  • MarloPerry Marlo Perry (@MarloPerry) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra ADSL and no timeframe given. The net is down more often than it’s working and so temperamental.

  • cruticus Chris De Bonis 🤙🌱 (@cruticus) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra you screwed up my delivery for my iPhone 11. You only put the name of my building & suburb! Wtf. And I know in my building 3 other people had the same issue. Let’s hope they weren’t you guys. Doesn’t look good. Why pay a premium service when it’s not returned 🤔

  • tsTweet85 Talwinder Singh (@tsTweet85) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Port my connection to Telstra and got stuck from last 4 days. Can someone help on this@Telstra

  • BeauGiles Beau 🏳️‍🌈 (@BeauGiles) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@tuppaware @skylxrksays Aldi uses 'part' of Telstra (the wholesale bit). Only Telstra/Boost get the full footprint, and support for VoLTE and WiFi Calling.

  • iYousef911 𝖄𝖔𝖚𝖘𝖊𝖋 𝕬𝖇𝖚 𝕾𝖆𝖑𝖑𝖆𝖒𝖆𝖍  (@iYousef911) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

  • Slacko_Mitch Mitchell Vladamotte (@Slacko_Mitch) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@MissCBella @Telstra Damn. I’m buying my iPhone 11 outright and I’m on Aldi pre paid, they use the Telstra network.

  • fakescottsumner Scott Sumner (@fakescottsumner) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Got hung up on by @Telstra today because I asked for a resolution (a couple of times 🤬) to a delivery issue...called back and dealt with a guy called Sherwin who was completely fantastic with dealing with an angry me (and solved my issue). We need more Sherwin’s in the world!

  • Autard26 Dominique Autard (@Autard26) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra Well what do you know @NBN_Australia finally click over to 85Mbps....did I spend countless hours to resolve the fact that #telstra “forgot” to flick the switch on my account...why did it have to come to a #complaint

  • Slacko_Mitch Mitchell Vladamotte (@Slacko_Mitch) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@MissCBella @Telstra That’s shit service! I wish I was surprised though. I was just looking at Optus plans. They have free phone upgrades after 12 months. I’d switch if you could. Optus coverage where I live is just as good.

  • Autard26 Dominique Autard (@Autard26) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra @NBN_Australia promises promises nothing but broken promises.

  • mikeaubrey2 🇦🇺mikeaubrey🏳️‍🌈 (@mikeaubrey2) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra No way is Telstra ......Australias best network.......still cant manage a simple move from one connected service to another connected service, almost 105 days now.......but tried to charge for 3 bundles 👎🏼👎🏿👎🏽🤖🤖🤖

  • fictillius Evan (@fictillius) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Playing the call the Telstra number the error message says to call and getting transferred around to different people that can’t help then being put through to the exit survey after wasting time and nothing being done

  • Slacko_Mitch Mitchell Vladamotte (@Slacko_Mitch) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra I’ve already moved on. I left because you wouldn’t let me upgrade my phone a month early (I was a Telstra customer since I had my “hiptop” maybe 10yrs). So I saw out my contract and moved to Optus. They were just as good and cheaper. Im now on prepaid and it’s even cheaper again.

  • fictillius Evan (@fictillius) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@cenaniangzebi @Optus @Mondyboy This happened to me on Vodafone during beta testing. On iOS 12 I had so much trouble with Telstra’s network going deaf I moved to Vodafone and it has been fine apart from some beta issues.

  • ajep Andrew Jeppesen (@ajep) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra Can you explain why my Telstra “Smart” Modem has switched over to Telstra's mobile network 8 times in the past 2 months

  • NickBurrough Nick Burrough (@NickBurrough) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra I raised a complaint on Telstra Website. I don’t need someone to tell me to switch on and off a service I don’t have! I moved to Optus last week. I just need the wire removed.

  • Shagdush Greg Edwards (@Shagdush) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra Just got off the phone to @telstra 2nd Lev support. They are sending around a cable contractor to have a look in the pit. Seems as though NBN own the cables and Telstra provide the signal in my area.

  • hollingsworth Tony @OmptyMedia (@hollingsworth) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Hi @Telstra your service this year has been outstanding, and although Dylan on the One Sales team has helped out today on a new iPhone XI Pro Max upgrade, it’s not good enough for me. Telstra has always made some kind of offer when upgrading. Please help.

  • Autard26 Dominique Autard (@Autard26) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra I have logged a complaint and I am still waiting for a call back on a service that I was meant to be getting from day 1.

@kiel_henry @Optus ****. I also thought that was sent everyone. Guess I’d better follow up too. Telstra looking a better option right now.

  • pilcher_pat Pat_Pilcher (@pilcher_pat) reported

@philliparm1 Poor voda, they inherited some broken call centre systems when they took over telstra clear.. its been a thorn in their side for ages...

  • Pringle17Nancy Nancy Pringle16 (@Pringle17Nancy) reported

A fantastic result. Moaned about Telstra on here. Husband spent too long on ph on 2 occasions. Problem NOT resolved.Telstra replied "please DM " Txt to/fro Michelle - problem solved 🥰

  • LJD_90 Lloyd (@LJD_90) reported

@domknight @Optus I worked for Telstra in a call centre and almost all the customers struggled to reset their modem, let alone access a 3rd service to confirm their identity. It’s impractical in the extreme, and would result in older/disabled/non first English speakers not being able to access.

  • k8jones11 Kate (@k8jones11) reported

@RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom We have used Aldi since we got here, no dramas, no fall, outs, no issues. Works on the Telstra network so amazing coverage. Cheap monthly, roll over if u direct debit.. awesome

  • krunchymoses Joel Hill (@krunchymoses) reported

@Mismash5 @Telstra Oh wow. Yeah that sounds like a bit of an overreaction. But it's clearly an issue with Telstra where they thought doing this was a good idea, implemented it and have completely ignored the feedback on it.

  • ZlatanPalic Zlatan Palic (@ZlatanPalic) reported

@PeterWMurphy1 Yes! Velocity of the spread, containment measures, efficacy, when can we expect similar Telstra issues, and what measures to take on our micro, household level. Numbers, numbers, numbers....

  • middlelinetruth Middle Line Truth (@middlelinetruth) reported

Been on live chat to @Telstra for 2 hours (between 4am & 6am). Feels like I’m lost in a maze watching Groundhog Day with the Hyundai ‘Sail Away’ Enya Car Ad stuck in my head whilst enduring a fever dream during a @ScottMorrisonMP Prime Ministership 😵‍💫 #telstra #AusPol2022 #Help

  • _LongTrader_ The L⭕ng Trader (@_LongTrader_) reported

@Jml86_ Never understood why ppl went for Optus than Telstra...its a little cheaper, Yes, but Telstra had better coverage. Drove from Sydney to Port Augusta 11 years ago, broke down halfway down the drive and I was the only one using Telstra and with any network.

  • sueroberts7 Sue Roberts (@sueroberts7) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

    @mjrowland68 @BreakfastNews Grateful I’m a Telstra customer 🙏
