    Telstra really does some **** ads. Mainstream Australians won't connect with a good looking, well educated guy who plays the piano. Consumers must see an element of themselves in ads or they will not buy them period. I have too much experience in this field to not know this

    @Telstra I can’t use the app chat because my service doesn’t show up on my account. It’s been like this for over a week now, now my internet has stopped working, even though it should be on the 4g network until Telstra sort themselves out. This is getting beyond ridiculous.

    @AlboMP We are waiting for an NBN connection in the Blue Mountains. It will be fibre to the kerb. Our old copper wire connection to the house looks like what’s in that pit. The last time a Telstra service person looked at it, he said it was “stuffed”. But it’s what will connect us.

    Heya @Telstra - over the past 24-48 hours I’ve noticed mobile reception on 3G and 4G on various iPhones has been poor in Fairfield NSW lately. The tower next to Fairfield Station is at reduced power, and Neeta City Shopping Centre seems to be a black spot currently

    I freaked out when I went to top up GB data on my wifi and on my Telstra app it literally disappeared and I couldn’t see my wifi account information and I was like wtf ???, so after getting stressed, I then ate my dinner and came to my wifi after dinner and now my wifi is working

    @sallyrugg @Teapot_Lady Because part of his issues involved anxiety, shopping was something he was doing to relieve anxiety in public. He took up two Telstra deals for phones, that we couldn't afford, as we didn't have pension yet. Ruined us financially at the time.

    @MicrosoftAU pathetic that you would rather me take you and Telstra both to qcat for blatant false advertising. The fact I signed up to $15 month to month plan as FAQ and terms and conditions say I can and I also called the call center prior to sign up but support say otherwise!

    @andy_penn Re: Mobile Broadband International IRL Streamers are reluctant to even visit Australia, due to our poor download/*upload bandwidth on LTE Networks + cost of data per GB etc. Would you consider offering dedicated broadband data plans for streamers using Telstra network?

    I've had two scam calls claiming to be from @Telstra today. They wanted to help with my internet issues. The first call was pretty convincing to start with. It worries me they might trick some vulnerable people.
