    @JennaPrice Husband rang the ombudsman regarding a Telstra phone contract which they had totally misrepresented. Problem fixed within 48 hours and refund. They had promised a number of freebies which were not free.

    @VodafoneAU After ditching #Vodafone broadband to my mother's house...for terrible service and drop out after drop out and not a phone call to her...#telstra called today to update us on the Gen 3 modem and more. Not 1 drop out yet since Friday. This is service is so welcoming !

    @VodafoneAU Your service is such a failure...you should be ashamed charging me for a service u can't provide me! No one cares no wonder #Vodafone is such a fail... #Telstra must love getting customers like me on board that you can't look after! No one #Vodafone knows anything!

    @VodafoneAU I'll pay my phone out and move to #telstra...they can have my next 20 years of service...your loss #vodafone I don't care no more if you can help or not...you don't care obviously for a 20 year customer...hello #telstra with 5g coverage in my area unlike yours!

    Well done @Telstra Your staff admit, in store, they did the wrong thing, but refuse to fix it. Lodge a complaint on my behalf and refuse to give me a copy. I refuse to leave the store without a copy. Your staff call the police. Great customer service. #Telstradonotcare

    @Telstra no one ever did get back to me on why the 4g and 5g service is so shite where I live. 3 towers within 2.5km and a dozen within 5km but I still need to use wi-fi calling to guarantee calls getting through. Makes the 4g backup on my nbn modem useless.

    @Telstra Damage is already done. I’ve been on 24/7 chat via the app and telstra basically put the ownership back onto me when it was @Telstra’s error. So in our chat conversation we agreed to disagree and what should have been a credit back on onto my account turned to a tio complaint

    @Telstra My wife was just speaking to one of your phone support people. Even though the whole street is out they insist on sending a technician to our house on Friday. She did the troubleshooting they requested which means we now no longer have a working home phone.Thanks.

What is the nature of the issue ? It’s affecting Telstra ,boost, optus mobile as well as NBN area code 6031

    @MMareeslatter @SITC_CEO_Shanna @Telstra Mobile coverage in regional Victoria is getting worse, I have recently had a number of calls drop out even though I am on the edge of Bendigo. I do question why we pay the same amount for our bills, as city customers, when the service is not the same??

    @Telstra no, its not. power is out in the location of your Wanneroo exchange due to a PLANNED POWER OUTAGE. Started at 8am WST. expected to be resolved by 6:30pm. that information is direct from Western Power
