@TheWhogg @MRowlandMP @burrosavic ALP was $42B for 93% fttp revised up to $49 due to the delays caused by Telstra and prime contractors. There were only low number connected because the back end of the network needed upgrades before connecting people, and then the Gov changed to LNP

@Telstra You’re not listening to me. I’m aware eSim is not available. That’s why I went to a store and now have a physical sim. Once they did the sim swap for me, they then couldn’t put me on an upfront plan because of a system issue. They said to port out and back in again. Ridiculous.

(Heads up : I know the answer is yes as my son was one of the 200). I currently sit on hold for 45 minutes to 1 hour waiting to talk to a real person. Telstra continue to charge us for a service they no longer supply, as of Dec 2020. 2/3

@Telstra hi Telstra. I’ve spent more than 3 hours on the phone to your support lines and visited 3 Telstra stores. I’m on a business plan and bought an Apple Watch cellular. No one can help me set up a Telstra Onenumber so I can use the watch. Please help.

@Telstra why did you increase the cost of my mobile service, require me to take out a new plan to implement the increase and then email to thank me 'for contacting us to change the plan on your Mobile service'? And then ask me to complete yet another customer satisfaction survey?

@Telstra Wtf is Ur internet service, it hasn't worked in weeks and I have assignments/ tests coming up. I would highly recommend not using Telstra as a internet provider. They generally are number 1 in Australia but only number 1 for being the worst.

Remind me when the new iphone comes out later in the year to NOT get it and stay with this one till next year so I can **** telstra off when my contract/plan ends and move because I’ve been having the same battle with them for 3 days now

@Telstra I really need to provide the feedback that your chat function, built into the My Telstra app, is totally useless. In the 5 seperate occasions I have tried to use it over the past year or so, not once has it led to the resolution of my issue. 1/2

@Telstra It has been an on going saga and I was chatting with someone for over 24 hours but I think they have given up. I will take all the information into my local Telstra shop later in the week and HOPE they can help.
