Telstra Issues Reports Near Caddens, State of New South Wales

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Caddens and nearby locations:

  • LisaStoj Lisa Stojanovski (@LisaStoj) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Constababble @questacon @ourANU @Shell @Westpac @Telstra @Xero There has been a struggle to find candidates ever since they started charging fees (2017 onwards). Myself, yourself and other success stories are pushed as marketing -> but perhaps it’s indicative of a wider issue.

  • chrisrauchle Chris Rauchle (@chrisrauchle) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@SuperCroup Like that stupid Telstra ad where they have a pre-meeting in a cab and use their stupid modem to download their ridiculously overblown PowerPoint (although I did used to do that trick with “3” in 2005😉)

  • mak35h MAK35H (@mak35h) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 crappy service...promised something and gave a entirely opposite service

  • sharpielaw Andrew sharpe (@sharpielaw) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra So the promised high priority call from @Telstra never came. Surprise surprise. They just don’t give a damn.

  • oceanswims oceanswims (@oceanswims) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Hey @Telstra, how does this work... I cancel a broadband cable that I’ve had with you for years to avoid being forced onto NBN, and instead I commit to you for 3 years with home hub. And you want to charge me cancellation fees. Please explain the sense in that.

  • kollectivekook courtney✨ (@kollectivekook) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

I miss being so active on here. If only belong/telstra wouldn’t be such a **** up, i’d have internet. been waiting since AUGUST. better get free wifi for a couple of months because i’m over using up data.

  • Colgo Paul Colgan (@Colgo) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

This is eh, not the point Foxtel is like Telstra in the pre-Thodey days. People actively hate it. Needs a customer focused CEO.

  • manaz_d Robert Hudson (@manaz_d) reported from Galston, State of New South Wales

@Telstra I can't log in, as I don't know the password on the Kayo account, and the address Telstra used doesn't have email attached. I can't cancel it in the my.telstra portal either.

  • drunkenmadman John Craven’s Boozehound (@drunkenmadman) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

This just happened again. I did a support chat and was told it’ll be fixed in a few minutes. That was well over an hour back. I’ve been a @Telstra customer on and off for nearly 20 years. It’s been the same the whole time. They can’t deal with any deviation from ‘normal’.

  • drunkenmadman John Craven’s Boozehound (@drunkenmadman) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Love it when @telstra mess up my house move request, fail to connect the HFC at the new place, then shortly afterwards shape my gateway’s 4G backup connection down to an unusable speed.

  • prleeds Phillip Leeds (@prleeds) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Got up this morning and the internet was not working. Telstra app initially said there was an outage but no projection on when it would be fixed. Decided to call. Told outage could be until sometime Friday. Asked what they could do to help us out...

  • willdeasy Will Deasy (@willdeasy) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Wtf @Telstra I just called your helpline and was added to someone's private work conference call instantly. Serious privacy breach

  • MopOfVirtue The Mop of Virtue (@MopOfVirtue) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra your internet is down in Concord... again... after being down for half a month and up again for a week. This is bloody pathetic.

  • prleeds Phillip Leeds (@prleeds) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

...operator arranged extra mobile data at no cost and a new modem that switches to mobile data when the wifi drops out. Waived the usual delivery charge, too. Very helpful, good service. @Telstra

  • sharpielaw Andrew sharpe (@sharpielaw) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Update: The half hour wait estimate was generous, it appears. I just hung up after an hour and a half wait on hold for the portability team. @telstra clearly has no respect for its its customers and is quite content to treat them with contempt. #telstrasloths #appallingservice

  • deepbona deepak (@deepbona) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra So no response from in anyone in Telstra. My new complaint manager was meant to call 2 weeks ago. I spoke to Telstra support

  • EICostheta Reg Boyle (@EICostheta) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@SaveOurForests_ That Victorian brown coal power station was owned by carpetbagging French. Should NEVER have been built and none of those Elect suppliers say where they're based. Optus is Singapore. Telstra did no one any favours.

  • Gloreen_Goldin Gloreen Goldin (@Gloreen_Goldin) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra absolutely THE WORST COMPANY - They don’t care about customers they don’t turn up to apps NBN installed takes a min of 2/3 weeks to turn up 🤬🥵I have team of specialists waiting costing me $1000 not notified that they cannot make it !! Going to loose a customer of 30yr

  • sharpielaw Andrew sharpe (@sharpielaw) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra Tim My 30 September order remains unfulfilled (promised fulfilment date 10/10). I can’t contact anyone from porting team. I’ve tried repeatedly & spent hours on hold. Whole process is impenetrable. No one I contact will fix it. Worst customer experience ever. HELP!!!

  • claudiajayne_ Claudia Jayne (@claudiajayne_) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Help me @Telstra ... my "Unlimited" internet has found a limit. We have no internet and the ppl on the phone said we have to wait until tomorrow for level 2. I need to send and recieve tcp/ip and udp packets ASAP. Please help. We've had to resort to face to face communication...

  • Farmer_Dave999 David Ward (@Farmer_Dave999) reported

@TonyHWindsor Telstra won't fix land lines in some areas due I cost & the mobile service isn't great either LNP govt forced more people onto satellite services than under Labor’s plan which is the most expensive & restrictive on data

  • dannycowan Danny Cowan (@dannycowan) reported

@Optus @Telstra would happily switch over to you given the atrocious service from @VodafoneAU - if you're able to get me connected today/tomorrow?

  • skipmyavenue s (@skipmyavenue) reported

@ZaNeBr0wN @Telstra Lol, when Telstra plus doesn’t even work so you can’t the code even when your a Telstra customer 😭🙄

  • athrodusk Athrodusk (@athrodusk) reported

@Telstra fix your ****. Took me 12 minutes to get the website to load. What a joke. There should be DDOS protection up for event sales like the Billie Eilish tickets. I know there’s a lot of people on the site but it IMMEDIATELY crashed.

  • derekbarry Derek Barry (@derekbarry) reported

Suddenly started getting a lot of spammy texts in the last few days. All different numbers but clearly garbage with invite to click on a dubious link. Never really had this problem before then. Need a spam folder for texts or better still Telstra to clean its pipes

  • PMahoney89 P (@PMahoney89) reported

@nicholas_lyb Depends on where you are. The subway is absolutely awful for reception. I agree. Telstra is by far the best for reception. Optus is only ok. The further out from the city you go the more Telstra makes sense.
