@Alegrya We had @Telstra come out to see why our phone was cracking. “Fixez”, he said. No it wasn’t. Couple weeks later we called them back to fix on the basis that if issue on our side we’ll pay. Wasn’t, but was charged. 5hr & 7 interdepartmental Transfers later it was all waived 2/...

  • lhighbrow Daniel Brear (@lhighbrow) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

If you want your issue presented, present your issue. The message going to @NSWFarmers and @NSWYF at today's advocacy panel @Telstra insight centre. #NSWFarmersAC19

  • chrisjackis Chris Jack (@chrisjackis) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@hecivan70 It's been a weird couple of weeks in the digital world, we had Facebook and Instagram down last week, twitter down overnight, telstra outage yesterday and now mygov. 🤔

  • GailClifford7 Gail Clifford (@GailClifford7) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@JanetGoss @iborgward @Telstra I get them all the time too, I invested in a cheap answering machine, I never answer the landline unless I know the number that comes up. It’s only very elderly relatives that ever call it anyway, the scammers always hang up when the machine kicks in! Mine’s silent too.

  • bedeomara74 Bede O'Mara (@bedeomara74) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@bogga1967 @jlaycock55 Still on Telstra outage Houlty sorry.

  • willdeasy Will Deasy (@willdeasy) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra no internet again at green square. No I haven't filed a report because of the generic response of your signal might be affected by X

  • deepbona deepak (@deepbona) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra Frankly your Indian call centre is full of untrained incompetent people. How can I get my complaint managed by someone local in Australia

  • willdeasy Will Deasy (@willdeasy) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@WheelyWeb @fictillius @Telstra I think you're talking about the outage yesterday. This is unrelated

  • willdeasy Will Deasy (@willdeasy) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra There is no outage at Green Square. This is a daily event.

  • scibidoo 💧Jamie (@scibidoo) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra nothing says world class like 4 bar coverage and no data like your 4G network in the middle of the capital city. #terrible

  • fictillius Evan (@fictillius) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra your 4G network is still cooked in the Sydney CBD. Full signal, no data. Not even able to scrape together a few packets for a push notification. Mobile assurance just say to disable 4G and use 3G. That’s pretty dumb for “Australia’s best network” @andy_penn

  • deepbona deepak (@deepbona) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra Like I said 3 different people contacted me - not sure if they are “case managers”. None of them had any clue about complaints management, customer satisfaction and most importantly- my complaint.

  • fbinns_binns Francine Binns (@fbinns_binns) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@hobday36 @Telstra I have the same issue for the past seven days.

  • au_bizcoach 💧 🌱 Brett Flower (@au_bizcoach) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Kynes3 @abcnews Who is to blame is irrelevant. The process of qualifying the workers is. Neither NBN or Telstra have employees at the coalface. They are all contractors or contractors of contractors. There is little training, no support, no direction or career path offered for contractors.

  • chris8449 Chris Arancibia (@chris8449) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra Thanks for the reply Tanasha - it’s just my feedback on how the whole Testra process has become too removed from a solutions focus and customer service to pure bureaucratic processes that only achieve frustration and bad customer experience...

  • mikeaubrey2 🇦🇺mikeaubrey🏳️‍🌈 (@mikeaubrey2) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@JaneCaro @Telstra Definitely not me.....they have totally stuffed up our NBN.....Abbott/MT/IPA & Murdoch......wait until you see the cost to taxpayers to " fix it"

  • mikeaubrey2 🇦🇺mikeaubrey🏳️‍🌈 (@mikeaubrey2) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@PoneSc0p3 @ComissionerKate Telstra isn't great, just a marketing exercise......no idea of service, but best of a bad bunch

  • GailClifford7 Gail Clifford (@GailClifford7) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@JanetGoss @iborgward @Telstra The other thing they do is tell you to go to your computer and log in, they then talk you through a ‘fix’ for a non existent problem. What they are in fact doing is gaining access to bank account details, logins, passwords etc. A number of people have been caught, always hang up!

    @ telstra fix ur ****

  • Josh_B_Rosner Josh 👨‍👨‍👧 🌈 ✡️ (@Josh_B_Rosner) reported

@Telstra I’m not worried about paying my bills. You seem to be. Not me. Never missed a payment in decades as a customer. What card? You direct debit out of the bank account (which, before you ask, has plenty of $$ in it)

  • EssJayPA EssJayP (@EssJayPA) reported

@Telstra @Telstra my New Year’s resolution is to swap off Telstra the moment I can. Nearly two days of no internet to my entire suburb and no one has been told a thing, not the issue or how long it will take to fix. Do better in 2023.

  • realLexTalionis LexTalionis (@realLexTalionis) reported

@Telstra Your New Years resolution should be to provide decent internet and mobile service to your customers... Blaming congestion for lack of service is a poor excuse in 2023... Level 2 tech advice... wait 2 weeks, it might get better... lol Thanks telstra Your CEO needs a memo...

  • SlayDHD SlayDHD (@SlayDHD) reported

@burrito_boii Ayo that's my store too! They have a twitter.. hit them up in dms. I find twitter useful for businesses, theyre more active. I get better help from telstra DMs than i do from phone calls or in store ha

  • NoIdealogue No Idealogue (@NoIdealogue) reported

@RoadknightThe On the basis of this tweet, Telstra have now concluded the root cause of your slow internet - bad luck due to your failure to dismantle your Christmas tree after the 12th night. Incident closed and filed under 'user error'.

  • fakegeoffdellar G 🐕 - 🐐 (@fakegeoffdellar) reported

@Telstra hi, is there an outage in Burnie, Tas?

  • Jugeyfruits Juge (@Jugeyfruits) reported

@tappo66 @Telstra Give Aussie broadband a look, they've been superb for me. Fantastic customer service and no issues with anything! If you do, use this referal code to get $50 credit: 7979438

  • Chris_E_Qld_Au Chris Eastaughffe (AZ Vac done) (@Chris_E_Qld_Au) reported

@FlaminScott77 @Aussie_BB @NBN_Australia The easiest way to fix a problem, is to lower the standard, so it is no longer a 'problem'. Played this game before re NBN, Telstra, etc. Just a never ending list of 'tricks', and false standards, to avoid either a. fixing an issue, or b. paying for failure.

  • ASXBountyHunter Bounty Hunter (@ASXBountyHunter) reported

@Telstra @EssJayPA Maybe you offer him a smart modem then? After all that is your solution.
