@Telstra Makes no difference! Even when I have full strength 4G signal it says the signal is too weak. Wasn’t an issue last season but hasn’t worn all 2019 season

I read in the Washington post the USA is considering changing their life line number to 988 I have been trying to get ours changed to 888 Telstra has no problems with it can any one recall the stupid one we have now,I have even tried nurses they can't.

@xskinn @Dlanorx @platykitten Ian you can ring this number 1800 805 996 They can help you deal with these arseholes. Telstra put me the number when I informed them . I also was able to get entire countries blocked trying to call me.

@EFTM @Telstra No way, nothing could save Telstra's customer service, abysmal at best. They have tried all sorts of customer service bots; local knowledgeable people are the best bet. Also, noted the uber low cost Belong service is now double the cost it started at.

@Telstra One of the average 5 per month it seems. I get more texts from Telstra, informing me of outages, than I do from family & friends these days. A premium price for a lemon service. Time now, like many others, to pull the plug on this rubbish
