@Telstra Ok, I used your link to try to book Indooroopilly. I tried every single day between now and 21 February. Every time it states no available appointments. The store is a disgrace and the staff are rude.

After 3 hours I got connected to a Telstra agent. Took 10 mins only to tell me to restart my modem. Took another 10 mins and said he'll fix it. Now says he'll need another 10 mins and asked for my modem light colours. I asked why the delay and response I get, covid restrictions

@Telstra it’s bad when the Telstra complaints number that is used to call back onto get updates to your TIO compliant is not answered and still in after hours mode despite calling with in the hours stated on the recorded message of M-F 7am till 7pm

@Telstra This situation is a result of moving all your contact centres off-shore. You local staff are overrun and your brand is bring damaged. No one recommends you on the Facebook page for my community of three suburbs near Indooroopilly. The problems are real and customers are noticing.

@Telstra No.They are not taking bookings. They have specifically stated that to me. Also, if you check the link you gave me, you will see that there are no bookings available for weeks. Please follow this up. The staff are also burnt out. They are rude even when the customer is polite.

@Telstra No appointments at Indooroopilly for the next three weeks. I didn’t bother trying your link after 21 February. They have a policy of not taking bookings. 132200 hangs up after sending a text and the chat is painfully slow or just does not respond. You are damaging your brand.

How pathetic is @Telstra, all I want to do is talk to someone - actually talk to someone - but all I get is a useless text messaging service, time and time again. The pandemic excuse for cutting services doesn’t wash any more. Clearly they don’t want my business. #TelstraFail

@TPG_Telecom guys, I think I'll need to cancel. I need to speak to Telstra first but can you please tell me what would be involved?
