    @Kynes3 @abcnews Who is to blame is irrelevant. The process of qualifying the workers is. Neither NBN or Telstra have employees at the coalface. They are all contractors or contractors of contractors. There is little training, no support, no direction or career path offered for contractors.

    @Telstra your 4G network is still cooked in the Sydney CBD. Full signal, no data. Not even able to scrape together a few packets for a push notification. Mobile assurance just say to disable 4G and use 3G. That’s pretty dumb for “Australia’s best network” @andy_penn

    I can see exactly when the telstra outage started and exactly when it started to recover from my very distributed network spanning all of NSW. Would have looked more impressive if it wasn't school holidays

    @Telstra This can be resolved very simply Jay (and @NicQuilting and I appreciate your help) — send a courier to our place to pick up the modem so we don’t have to pfaff about at the post office and iron-clad guarantee that we will NOT have our existing nbn service cancelled.

    I think perhaps there is a significant problem with the @Telstra @Bigpond pop and imap outgoing email service which is not being acknowledged. Is anyone else experiencing problems.

    Telstra's latest tag "we're bringing our call centres home" is hilarious, as if they're bringing jobs home because they're true blue fair dinkum blokes, and not trying to reset their dire customer service levels and piss poor reputation. 🤡🤡🤡🤡

    @Hels_Be11s No longer Telstra refused upgrade the old copper wire up our (rural) road Everytime rained couldn’t use the line bc of white noise & it was so difficult to get onto Telstra faults (& no reduction in bill- even thou we had no service) Annoying bc mobile reception is very poor here

    You want to charge me for not returning a modem that I never ordered. It has since been returned by Mermaid Beach post office. Get off my case @Telstra I will take this to the ombudsman if I have to.
