    With @Telstra being down there’s no EFTPOS at my local shops. Couldn’t get cash from any of the ATMs as they’re all down too. Managed to withdraw cash at the post office to pay for groceries. Thanks for still providing that service @auspost - we’re not going to be cashless yet.

    Is Telstra mobile really crap in the Mountains, or is it because I’m using a cheap reseller? I can rarely watch a 3m video without massive pauses, even with 2-3-4 bars of reception.

    So after seven days, turns out my iPhone needed to be replaced. (Pro-tip, the Telstra customer support ‘chat’ service is not the helpful shortcut they claim) I now have a new iPhone and three months free subscription to Binge.

    @Telstra I no longer have my smart modem. It was removed months ago for being faulty. The technician reinstalled the old one. I think. Honestly, if I were a techy person I wouldn’t need tech support... ...what I do know is homework is not done and my life is harder.

    @Telstra Hey Telstra. Why do I need a credit assessment for a change of address. I have been a consistent customer for 29 years, and you won’t do a change of address without a full credit assessment. Never been so offended!

    @Telstra I have tried calling and your website messaging, neither have helped me fix slow internet issues. Please can someone fix this. Happy to DM details, sick of the run around and slow speeds.

    @Telstra Service has been bad for weeks, wasn’t actually restored on the 7th. When I checked on the 7th, said it would be fixed on the 8th. Then I check today and it is going to be restored on the 15th. This is not “Planned Maintenance” it’s someone not wanting to report failed equipment.

    @NBN_Australia Yes. We’ve been told by @Telstra that it’s an NBN problem. I am not the Bill payer.
