    @Telstra Yes. We now have no internet or foxtel! Gone from slows speeds unable to load a page for weeks to no having nothing. Initially outages said 2 days...news says tbc. Dreadful service truly dreadful.

    @ALDIMobileAU tech support refusing to connect me with supervisor. Stalling to prevent giving promised refund for not providing promised service. So bad they make Telstra look good.

    @Telstra @7NewsSydney @9NewsAUS @10NewsFirst We have wasted 100s hours of calls, chats and visits to Telstra to just get us the promised home internet connection! ITS BEEN FRUSTRATING since 2nd Dec 2018 and no hope yet! Telstra is the worst! 3rd world country would do better!

    @AUSFestivus My date is April 2019, apparently. We get HFC. The Optus HFC service here was so bad I called the TIO in about repeated lies and poor performance, and they ordered Optus to let me out of contract with no penalties. Telstra HFC has been great though, other than tiny upstream.

    @JohnWren1950 Self Funded= no pension, no $900 from Kevin07, worked hard for 50 years banked, paid extra into super when l could, got telstra AMP NRMA and NIB shares when the de mutualised. Drawning down on my super to live. Company tax already paid on those shares so that's why l get a credit

    @haruki_zaemon @Aussie_BB I use Internode (only makes sense if you already have home broadband) and Optus. Their network is not noticeably worse, and sometimes better, than Telstra.

    @Telstra Internet is so bad currently we can’t use WiFi in home. 😡 have no idea what’s going on or what on earth we’re paying for. Dial up was faster. Previous conversation had with you was to UPGRADE my service which I’m currently paying for!

    @jpsambo2 @Telstra @stockjournal Seems that the service is fast becoming patchy. (More than it was) calls go out on 4g and data is reverting to 3g. A bloody joke a lot of the times now!

    @Telstra there is a bug on your app. I cannot pay my bill using the app. It defaults to an old card I have. I can’t remove the old card and when I select the correct card it defaults to the old one. I literally can’t pay. Will you charge me a late fee because your app is broken?
