying to do my share trading on my Samsung tablet. Commsec. The internet is very very slow. Has dropped out a few times. Can't open or download a PDF. Very poor.

5 / timed out and I had to start again. 6. Telstra sent a message to my phone with the complaint number, and I have to install another app, which needs my Google password. It's lost and sends me a link to reset it, but to a bigpond account which I cannot access. It's crazy!!

@Telstra 3 / lost my password for my email account so I can't add it to Outlook 4 the Telstra 24/7 app (since updated) tells me there is a problem with my internet connection to the NBN through the modem. Sent me a complaint number which I screen shot. 5. Troubleshooting /

Please message me @Telstra my daughter is not even one of your customers she has never had a phone from you. Purchasing phone plans online with just a DL is absolutely crazy. Her DL was stolen and lodged on a police report in 2019 and this transaction happened 4 months later

@Telstra Got a SIM with Telstra Prepaid Casual but cannot find a way to move to Pre-Paid Mobile, if I choose? No apparent option to move to Pre-Paid Mobile in the app or via my Telstra account. I've now added the service to my account but have to wait 2 weeks for it to appear?

@Telstra So folks can expect no service until 3 February? Very poor indeed. So the phones are still not working (both Telstra and Telstra WS) and won't be for 2 weeks - would've been nice if the effort shown in saying there is nothing wrong actually went into fixing the problem.

@Telstra outage again today it’s the #2 within the last few days… I’m fine with not being able to use data/wifi even text messages but phone calls??? I mean, come on!! We’ve got people trying to contact us and we’re contacting people, such an inconvenience 😤

@1stExecutive @Optus Mate they just cut my service off apparently after sending a letter to me in September advising NBN was coming in January, never got it, but no second letter/email/phone call/SMS… I’ll be working off my Telstra mobile tomorrow, family not so lucky

@Telstra It says something about a network update may interrupt your mobile service Mon 24 jan 2022 7:00 AEST to Sun 30 Jan 2022 6:00 PM AEST… so I guess we don’t know exactly what days we will be out and how long… yesterday we didn’t get any warning when it cut off… just had nothing.
