@stilgherrian @Telstra The tower is confirmed turned off but hundreds of people are not covered by an alternative tower. This is allegedly the reason why it isn’t an outage.

@Telstra The main frustration is that no one seems to be able to get this acknowledged as a problem. If I’d known last week that I’d still have 5G problems today, I could’ve planned around it. And support staff wouldn’t waste their time like we are now.
