    @Telstra your 4G network is still cooked in the Sydney CBD. Full signal, no data. Not even able to scrape together a few packets for a push notification. Mobile assurance just say to disable 4G and use 3G. That’s pretty dumb for “Australia’s best network” @andy_penn

    @Kynes3 @abcnews Who is to blame is irrelevant. The process of qualifying the workers is. Neither NBN or Telstra have employees at the coalface. They are all contractors or contractors of contractors. There is little training, no support, no direction or career path offered for contractors.

    I can see exactly when the telstra outage started and exactly when it started to recover from my very distributed network spanning all of NSW. Would have looked more impressive if it wasn't school holidays

    @au_bizcoach NBN can't even provide a working service now....pay for 100 was getting 43, moved 350m took 15days to reconnect now get 23 still paying for 100....whilst they work on it.....NBN totally stuffed up by LNP Government in particular Abbott/MT/Murdoch. Sell it to telstra & FO LNP Govt

    Meanwhole got a problem with your ADSL that you can't switch over because you're part of a large corporation and it's not that easy? Go **** yourself, and your customers as well, because Telstra couldn't give a **** to keep that **** working until it's switched off.

    @Telstra Recent connection that initially worked on my Apple Watch, brought data sims but no data sharing because phone and data sims on different systems with Telstra, moved phone and data sims to same system with help with Telstra and can’t re-add watch to Telstra One.

    Goes to @Telstra page for support. Chat bot tells me I need to speak to ring customer support. I ring customer support, go through all the forced menu options only to be told the office is closed, and to contact support via the website. #bigfatwasteoftime
