    Customer service and @Telstra don’t go hand in hand. My elderly aunt wanted to update her credit card details. After waiting 1 hour she was told it couldn’t be done because she didn’t ring from her Telstra phone-ie she wasn’t at home. Obviously validating identity wasn’t enough.

    @Telstra After hours on the phone. Wifi is still weak. Ask the techs who have to keep calling back due to drop outs. Only 70km from a capital city and have to stand outside for a signal. No 4G. And spruking 5G?

    @Telstra It’s a shame that the person she spoke to after waiting an hour didn’t get it sorted out. It wasn’t a complicated issue. Now it is.
