    My @Telstra bill due today. Service restricted just after midnight. Those accounts guys at Telstra sure are fast. Getting more brutal each month with customer of 20 years. Might be time to move services to another provider to save on payment fees and service restrictions. 🤬

    This new @Telstra one is the worst, scammers call my mobile saying there's been fraudulent activity on my account and they've disabled it while they investigate "Press 1 to talk to an executive" Yeah, my internet has not been turned off. Nor would Telstra call me like that.

    @Telstra And even if it is missing some critical component the issue is likely to be resolved in 2-3 months according to your article. Yet live chat is steering me onto contracts at 12-24 months that I will have no use for. I can’t even talk to someone. It is an utter shambles.

    Lately I'm getting at least one call per day from a robot telling me there's something up with my account with (Telstra, Amazon, etc) and offering to "fix" the problem. Not sure if I'm more annoyed at the attempted fraud or that they keep interrupting my day to try it on 😡

    @Telstra I am in a live chat nightmare re moving to new premises. Thought premises was nbn ready as it had nbn connection box. Telstra saying it is not nbn connected due to issue with HFC components shortage at nbn co.

    @SusanSmithAus What about in places with no mobile service? Oh, that's right, it won't work. Remember the Telstra advertisement sprouting it works where ever you want it!
