Telstra Issues Reports Near Caddens, State of New South Wales

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Caddens and nearby locations:

  • JohnLutge John Lutge 🐀 (@JohnLutge) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@simonahac @Telstra Each time this happened, i spent between 3 and 6 hours getting the service restored. No apology. Australia lost a national treasure when Telecom Australia was privatised. Telstra is a shadow of that great organisation. Now Australian Telco is a joke.

  • DTsirekas David Tsirekas (@DTsirekas) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

.@Optus Hello. If you can solve and progress a new NBN business account without the delays and promises that @Telstra have continued to fail at our business is yours

  • ColinRenouf ColinRenouf (@ColinRenouf) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra We had no problems when we had separate accounts and two bills, or were with another provider. Since we have one billing account and two phones we can’t get both watches working.

  • ColinRenouf ColinRenouf (@ColinRenouf) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra #TelstraBroken if you’re going to have a chat based service make it work with the English language. I’ve been trying to report that SMS isn’t working on one device and have been sent in circles! And calling is the same!

  • scibidoo 💧Jamie (@scibidoo) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

So @Telstra after almost a year of a broken feature, the usual suggestions of delete the app and try again, multiple chats, tweets and hours on the phone, in store and on email. Your official response to the problem is that it’s a security feature to prevent a user login to…

  • ColinRenouf ColinRenouf (@ColinRenouf) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra No joy but we have a theory. I think there is a problem with the One Number architecture. We just tested our theory. I think One Number is at the account level and not phone level. We have one payment account, two phones and two watches on it. We can have both on one phone only.

  • blerns3 Brett Lerner (@blerns3) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra I’ve had a new iPad Pro since Friday and my cellular still isn’t working. The chat agents on the 24x7 app are useless and clearly more interested in resolving their cases to improve their case resolution times than in actually resolving my issue

  • JohnLutge John Lutge 🐀 (@JohnLutge) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra The Telstra Complaints team told me I had nothing to complain about. Telstra didn't care that sick kids lives were put in danger. I complained and got nowhere, and my case was closed without resolution. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Happy to discuss this in the open. No DMs.

  • KylieParkerCA Kylie Parker (LotusAccts) (@KylieParkerCA) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

And while I am in my cranky admin mood @Telstra if you charge extra data on my kids accounts without any notice and my direct debit doesn’t cover it send me another invoice not a stupid email telling me to sign in to your dumb app that I can never get into

  • GailClifford7 Gail Clifford (@GailClifford7) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@craig_troth Good luck with that, I’ve rarely had any joy with the Telstra shops…unless you want to buy a new phone or gizmo of some sort! Problems? They either don’t want to know or have no idea.

  • boypage 𝚋𝚘𝚢@𝚙𝚊𝚐𝚎:~$ (@boypage) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@VinceRugari I'll be switching my mobile to Optus now that the Telstra 𝘔𝘺 𝘍𝘰𝘰𝘵𝘣𝘢𝘭𝘭 app now becomes merely a scoreboard. And will pay the $8.99pm for Paramount. My dad has Foxtel so I can use his login for Foxtel Go. But I'll not bother with Stan. It's a private tax I can't afford.

  • ColinRenouf ColinRenouf (@ColinRenouf) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra I did that. I’m in IT and network infrastructure roles myself - but when reporting the options are too restrictive and don’t include “messaging only from my Apple Watch isn’t working”.

  • blerns3 Brett Lerner (@blerns3) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra Jo, it’s been over 60 hours since it was activated. I have spoken with the live chat team three separate times and they continually do not solve the problem and try the same thing that the previous agent tried. Can you help or do I need to escalate my case to upper management?

  • Shivanigo Shivani Gosain (@Shivanigo) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Complaint and provide update atleast . Complaint number is :03740222. We are literally begging you to fix this ASAP or give us an update when it will be fixed . Really disappointed with the service. @BelongAU @Telstra

  • JohnLutge John Lutge 🐀 (@JohnLutge) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@UndaSthnXiStand @simonahac @Telstra The TIO don't care. Been down that path.

  • kyukyu3536 MoonChild 🌜⭐ (@kyukyu3536) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

    Customer service LAZY at @Telstra

  • BrettHolliday83 Brett Holliday (@BrettHolliday83) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Has @Telstra just clean given up on the concept of customer support or do I just get exceptionally unlucky every timeI need to deal with them?

  • kyukyu3536 MoonChild 🌜⭐ (@kyukyu3536) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Never trust @Telstra!!! 4 phone calls later and they LIED about a 25AUD discount EVEN WHEN IT BECAUSE OF THEM THE NBN WAS SLOW AND THEY HAD TO CHANGE TO 4G ....NO DOCUMENTATION NOW THEY CALLING ME THE LIAR - AND ASKED THEM TO CHECK THEY REFUSED

  • blerns3 Brett Lerner (@blerns3) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra It’s not possible as I’ve been in multiple cities and states during this time period. Also, my mobile phone on the same network has been working without any issues

  • BaysNet Jon Bays (@BaysNet) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra 2087 The old cable network is fine ask NBN what black hole they are dropping me into. 4 hours yesterday today again can't pay for such an unreliable service.

@razorback11111 Are there other providers that share the Telstra network (that we can switch to)?

  • tomwoodau tom (@tomwoodau) reported

@TrentAn94382106 @Telstra Absolutely appalling. It seems virtually impossible to contact the faults team without a working mobile service, which is not because of the fault! Can @Telstra please get someone to check out the tower at 2242 Seaspray Road, Seaspray?

  • paulbrown73au Paul Brown (@paulbrown73au) reported

@Telstra Just curious if there is an issue with bigpond email?

  • Camelli79450301 Camellia (@Camelli79450301) reported

Can anyone tell me why Telstra's call centres are based in India? And, why I should support a company that doesn't support Australians. Those call centre jobs would be good jobs here.

  • duncanmcdonnell Duncan McDonnell (@duncanmcdonnell) reported

@Telstra No. Telstra people came out, did some stuff, and now once again I'm paying to hotspot in order to work from home because your service does not work.

  • kit_skel SkelKit (@kit_skel) reported

For whatever reason the upload speed on my internet has dropped down to 0.1Mbps but my download speed is fine. What's going on @Telstra ?

  • hgo7627 HG (@hgo7627) reported

@Telstra /3 We are totally bereft of ideas to help them. They are desperate to do their work (both from home) but can’t. The cellular network no longer seems to work. And all we get are platitudes from Telstra. Ideas anyone?

  • downloadeodeo Downloadeodeo🎄🎄🎄❤❤❤🎄🎄🎄 📽💙😊⌨🧦🖖🌱📚🐞 (@downloadeodeo) reported

At 12:58pm on 13 December I corrected my phone's problem with its sim card, otherwise not working. An important group within the crime network are Telstra Technicians. I wonder what they accessed. I wonder if money was removed from my account again... starts looking...
