@Telstra Hey, I think something's wrong with my Telstra ID. If I look at My Telstra on my phone, I can see my details, but when I login on the web, it tell me I have no active services? It hasn't worked since I switched and I kept forgetting to ask about it lol

@airsignangel888 Catch connect. I'm on $89 every 3 months. Never worry about data (but I don't watch that many videos outside of home) It runs on the Optus or Telstra network so it works fine.

@Telstra I just walked into your tweed city store to get a new phone and was turned away as I didn’t have a appointment. 1 person was tidying up ( doing nothing) and 1 person doing nothing and I’m told ti make a appointment. customer service is a joke and you’ve lost a customer.

@Ballyurra @lynlinking Crappy connections are a well known issue when it rained. The Telstra street pits would fill with water, the connections rusted. They can’t say they didn’t know!

@Telstra No, I’ve told you the number plate and you’re supposed to take ownership of the issue instead you have done what you always done and given me touchy feely thoughts and thrown the issue back to me. Bloody typical and exactly why I’m no longer with Telstra any longer.
