Is Telstra mobile really crap in the Mountains, or is it because I’m using a cheap reseller? I can rarely watch a 3m video without massive pauses, even with 2-3-4 bars of reception.

@Telstra It’s not one modem, it’s hundreds of payment terminals Australia wide. Because of this outage, people across the country will not be able to pump fuel, including bus depots, airports, general service stations and truck depts. it’s extremely urgent.

@Telstra Also @Telstra that 320km was one way. Return trip was 640km. Very expensive with current price of fuel. Also bad for environment to require me to do that instead of having your store post it to me??? Some common sense please?!

@StreamersTarkov @afraid_au @bstategames It’s an issue with Telstra/Optus connections to some of the EFT servers. Routing issue causing you to be routed to the US and then SEA and then back to Sydney. Any players with this issue can try something like Exitlag to help with routing but also make sure to do a bug report

@Telstra Unfortunately Telstra tools aren’t something we usually use. We usually have a direct contact, but they are unavailable it seems. Is there a specific business phone number I can call to help with this issue?

@Telstra I'm so far down the Apple path, it's almost how weird I felt when I was all PC and my boss handed me a Mac laptop and said 'make this work!' (How many years ago @futurefiles !!)

@Telstra acct number 2000708431778. Acct is under Khatri Pty Ltd. Trading as Indian Mahal Baxter. Their nbn is down since Sunday and they have restarted the modem number of times. But Noone in Telstra will help the restaurant staff as they are not authorised. Cust is in Nepal

@ClarieceBooty I know exactly what you mean. My experience with Telstra service is it’s generally the best, and that’s made me nervous. We moved completely to Optus when we got here, much cheaper, and the service was fine. A change to NBN fixed wireless pushed them out.
