    @Telstra Please don't think I'm casting blame onto the hard working front line workers, its the executives that make decisions. As customers for decades, we don't want to redeem points for movies etc, we want better deals. So, a new customer pays less than a twenty year customer? Amazing.

    trivial problem in scheme of things but is anyone having trouble with @Telstra @NBN_Australia service in Melbourne's inner north? I am having and the Telstra chat service is not as efficient as usual, not saying if there is a local outage etc - very frustrating
