    @Telstra TLS! CEO ANDREW (no idea) aka ANDY Penn-these guys have set up complete isolation because they KNOW the customers will be unhappy! Will want help, and they have ZERO intention of meeting their obligations or commitments! These guys are inept!

    @Telstra I continue wait for this hopeless organisation to deliver their promises! I have been waiting now 6 weeks for internet to be connected to my house! No feedback, no response! And yesterday I get told “oh, it has been through provisioning yet” and when I ask wtf, silence!

    My wife is trying to connect to @telstra to report her mother’s faulty landline📞. After 27 hoops, forward rolls, backflips they are now testing OUR line. This whole ludicrous process is surely designed to make people hang up in frustration. 2 hours on hold last night no response

    @Telstra BOTS ARE NOT THE ANSWER! I applied to Telstra to establish a broadband at my new address before December 5! I now a month later have a house full of teenagers in a rainy day and no ******* internet! Why can Optus or vodaphone provide fast service, and Telstra not?

    @Schoto @Telstra My late mum joined the PMG at age 16. She retired from Telecom -Telstra after 47 yrs. I have her service medal still. I think I’ll bin it. I’m sure she wouldn’t mind. My 80yo mother in law is now thinking about driving from Beaudesert to Jimboomba to sort this out at Telstra shop

    @spannaforce @Telstra is no longer interested in providing good telecommunications service or connectivity! Their aim is to gauge a premium fee from customers because if it’s historic status in the market, while it allows its reputation to dwindle away when customer realise the fraud

    @Telstra Thanks Febey. I (and my family and neighbours) have zero bars that say otherwise. I have called Telstra and they confirm the tower is down but can't say when it will be back. What else can you offer? I can barely work, kids can't study etc.

    @Telstra Hi Glenn, It’s not an issue - I just didn’t like getting the bills. I fixed it now anyway by just adding it to the spam filter so out of sight out of mind. Figured you guys would refund peeps automatically if you owed them and they didn’t have any current services. cheers!

    To @Telstra,scam call issues went up after salesforce. I have exploited two loop holes in salesforce. This can prevent more than 50% scam calls. You just have to add few buttons on salesforce.

    @Telstra @Cyclops_Trader I believe every single interaction I have had with you guys has gone wrong in some way for the last couple of decades. Just last week I spent around 10 hours corresponding with utterly hopeless support over a ‘One Number’ for an Apple Watch, and no resolution.
