    @VodafoneAU After ditching #Vodafone broadband to my mother's house...for terrible service and drop out after drop out and not a phone call to her...#telstra called today to update us on the Gen 3 modem and more. Not 1 drop out yet since Friday. This is service is so welcoming !

    @Telstra no one ever did get back to me on why the 4g and 5g service is so shite where I live. 3 towers within 2.5km and a dozen within 5km but I still need to use wi-fi calling to guarantee calls getting through. Makes the 4g backup on my nbn modem useless.

    @JennaPrice Husband rang the ombudsman regarding a Telstra phone contract which they had totally misrepresented. Problem fixed within 48 hours and refund. They had promised a number of freebies which were not free.

    @Telstra My wife was just speaking to one of your phone support people. Even though the whole street is out they insist on sending a technician to our house on Friday. She did the troubleshooting they requested which means we now no longer have a working home phone.Thanks.

    @VodafoneAU I'll pay my phone out and move to #telstra...they can have my next 20 years of service...your loss #vodafone I don't care no more if you can help or not...you don't care obviously for a 20 year customer...hello #telstra with 5g coverage in my area unlike yours!

    @Telstra That really sucks! As sum1 on low income the only way i can afford is pay weekly instalments via BPay. Can also see it pricing other people out 2. Like my mum, who i care 4 decided to pay an extra $2.50 a week to pay another bill at AusPost coz she cant work out direct debit 1/2

    @Telstra New phone arrived with eSim, can’t activate because it sends a 2FA SMS which the phone can’t receive, and only other option is bigpond email which has been broken for months? Why can’t it send to the same account email used for billing etc? New phone is a brick.

    @SandyHorne61 It is confusing… I find Telstra pretty reliable & they have gone some way to improving their customer service … after lots of complaints to ombudsman… I had to phone them recently & customer service was in Brisbane instead of the Phillipines or India & they were helpful 👋

    @Telstra Complaint ref was #49118281 My case mgr said over Christmas that a diff team handles ombudsman complaints etc and yet I’ve heard nothing, and now wake up to this nightmare yet again that despite promises it wouldn’t happen whilst being disputed, I’ve been barred! I have 4 kids &

    @Telstra ok so I’ve done everything, I’ve reset the net, I’ve unplugged it a thousand times. I even got a wifi extender but the Internet here is not working unless we’re using the ethernet which isnt helpful for phones. Whats on earth is going on? This started a week ago?

    Sorry if I can't interact with Tweets at times now. #Telstra signal up North Western Australia at this time of year, humid season, can be abysmal. From around 11am - 4pm can't even reach a site on Google. Keep getting message, " No Internet". 🙄🙄
