@Telstra And I waited... and waited... called Telstra in the morning... they confirmed a technician would be here today... but at 3pm, called A 2nd time and now I hear... a tech is not coming today... I got a confirm email... but... nope! Really awful experience.

1/3 @telstra you have not even able to disconnect my old home internet that should have been disconnected 2 weeks ago. This is now blocking all attempts to set up anew service. Talk about trying to discourage customers from purchasing your services.

@Telstra @matthew_mcmahon Sooo just to update you about Bondi apparently there is now an outage in Bondi due to planned maintenance and your team in the Phillipines knew nothing about this! It is not due to be fixed until Friday 25th Feb . I would like 5 days credit please ....

I have just shouted at a scammer on the phone. It was a variation of the "I am Nicole from NBN". This time the person was pretending to be Telstra. That was my fourth call today from them. Please send help @Scamwatch_gov - I am losing my mind.

@Telstra After 2 hours on the telephone and being transferred to 5 different operators the estimated fix date was yesterday. This was after a technician had been at the house for 4 hours. We still have NO internet. Yes to mobile data. Expensive!

Still an outage in Bondi . Apparently now it is an NBN problem . Not maintenance. Telstra make up your mind and please communicate with your call centre in the Phillipines. It is not fair to them . A more accurate outcome timevwould be helpful too....

@joelpmichael @jendudley @Telstra Haha, yes. I am a Bigpond cable Internet customer. I had Foxtel, dropped as soon as I could unbundle it. The paclage I have now (off-contract) is $119 per month including the speed pack for 100/5Mbps. HFC arrives April. I can get a better plan from @Aussie_BB. Tough call (not).

so apparently 'there is no problem' as i stare at a ******* symbol saying NO CONNECTION. im currently paying 99 a month for internet im not getting and now im going to have to pay 135 for a telstra technician whos not even garenteed to fix the bloody thing.

@Telstra After three calls and 2 hours and nine minutes On the last call alone, I think so— I note that the recording claimed the wait time would be 40 minutes... no update was provided. I t then took nearly 30 min for the person to resolve the issue.

So disappointed (not surprised) with the lack of support from @Telstra today. They insist on sending a @NBN_Australia tech to my office who turns the internet off on me before leaving. They now refuse to answer me (for hours) on their SMS service. My business is harmed by this.

@Telstra Quick update on this, went to a Telstra store to sort this out, and although it can take 24 hours to confirm the resolution, it looks fixed for now. I'll update tomorrow on the sequence of events if no further issues. @Telstra
